I've had the chance to make 5000-9000% on plays and missed by days. This is 1,000% or more coming and I'm not settling for less lol, and I'll be holding some for potential dollar land or .25+

I'm sitting on lower bids, should anyone want to give away their shares. I already have my core position here and added a bunch a few weeks ago. I think some get nervous when they read about RS in those latest filings, while not looking at the big picture and understand how a RS doesn't make sense here, and will likely be cancelled.

Yes mi amigo, sticking the feet in the sand here at Estrella Del Mar and trusting in my dd as always. Again no one could have known it would take that long on the courts calendar for a few simple adjustments. So I will simply wait like always with easy going patience, I think this team is enormous, the people holding huge amounts of common shares are impressive and on public file. I also believe the new CEO is working behind the scenes on all new company aspects and the RS will be cancelled. Why would the impressive billionaires holding common shares allow this... just a little common sense from me I suppose. Especially when it is not needed and would leave no market so to speak.

On June 24, 2019 the Board of Directors and the majority shareholder of the Company approved the following actions (and filed the corresponding Articles of Amendment with the State of Nevada):
- The authorized common shares of the Company decreased from 1,500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.
- The outstanding shares of common stock of the Company decreased from 93,012,500 to 93,015 on a pro rata basis as a result of a 1,000 to 1 reverse split in which any fractional shares shall be rounded up (NOTE: the effects have been applied on a retroactive basis in these financial statements).
The Company plans to file the foregoing changes with FINRA, but there is no guarantee FINRA will effectuate the changes.
As of September 30, 2019, the Company has 93,015 shares of common stock outstanding.
