Back to not reporting... Looks like Bean is continuing in the line of Stupid management at this company.
Rumors bubba and Sirius had meetings this week. Heard it on stern.
Who told you Bubba is coming back to Sirius? This has been rumored for over 2 years.
Also it is not good for IWDM, reality check if anyone thinks it is.
What affiliates? IWDM is its own broadcaster. They don't have affiliates.
Maybe Bubba leaving is what IWDM needs, he has been on over 2 years and stock price has gone from .68 to .01. This tells me change is needed.
Bubba is not leaving!
Bubba being featured on sirius is not a bad thing. Obviously they have far more listeners then IO so Bubba being heard there is like free advertising. If he is as big a draw as he feels he is then new people hearing him and or more people hearing him on sirius could lead to new subscribers for IO. Hopefully he mentions radioio as much as possible and lets new people know about the product.
Bubba is not leaving. Keep trying with your shenanigans...
More affiliates=more listeners=more money.
Maybe IWDM needs a shake up, and Bubba's leaving would be a good thing for shareholders.
There is not much credence given to anything IWDM is doing, and the share price is the proof of that.
Never said he was leaving just plainly asking what kind of position does this put radio io in. Is it a negative or a positive. Radio io does have a lot more to offer than bubba army radio, but not a whole lot more.
He's not leaving io, he's said it many times. IO has the exclusive uncensored show and will continue. Io is not just bubba either, look at all the other content coming out of io daily.
When bubba gets back on to Sirius march 11th where does that leave radio io and its shareholders? This "new" app was mentioned last year and has never come to fruition.
Bubba won vs. MJ
http://www.btls.com/news/stories/mj-vs-bubba-the-love-sponge-verdict-mj-loses-defamation-lawsuit-to-bubba.html
His full attention should be back on radioio and making it profitable. Radio IO should be headed up. The app should be coming soon which will mean much much more listeners.
So what is more important, a court case that has nothing to do with IWDM, or IWDM's financials?
You cannot invest in hope, prayers and wishful thinking, you need to use numbers and logic.
IWDM should be releasing financials at some point in march for Q4 and Full year 2012, that is what investors should pay attention too.
I was trying to figure out the same thing!
Guess I have stopped following for a while now. What court case and how will this effect the stock in a positive manner?
When was the court case over? Let's hope this thing rises!!
New day for IO
Bubba has won. He is committed to giving a great product. There has been insider trading which is a good thing. They believe in the company's future. Radioio is headed up.
Bounces go up and down...
This stock will not defy gravity....
Bubba and Bean are through...
We could have expected a little bounce off the publicity they got the last three weeks
Bubba Clems should head to jail for what he did to his Army of followers in this scam.
I wouldn't expect a whole lot here this year. They went through yet another search for talent offering no salary. Go figure, seems par for the course. JMO
Sentences reduced for two former Cast-Crete employees
WILL THEY SING ON BUBBA TOO

TAMPA --
Two men who admitted stealing more than $5 million from Cast-Crete Corp. have had their prison sentences reduced in exchange for their help convicting the former company president of tax evasion.
A judge reduced the prison sentence of Franklin Derochemont, the former company controller, from 41 to 30 months. Accountant Christopher Ediale Osimen had his term cut from 41 to 36 months.
Derochemont was the first prosecution witness last month in the trial of John Stanton, former Cast-Crete president and co-owner. Stanton was convicted of tax evasion charges and faces up to 10 years in federal prison when he is sentenced in March.
Derochemont, 66, pleaded guilty in 2010 to mail fraud and tax evasion, admitting he stole more than $5.3 million from the company. He is serving his time in a federal prison camp and testified at Stanton's trial that he would be eligible to enter a halfway house in March.
Last week, the prosecution filed motions seeking the sentence reductions. The motion in Derochemont's case noted he testified in Stanton's trial and before the grand jury that indicted Stanton. Derochemont also submitted to debriefings by federal agents.
Although Osimen wasn't called to testify at Stanton's trial, the prosecution motion says he was willing to take the stand. Osimen also testified before the grand jury and participated in debriefings.
Stanton co-owned Cast-Crete Corp. with the late conservative powerbroker Ralph Hughes. Stanton was convicted after a weeklong trial on one charge of attempting to impede the administration of federal tax laws and seven counts of failing to file personal and corporate tax returns for several years.

Tampa businessman John D. Stanton found guilty
Tampa Bay Business Journal
"A federal jury found John D. Stanton, former president of Cast Crete Corp., guilty of attempted interference with tax laws and seven counts of failing to file income tax returns.
Stanton faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison, according to a written statement."
IWDM Founder J. Stanton Now a Felon
What a shock ! The Lemon Street leader stiffed the Feds and taxpayers.
Who else is involved?
Obviously with offices on Lemon St with Bean and Bubba and the BRN ????????
Bubba took his place on the Board.
Good thing the government isn't worried about the Army and trusting souls who funded the alleged pump and dump.
Poor Bubba, what if Stanton sings? Bubba wants to work for SIRI for free well he works for IO for free if his compensation is stock he can't sell.
Didn't he see IHeart Radio, Slacker, Pandora and ????
Well they are shaking the tree and let's see who else falls out.
I think IO's top talent has more to worry about than calling MJ names. Maybe the "drunk" Rizzzzandy will help out Bubba.
I feel bad for the duped investors, penny stocks are like lottery tickets and are a fixed game. You need to get lucky.
Still here... Not leaving. 0.00, nothing to lose at this point. Will make for a great writeoff in time.
Anyone here still trying to ride IWDM to 0.00? Getting closer and closer.
Another year has gone by, and IWDM has now managed to wipeout another batch of shareholders.
Jan 3 2011 - IWDM Share price .13
Dec 30 2011 - IWDM Share Price .06
Jan 2, 2012 - IWDM Share Price .06
Dec 27, 2012 - IWDM Share price currently .0145
IWDM has wiped out its shareholders for two straight years...What will 2013 bring? How much lower can it go?
This purchase by this guy is so important that IWDM in only down 30% from where he bought it.
Really sparked the interest of wall street.
Come on, same story different day.
Seems they go back and forth through out the last couple of years
What does this mean for IWDM? What does the Zannet Opportunity fund want with IWDM?
Do they want a money losing business, with no technology, and a washed up local market liability?
Do they want a shell to reverse merge another company into?
Does level 2 shed any light on this for you?
Sounds like a great plan. Looks like it has been more than 15 months since IWDM traded above .10.
I would have to say that any advice from "buy with two fists" crowd is not good investing advice.
Zach keeps buying for the Zanett Opportunity Fund....huuummm seems like he thinks its a good idea to keep buying up IWDM. I'm Long IWDM and will continue to buy too

Which can also be had for free.
Meaning they get fm replay. Not the uncensored show or any other show on radioio.

Zero Shares Traded Today
Some shares actually been bought the last couple days.... Any thoughts?
Yes very influential...The mere mention of his name and possible association with IWDM has sent the stock skyrocketing to .018.
Too many shares, not enough revenue, and a stale product with just a handful of listeners. IWDM was bled dry at the expense of its most loyal fans.
Thx Man!
An interesting tweet from a very influential person.
@adamclay211 I've considered a couple of times doing a radio show. Will prob do one at some point for http://t.co/vMQqjF7c.

Here are some experts from the Quarterly that should make IWDM share holders feel good about the company.
1. ioBusinessMusic had an attrition of clients, which resulted in the reduction of subscribers and decreased subscription service revenue by $11,420, or 5.2%
2. Radioio subscription revenue increased $4,171, or 40.6% in the third quarter of 2012 compared to the corresponding period in 2011, while advertising revenue decreased $6,597, or 24.3% in the quarter ended September 30, 2012 compared to the same quarter 2011. There were no changes to the operating programs of Radioio, with the increase in subscription revenue attributable to management’s efforts to retain existing subscribers and getting former subscribers to renew. Management will continue to focus its efforts on attempting to contact former subscribers to renew their expired subscriptions.
3. RadioioLive recognized $69,095 in revenue from the Early Enlistment program in the third quarter, 2012 with a total of $120,339 in subscriber revenue recognized for the quarter, a decrease of $29,415 or 19.6% compared to the same time period 2011. The decrease is due to the first annual renewals coming due in the 2012 quarter, and there being a decrease in subscriptions on an annual and monthly basis compared to initial launch quarter of 2011. In addition RadioioLive generated $33,621 of advertising revenue in 2012 as compared to $37,413 in 2011, a decrease of 10.1%.
4. For the quarters ended September 30, 2012 and September 30, 2011, the Company incurred selling and general and administrative expenses of $418,978 and $406,994, respectively, an increase of $11,984, or 2.9%
Sales are down, Expenses are up, Losses are larger, Outstanding Shares have ballooned.
Sure does sound like a winner to me.
Nobody cares anymore. Both cheerleaders and bashers are gone now which to me signifies this thing is a done deal.... Too bad. Thanks bubba
maybe it's Hulk Hogan!!!!
Even is a dream! Lol. I'll settle for 50%recoup and even that seems out of reach for this garbage stock. Thanks bubba! Serves me right though for investing with my heart rather than my brain.
Oh yeah, we are back to the "good things happening" argument?
How does IWDM plan to get their longtime shareholders back to even?
Email alerts where sent out by MomentumOTC, Pennystocklocks and a few others.

Radioio Credits Bubba The Love Sponge With Fast Growth
January 16, 2011 (11:54 am) Spencer Osborne
It was only a few weeks ago that Bubba The Love Sponge left Sirius XM Radio to pursue a new venture on upstart Internet radio broadcaster Radioio (Pink Sheets: IWDM). Radioio is a publicly traded company which is substantially controlled by Bubba's agent. The new show is available live and personalities from the show also program some of their own content.
Radioio has deployed an interesting feature called Radioio Live which could foreshadow what other Internet radio can do in the future. Radioio Live allows the service to be streamed live, taking out the "canned" aspect of the service and allowing for Internet radio providers to stream talk content as well as live music shows to listeners.
Last Fall I had a worry that Howard Stern could jump to such a service giving that service instant recognition and launching a stream of fans to wherever he landed. Ultimately Howard renewed his deal with Sirius XM and the worry seemed for naught. That sort of changed when Bubba The Love Sponge decided to take his show to Internet radio, and more specifically to Radioio.
IO World Media announced that new stream initiations for Radioio Live which can be accessed at radioio.com surpassed the 500,000 mark shortly after the exclusive live uncensored programing The Bubba the Love Sponge Show joined on.
"Radioio Live has exceeded our expectations in its first 10 days of availability," said Thomas Bean, CEO of IO World Media. "What this early success reinforces to us is that the age old axiom of audience following content continues to ring true today and that having world class programming like The Bubba the Love Sponge Show is a difference maker in the new future of Internet Radio."
Currently Radioio Live is available at no cost to listeners. Expanded programming as well as The Bubba the Love Sponge Show live and uncensored will be available with subscription packages starting March 1, 2011.
While the early success of Bubba's launch on Radioio is undeniable, the proof will come if the service can maintain growing numbers. It is one thing to bring over your core fans, but another altogether to maintain that growth. Continued growth relies on getting new fans to the service and paying the subscription. Without that much needed exposure growth become a challenge. Thus far Pandora has had the most success in integrating into devices, cars, and the app stores of the most popular smart phones.
With Pandora possibly going public in an effort to raise $100 million there is a possibility that the service could launch a live service of their own with live streaming of content. Such a move could narrow the content gap between Internet Radio and services such as Sirius XM. The disadvantage for Internet Radio is that exclusive talent carries costs, and no one out there can match the purse strings of Sirius XM. While Sirius XM seems behind the curve on several things, such as customizable streams, they are miles ahead in the all important exclusive content segment as well as the non-exclusive content!
For Sirius XM Investors the important thing to remember is that audio entertainment technology needs constant monitoring. What service is hot with consumers? What segment of consumers is listening to which service? Are competing services updating their offerings, distribution, and marketing efforts? Sirius XM Radio has a huge advantage. It is maintaining that advantage that is important. I realize there are some out there who will say Internet Radio services are a mere fad, and that because of costs they will not survive. I distinctly remember those same arguments being used against satellite radio! The fact is that they are available. Whether they make money or not is not material from a competitive standpoint. They exist and have made it through their most trying times.
Keeping focus on your investment in Sirius XM is great, but never forget to check what else is out there.
