What happened is they have tell 9/28/2021 to bring all financial information up to date so the shareholders will have current trading information on this stock they want to make sure it is really a business and not a daily collection scan that's what's happening-so -9-28-2021 is how long they have these companies have plenty of time to get this information to the proper place-its all a waiting game on the all these companies some will it done and some won't they can't trade if they dont.

I inquired to TD Ameritrade why my sell order for QOIL was rejected. It was because some of the shares are restricted. You can call them and find out if you have same problem. I was able to put a sell order for all the non-restricted shares. Only about 2% of my shares were restricted.
