I had not thought about this one in a long time. Looks like the company is still in business http://www.rmdtechnologies.com/
I wonder if they are ever going to get compliant again. I sure hope so, I was looking forward to their UTE being made.
Anyone ever call to see if the company is still in operation?
I know some had called their Regis type office and got some limited info. Guess I was wondering if they are still answering the phone. Thanks for your reply.
Yeah they just stopped reporting and I guess de-listed. Maybe one day he will do what is right.
So is this company still in business?
It will be interesting to see if we get things cleared up here. I have a feeling that there was something illegal that took place, which is the reason they never got current with the CA SOS. I bet they owed some taxes that went unpaid. I hope I am wrong, but we will see.
I think we will hear from them again, but not anytime soon. At this point just forget you own the shares.
The cars were to be delivered in 2012. I think there will be a payday once he is ready to start delivering cars.... We can say that the CEO did not deal honestly with his shareholders.
It appears so
So is it over?
Was nice having 100K+ shares of something for awhile. I also thought this company had a great concept. With all the green movement, Obama should have spent money with this company like he did with that Solar company.
Does anyone know if they ever delivered the cars to Vegas?
Sounds like a Regus office or similar.
I have on several occasions. There is always a female that answers the phone, but cannot give out any information. Always told to contact via email, which I have done on a few occasions without any reply.
I tried calling today, and again, a lady answered the phone, but appeared to be confused, as she was not anticipating any call for RMDT, saying that she is surprised that the phonecalls are still being forwarded to her phone. She again gave me the say to contact via email. I told her I have but never get a reply. She took my name down, but said she could not promise anything. She did say the company is still a company and that they are still moving ahead but had no further info.
Not looking good at all!
So is it over. Has anyone talked to the company?
Glad I wasn't in heavy. lol
Sooo, what now? Is it time to mourn what used to be my money?
suspended again? or done poof gone
RMDT has been revoked http://www.otcmarkets.com/marketActivity/suspended-symbols

Pump, Dump and that's all folks.
Kiss your money goodbye....
The right thing to have done when the stock was halted was to send out a PR explaining why he has been late. I hope he does right by us at some point.
Have not yet received a reply.
I called, and the secretary said that she had no further information, as she was not privy to that info, but only answered the phone. She advised that Email was the best way.
Still waiting!
Will send another email and CC it to the CEO at ceo@rmdt.com
Just sent a message to RMDT requesting an update on the "trading suspension" and to see when the required forms are going to be completed.... now awaiting reply.
Hopefully it is good news!
Well I hope this get our CEO off his duff.
Once again a don't give a chit who pumped it and I'd anyone paid for it or got paid for it. Read my posts again. Your saying it was a pump and dump on the board which In return stops new players. Get it. Probably not I will have to repeat myself another twenty times I'm sure
Once again...it was,
it was a pump and dump...by one of the crews
that works here on this site!
the company had nothing to do with it
and no, I don't pick sides......
I tell it like it is!
i did..has nothing to do with scaring off future investors by telling everyone it was a pump and dump now saying oh the company looks good, you got alot to learn did you even read my last message to you....pick a side
Wow, you got a lot to learn....
I said it was a pump by one of the many iHub pump crews,
the company had nothing to do with it!
Did you even read my email?
so you bash the company sayni it was just a pump and dump why do i say bash well because when you post on the stocks board the only reason it rose was because of a pump and dump it retracts future investors from entering..and no your the only one posting here..hhmmmm pick a side bro
The timing couldn't be better for this co.
if they get things moving.....
Trends in Housing, Demographics to Fuel Growth of Neighborhood Electric Vehicles, Says Pike Research
BOULDER, CO--October 25, 2011: While the overall market for neighborhood electric vehicles (NEVs), also known as low-speed electric vehicles, is small compared to other types of electric transport, the number of NEVs sold globally reached 58,822 in 2009, the highest figure in a decade. Over the next several years, trends in both housing (including the growth of planned communities and densely populated "New Urban" communities) and demographics (the aging of the population in many countries) will spur renewed interest in these low-cost vehicles. Many developers are planning more densely populated communities with town centers and green space that can easily accommodate NEVs. In fact, the growth rate for NEVs will double that of the total light duty vehicle market during the same period.
“The rise in gas prices, the aging population, and the increase in master planning and community density all point to trends that will encourage NEV adoption”
According to a recent report from Pike Research, the total number of NEVs on the world's roadways will grow from 479,000 in 2011 to 695,000 by 2017, a 45% increase. Annual NEV sales will rise from 37,000 vehicles to nearly 55,000 units by 2017, the cleantech market intelligence firm forecasts, and North America will account for 45% of worldwide sales.
"The rise in gas prices, the aging population, and the increase in master planning and community density all point to trends that will encourage NEV adoption," says senior analyst Dave Hurst. "Those market forces are strengthened by the fact that NEVs utilize lead acid batteries, the most inexpensive batteries available, allowing them to compete at less than half the cost of light duty electric vehicles."
In addition to being an increasingly viable option for personal transportation, NEVs are finding a market as fleet vehicles, where an NEV can replace a full-speed light-duty vehicle for many tasks that do not require trips outside the campus or the city. Colleges and universities, military bases, airports, corporate campuses, and manufacturing facilities are all places where NEVs have strong appeal. The fleet segment makes up about 70% of the global NEV marketplace.
The market is hampered, however, by widely varying laws and definitions. Often NEVs are classified and regulated differently not only from country to country but also, in some cases, from state to state. Some countries, including many in Asia Pacific, do not have a definition at all. In China -- potentially a huge market for NEVs -- they remain illegal for use in cities.
Pike Research's report, "Neighborhood Electric Vehicles," provides a comprehensive examination of the market forces, technology issues, government incentives and regulations, and key drivers of the growth of neighborhood electric vehicles. The report includes sales, revenue, and battery forecasts through 2017, as well as profiles of key industry players. An Executive Summary of the report is available for free download on the firm's website.
Pike Research is a market research and consulting firm that provides in-depth analysis of global clean technology markets. The company's research methodology combines supply-side industry analysis, end-user primary research and demand assessment, and deep examination of technology trends to provide a comprehensive view of the Smart Energy, Smart Grid, Smart Transportation, Smart Industry, and Smart Buildings sectors.
Read from the bottom up........
and try to figure it out..........good luck!
Hi xxxx,
I can honestly tell you that we (the company, officers, etc.) are not involved in a paid promotion.
It does appear that there is a promo going on. Unfortunately, I don’t have any information about it.

We began recycling electronics nearly a decade ago. From our first customer, we have not focused on being the largest, just the best. Our clients are Municipal, State and Federal agencies as well as some of Southern California's premier companies. They all have one thing in common.
They must be certain their E-Waste is handled properly.
RMD Technologies has maintained a "no export, no landfill policy" since day one. We have also developed alternatives to sending e-waste overseas. Our Electric Vehicle Project is one result of those efforts. We continue to search for unique methods for dealing with the challenges of electronic waste.
RMD Technologies, Inc. is proud to be part of the solution!

About Us
RMD Technologies, Inc. is an electronics recycler located in California. We began operations in 2001 providing electronics recycling of computers and other office equipment to corporate, government, education and equipment manufacturers located throughout California. During the past six years RMD Technologies, Inc. has developed a reputation for honest dependable service to its customers. RMD Technologies, Inc.'s mission is to provide end of life processing of electronic components (TV, computers, phones, etc) for corporate and government customers while providing these customers the highest level of protection from liability by conforming to not just current regulations, but by keeping pace with proposed changes to regulations and actively participating in the process of developing these regulations. RMD has always strived to maintain a "no landfill" policy and ardently follows the principles of Re-use, Reduce, Recycle.
Additionally, RMDT provides secure data destruction and accountability for tracking of recycled equipment to prevent dumping of E-Waste on developing countries. The company provides the highest level of customer service and verifies that high level with validated customer satisfaction surveys.
RMDT has developed proprietary data destruction and equipment handling processes that reduce the potential liability associated with the improper disposal of electronic equipment.
By establishing a "no fault to the customer" electronic disposal service and always remaining in compliance with state and federal regulations, These laws require the protection of health information and personal financial data and impose significant penalties for violations. Additionally, the Public Relations cost to a company violating these laws is enormous. RMDT's processes also prevent the release of sensitive internal documents and other important company information and trade secrets. Nearly every business employs a service to shred sensitive company paper documents, but few provide the same security for their electronic data. RMDT hopes to change that through education and by providing a safe, secure and reasonably priced process for implementing these safeguards.
Further, RMDT provides customers with a viable method of returning their EOL equipment to useful service; either in its original state or as a product made from post consumer recycled materials. The company adheres to the tenants of the Basel Convention and meets or exceeds all government regulations for the handling of EOL electronics and Covered Electronic Waste (CEW) as defined by California's SB-20 and SB-50.
The company's longer term plans include developing strategies to improve customer data security and developing products manufactured from the commodity streams produced by responsible Electronics Handling.
