BVR Systems Receives $1.8M Payment as Part of the Cooperation Agreement with the Israeli Aircraft Industry

ROSH HA'AYIN, Israel, September 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BVR Systems (1998) Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: BVRSF - News), a diversified world leader in advanced military training and simulation systems, today announced the receipt of the sum of US$1.8 million, as part of the Cooperation Agreement announced in August 11th, 2005 with the MLM Division of Israeli Aircraft Industries Ltd. (IAI/MLM), a world leader in defense and civil aerospace technology.

This is the first milestone in the said Cooperation Agreement. The cooperation agreement includes further consideration due to BVR in the amount of US$1.3 million that will be paid in two steps, when additional business is received by MLM as a result of the newly expanded Agreement. In addition, MLM will contract to BVR engineering work valued at US$4 million in the coming two years, further strengthening the cooperation between the companies.

Other benefits from the Cooperation Agreement for both parties include mutual royalties for the respective use of proprietary rights as well as work share from future business received by MLM and BVR.

Really close to the 200 MA, which is 1.89. Some nice volume going in. Actually finding alot of techs are starting to leave well establish bases. Looking for techs to have a good end of year run.

barter,how about pbls.it is a wonderful katrina cleanup play.they have the closest gravel and sand pit to the ravaged n.o area and the sandbags used to stop up the water was from pbls.they have a bunch of trucks used to take away the mess from katrina,(which we know will last for years)and they were already contracted(before katrina)for work on the i-10.they have cement fleet plus other business as well.also,the gravel pit they have was valuated about 9 years ago at roughly 260,000,000 now their talking about a possible reevaluation of the pit and expect it to double.it was supposed to last for 25 years,now it could last only 5 years due to the need in n.o.it has started its run but with a few prs in the pipeline we could go much higher.investors are thinking this is the stock for 2005!hope you enjoy your dd on this one.
