Before this stock can move it's price it will have to move to a big board. Not many people on Ihub boards will buy a $14 stock.

Depends on what the corporate schedule is. Things move on their time schedule, not ours.

The good news is that the legal requirement regarding Custodianship matters has just been satisfied. That was something they had to get out of the way prior to moving forward with anything else.

My logic was if this was good enough for Billionaires to own 27% of the common shares, then its good enough for me. Time will tell.

I just logged in to the 8th Judicial Court portal. I don't see anything either. As you say, the Court typically updates if either a continuance, or Hearing was held. I'm not seeing anything. Might have already taken care of everything, hence the corporate action going through.

I suspect we hear something soon from the company.

No update yet in the case info. If it was continued, I imagine it would already say that. I'm guessing everything went through fine.

I was thinking around $140/share. That's just a wild guestimation. I have no basis to support that figure, other than it makes more sense with who is involved, and this type share structure.

Gee wiz, with this SS they could make us the new Berkshire Hathaway stock if they wanted to. Berkshire is currently trading at $340,000 ...for a single share!

According to the court docket, the Hearing was just a little bit ago. Official results have not showed up on the court records yet. I'm surprised they performed a corporate action prior to today's Hearing, but perhaps some things were concluded earlier.

Fidelity shows same thing. Fidelity is showing the post-split shares, but they are not tradeable at the moment..

TDAmeritrade is not showing anything yet, other than being processed.

I have to assume, that insiders have complete control over this, and will have the share price set where they want it. JPD's involvement and 12% ownership was the only reason I bought shares here. This will be interesting to see how everything evolves.

I decided to actually buy shares during this afternoon's bloodbath.

It doesn't make sense for insiders (to include 2 billionaires) to reverse split their shares, unless it benefits them. Anyways, its that logic which caused me to buy the blood today, as opposed to running for the exits. Guess we will find out soon if we made the right decision, or not.
