Does anyone know where the GNE Offices are now located? Federal Marshals are looking for them
If Mr. Duncan was asked to leave Contango I'd like to tell the idiot, Thanks! Mr. Duncan helped grow Contango from a $250 million market cap company to a $1.3 billion market cap company listed on the NYSE. Thats right from $5 per share to $96 per share. Again, do it all over as President and COO, after that we will lift our glasses up and cheer the person that "asked him to leave"
Didn't Marc get asked to "leave" Contango...?
Indeed. Tom Lindholm has the pedigree to lead this Company and he has named a Principled Man in Mr. Duncan to guide the process.
EXCITED It looks like Tom Lindholm the CEO is putting a great team together and is starting to communicate with his shareholders, through his filing, the company's story.... And it looks good!
Oops! I should have read higher up. I see now that you are excited.
You exited or you're excited? The great progress is just about to hit over the next few weeks and months ahead.
I'm guessing you are excited and still accumulating with me since the .50s
Now I am exited! Did you actually look at the 8-K on the appointment of Marc Duncan as President and Chief Operating Officer? This guy ran Oil and Gas operations for Contango Oil and Gas that went from $250 million market cap to over $1,400 billion and got listed on the NYSE!! MARC DO IT AGAIN WITH RANGEFORD!
Another 8K..... Second 8K since last week, along with two news releases. A new and solid appointment of Mr Tom Lindholm as CEO announced last week, and a credit line increase in today's news and 8K. Looks like things are coming together after weeks of consolidation in the stock.. I've been accumulating .60s during the wait for news. If you haven't noticed, the Stop Sign on OTC Markets changed to a Yield Sign earlier this week. Would be nice to retest that $2.00 level of a few months ago. With a 20.1MM OS and a float of under 1.9MM, it sure wouldn't take much buying to move RGFR. I see the website was populated with a few updates also.
Now that is what we were waiting on, New Management. With Lindholm's resume it looks as if they got someone who can execute on their plan.
Nothing much to share or get excited about on the short term, in part to the collapse of energy prices. But the longer term business plan of RGFR is to absorb small oil & gas producers who are in dire straights with oil at $30.00. There will be a tremendous amounts of bankruptcies in the oil patch as can already be seen. Should RGFR be able to capitalize and execute their plan, that should result in the acquisition of many extremely undervalued producing wells and properties that become available for purchase. A 1-3 year investment for me. RGFR is a low float stock with an OS of approx 20MM. Not sure I believe the float numbers on OTC of 181k, though. Waiting for financials to be released and things to become current.
Nice rebound from this morning's low of .64.
Another interesting decline yesterday on very low volume. A week ago, RGFR sold off from 1.50 to .95 on less than 10k shares before a sharp snap back to 1.90. Yesterday saw the stock drop from the previous close of 1.90 to 1.00 on approx 13,000 and closed at 1.05. Today's trading saw no more selling but also only 150 shares to close at 1.10. Could RGFR see a similar recovery to 1.90/2.00 shortly? Hope so, as a couple of us added more yesterday from the high .90s and 1.10.
Added a few more yesterday, in the .90s-1.10s, during the drop on what appeared to be a 13,000 share sell order with the first 1300 shares taking the share price from 1.90 to 1.01.
Adding a few more RGFR today along with those from .95 yesterday morning.
Added a few more here yesterday and this morning on the selloff that appears to have come from someone who had approx 30,000 for sale over the last week or two.
RGFR, definitely worth a look.
Added quite a few with a friend yesterday during that dip to 1.10. Back to 1.48 by the close. Very thin to $2.00 again.

Section 5 – Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers
On May 27, 2015, the Board of Directors notified Mr. Colin Richardson that the Company is not going to renew Mr. Richardson’s Corporate Officer Consulting Engagement Agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which he serves as the Company’s President. The Agreement is to automatically renew for successive 12 months terms, unless previously terminated; the current 12 month term expires on June 30, 2015. The Agreement does not reflect the Company’s current business and financing plans and therefore the Board does not believe it would serve to help carry out such plans. The Board hopes to renegotiate the terms of Mr. Richardson’s employment and enter into a new and revised agreement that better aligns with the Company’s plans; however, there can be no guarantee that the parties will come to an agreeable solution.
Looks good nice buys friday
Well the float is minimal it seems very thin
PPS been inching up the past week hmmmm
New management coming in imo
Wow, FBI has evidence of $50M of charges against Joe Loftis and RJ Abercrombie of GNE Oil. Career Criminals are headed back to Federal Prison!
One can find RJ Abercrombie at Arco now! He'll likely have a disguise on though so as to look like Hillary as he too, thinks he's untouchable! NOT!!!
Joe Loftis is making headlines!
http://www.fbi.gov/saltlakecity/press-releases/2015/information-federal-court-arraignments-4
Also knew he was destined for publicity and second time prison term.
I would guess RJ Abercrombie is next up.
Can you post a click able link of the court case????
U.S. District Court Northern District of Texas (Dallas) CRIMINAL DOCKET FOR CASE #: 3:15-mj-00058-BN-1 Case title: USA v. Loftis
Can you post the link????
Well Now. I see that according to Criminal Docket 3:15-mj -00058-BN-1
Joseph Brent Loftis has been apprehended by Federal Marshals to be transported with his sidekick RJ Abercrombie to stand trial for Fraud, Racketeering and Money Laundering. Oh, and Passports have been surrendered as well!??
Call the FBI - 406-994-0927
As I am one of the ones who I believe has been greatly harmed by Joe Loftis/RJ Abercrombie , could you please tell me who might could give me information on others who believe they have been lied to and harmed or defrauded by them. Where do the US Marshall's come in ?
It looks like to me the company wants to get up with there filings and finally start moving forward again. Hopefully the Great Northern Energy Inc. deal is now behind them.

Can anyone tell me about Steve Nadeau?? I know someone who invested in a subscription agreement with him in WY and KS.
Joe, put down your crack pipe and either post your case numbers or shut up. You know full well that Joe B. Loftis, R.J. Abercrombie and Nicole Martin all all under Federal Charges now for Fraudulent scams ranging from Montana (Prism Corporation) to Oklahoma and Texas (Great Northern Energy). The Federal Marshals are coming after you and it doesn't look good with what you and yours have perpetrated thus far. How did you ever think you could get away with this? Put up or shut up!!!
RGFRtruth......... wow. And we all thought the US Marshalls were better than that!! Warrants?? For whom?? Again, as you stated, whats the case number??. A warrant always has a simple case number on it s face........
What is it?? Nothing on record that we can find and you know full well it's you that's going to go down over the actions you have taken at RGFR.. You. For what?? Thinking you were going to profit from the McMillan school of business??
Now lets all take a breath of real air. We HAVE posted the case numbers as well as the action pending in Dallas and we all have looked them up and verified same. It s you living in the dream world...... your "credibility" does not exist and the cover you think you have is long gone....... only you alone cannot see it.
Rangeford is no more and never will be. The SEC will be on your doorstep soon, and they will want real answers, not blogs full of lies. Throwing this crap will not defend you. Whether you understand this or not, we have been baiting you and yours to build a record, and it s working very very well. Look at the time line and all the posts we have made here and on other web sites.........
Sell Sell Sell ladies and gentlemen. If you hold this crap, dump it now, its worthless and nothing but a manipulated stock paper trail with NO FUTURE. NOONE will fund this bunch of idiots and criminals and no one will ever make a dime off a McMillan deal. EVER........... all the best. We have made good on our promise to align with the real people you have defrauded and to assist them in evidence, postings, testimony and such. You re going down my friend. And you did it all yourself. There is no GRAND JURY as anyone can find out......... not here, not in Montana or anywhere else. You re way, way off track.
We are coming for you, right now. The legal system will bring out the real truth here.
I can see now that you are nothing but a pathological sociopathic liar as you have not been able to produce a single Case Number or Filing. This might explain why the Grand Jury in Montana has an outstanding warrant for you, as does Oklahoma and Kansas. Your future holds nothing but jail time so I can understand why all you do is post negative comments rather than backing up what you are lying about. Put Up or Shut Up. DOJ is following your every movement!
RGFR TRUTH......... oh, we have. Apparently you ve been fighting too many legal battles to read all our stuff. The process server and her PI were here to see us recently seeking Steve Nadeau and your best friend Harry McMillan. They told us they had been to HArry's home multiple times and observed him on the grounds and peeking thru the window BUT NOT COMING TO THE DOOR to accept the service he knows will start more legal issues. Now, Nadeau was the guy with Colin Richardson who was doing the "oil deal" in Kansas, was he not?? In fact, Steve is the head of the company you and Colin did the deal with in Kansas and now there are litigation issues with yet another McMillan and Company deal?? Yes, it is, and it too was a farce........ another window dressing you will never fund and close, and according to your recent filings, that statement comes from your own recorded statements. NOW, a certain Texas Congressman and the SEC are turning their heads.... I thought you were friends with those folks that the SEC?? They do not seem to think so any longer. They too have been here looking for Harry and Doc Henson....... and they want records. We have a ton of stuff gathered from McMillan ploy days going back 10 years or more........so we gave it to them. Look like RGFR and Harry, as well as others, are going to sink like the Titanic very very soon. Recently, they were saying that one of the principals at GNE was "going to jail". So why are they asking him to be a witness now?? What a soap opera. And all you want are case numbers!!....... too many to print and you know them all up to now....... more to come I am sure.
Your repetitive lies don't carry any authority. Please have the balls to post the Case Number or admit that your just another Race Baiter!
RGFR TRUTH........ wow. Quiet as a tomb. We just saw a private investigator and a process (from Dallas and Wichita) server seeking RGFR and in particular, Steve Nadeau, the "geologist". They stated that they were seeking any info about McMillan ( had been to his home and seen him looking thru the windows but NOT answering the door) and asked if we knew how to find him or Steve. Why?? TO serve litigation from a law firm in Wichita Kansas. They stated that they were also seeking someone at RGFR to simply take a suit from a law firm seeking the collection of it's fees from past defense of McMillan and RGFR which remain unpaid as of this date. We told all of you this was coming, but WAIT!! there so much more to come. A former target of McMillan's is now starting another fed action in Dallas. It will name RGFR as a defendant again, and this 0ne looks like it will take them off the map for good. Where are you now Harry?? Quick!! Call another minion and have them post a glowing review!! You still have time. I guess the pointing finger is gone........ not working anymore Harry?? Oh. I see. It works, but the story is not selling to anyone out there. Imagine that. Old GNE is running at you, as well as the folks from Sun River pool of investors and on and on..... I would nt answer the door either.
Don't let this litte guys view of reality
get to u Gumza, there are bigger fish to fry!!!
"GUMZA or GREENSKEEPER or one of the other RGFR minions"
You may find YOURSELF in a lawsuit if keep slandering my name. Ive told you since day one I know nothing about about the company and have nothing to do with the company it was a potential bouncer that hit my filter.

The following information is provided concerning the East Texas oil field. The field has two outstanding features: it's tremendous size, and the simple nature of the geologic trap. The East Texas oil field covers over 132,000 productive acres, and at one time had over 26,000 actively producing wells. Since it's discovery in 1930, the field has produced over 5,110,339,000 barrels of oil and over 501 billion cubic feet of natural gas. The field produced 33,512,688 barrels of oil in 1991, and is expected to produce about 460,000,000 more barrels before being depleted. There are currently about 11,400 active wells, with about 8,000 of those producing. |

On November 15, 2012, Rangeford Resources, Inc. (the "Company") entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement (the "Agreement") with Great Northern Energy, Inc. ("GNE") to acquire a substantial non-operating working interest in oil assets in East Texas in consideration for a Purchase Price of $3,900,000 ("Cash Portion") that breaks down into a deposit of $100,000; a Promissory Note in the amount of $1,100,000 bearing 8% interest per annum, which is due and payable in full, twelve months from the date of the Note, with four equal quarterly payments due beginning on closing; a Promissory Note in the amount of $2,700,000, due on June 30, 2014,with initial payment of $1,200,000 due on closing, and secured by the assets being purchased under the Agreement. Both Promissory Notes are secured by a Pledge and Security Agreement that grants a security interest in all of the working interests and options of the Company and any proceeds resulting therefrom to GNE; additional consideration consists of 6,500,000 shares of the Company's common stock, and an additional 3,500,000 shares of common stock is reserved for roll-ups and bonuses. The properties included under the Operating Agreement, described below, hold over 100 proven undeveloped oil locations and as many rework wells at depths above 3,400 feet, with lifting costs estimated at $13.00/BOE or less on the currently producing wells. |
East Texas Oil FieldFrom Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search The East Texas Oil Field is a large oil and gas field in east Texas. Covering 140,000 acres (570 km2) and parts of five counties, and having 30,340 historic and active oil wells, it is the second largest oil field in the United States outside of Alaska, and first in total volume of oil recovered since its discovery in 1930.[1] It is a component of the Mid-Continent Oil Province, the huge region of petroleum deposits extending from Kansas to New Mexico to the Gulf of Mexico. The field includes parts of Gregg, western Rusk, southern Upshur, southeastern Smith, and northeastern Cherokee counties in the northeastern part of the state. Overall the field is about 45 miles (72 km) long on the north-south axis, and five miles (8 km) across. Interstate 20 cuts across the field from east to west, and the towns of Kilgore, Overton, and Gladewater are on the field. At one time, downtown Kilgore had more than 1,000 active wells clustered in a tight area, making it the densest oil development in the world.[2] |
On November 15, 2012, the Company entered into a Premises Use Agreement (the "PUA") with Prism Corporation ("Prism") and GNE for the premises on the 18 th floor of the main building of Williams Square in Las Colinas, Irving, Texas, with an address of 5215 North O'Connor Boulevard, Suite 1820, Irving Texas 75039, for a deposit of $7,500 and first month's rent of $7,244 due in January, 2013, with increases in the rent, contingent upon the useable square footage increase due to a planned build-out, occurring each six months thereafter and until the original lease executed between GNE and Prism expires, or by September 30, 2016.
This brief description of the Premises Use Agreement is only a summary of the material terms and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the form of the Premises Use Agreement as attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 10.2. |
