Very surprised that this stock is not higher. The company is emerging from the darkness and has reported and actually is current and year end numbers with out within a few weeks. The company will also be reporting quarterly going forward. The estimates are very compelling from the initial royalty contracts that are being completed and the new contract that will take place in 18. Recently a large shareholder is sending out
a proxy to change the board because 'they" believe that the stock is extremely undervalued. They own 15% The recommendation recently released has furnished investors with the tools to make a educated investment
Remains a strong buy at current levels with exceptional upside potential near term and long term. There are a few other publications that will be featuring this stock soon. So be warned

That you sneaking a few cheap shares? Seems as though a couple No Name stocks are getting some traction. First SIMA, then today ESMC and QDLC getting some action. Couple of close to 100k days for esmc in a row. Nice.

i own a position @ around .50
The potential exist for further gains as the company displays their numbers and a presentation going forward of their plans for the company as well as the their stock. when speaking to management today i really thought that their main motive was to raise money. I was surprised when they stated that that was not the reason. I believe that larger shareholders have the upper hand and are cause management to follow the wag of the tail and the head will follow. As mentioned he said that 14 and 15 were not great but from my conversation 16 showed improvement and i assume 17 was even better.
When you consider the real estate markets in the major cities that they do business in and the fact that commercial real estate has been hot - one can only conclude that business has picked up for them as well.
As mentioned they are considering SEC filing so that means fully reporting
status. The market cap is tiny with only 11 million shares outstanding and the stock only trades every so often. that alone i find very interesting because there still is 11 million shares outstanding and you would think that there would always be sellers and there has not. If one decides to own this stock i assume that owning it before the fireworks otherwise you could play higher prices. Actually i was very surprised to actually get a call from this person ( the controller) because i have been trying for months. we talked for at least 20 minutes and i like the speculation that is being offered here.

talked with management today via the phone for about 20 minutes.
The financials have been delayed but will be released mid to late April.
The account has bigger fish to fry. So we will get 2014 no audit. rest will have an audit done by accountant for 2015 and 2016 . fiscal year ending Feb 28 2017 the current year will be released in June. Business during earlier years ok, but 2016 saw a turn-around . Company has decided to come out of the closet . They may become fully reporting with the SEC.h
I asked them to put out a press release on the website concerning this information and that may happen. The company appears to have a different mind set and would like to see a better valuation for their stock.
I was very surprised to get a phone call because they seem to never respond to much of anything. This is a major development in my opinion.
