Might wake up one morning this week to see the Motion to Discharge Custodianship granted, with the Final Order entered.

Thank you mi amigo, I'm fully confident that the attorney now knows exactly whats needed to be granted, and I'm very excited about the future here. Lots of time and money has gone into this, with major people behind it. I have my large core position and will stick to my style of investing, dd and patience for starters.

UGDM's current status: Awaiting FINAL ORDER, granting Custodianship.

Long story short, Judge just wanted to see different language, for the record, that clarifies a few line items. Once attorney provides this to the court, Judge will likely (already indicated in latest journal entry) enter FINAL ORDER granting Custodianship. This may end up on Chamber's calendar schedule, or may be submitted as an addendum, then granted. I'm not seeing anything on Court's schedule for this case. Not sure what the timeframe is, but technically could happen any time.

There is no status check on 02/11/2020, as incorrectly purported earlier on this board. That was for a different case/stock.

A registered user with the court system, would give you more access to detailed documents and you don't have to check off the silly bot boxes every time to prove you're not a robot.

It "appears" we are awaiting final order to be entered. You can always call the attorney. He knows. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be granted.
