Let's start with what we already know. $GNAU is becoming MD Corporation and the director is Shawn Anthony Mesaros. The SS is very good...

From the nvsos page on MDCorp, it looks like this will have an AS of 100mil from 90mil? So no real impact here.

As you can see he has worked at many investment firms...starting his own a few years back...Pamria LLC.

You will also notice that the address for Pamria and MD Corp are the same...
So it's safe to assume that MD Corp will be backed by good money. It's possible that Pamria is rolled in as a subsidiary??? Time will tell...

Terramed Ltd:

I couldn't find a lot on terramed, but looks to be established on some level for a revenue producing business.
Intellemed Ltd:
I didn't find much on this one. I did see an Intellemed Inc in the states, but not sure if they are related. Didn't dig real far, so some future DD to be done here.
Neuraxon, Ltd:

This one seems to be the biggest of the 3? It's a very nice company with some impressive revs/profit and it was growing YoY. Now the 2016 numbers are not posted yet, but one has to assume that the business continued on and to grow. As of 2015, they had $1.8mil (Euros?) in cash position and it was growing!

So the LOI if approved looks like a fantastic investment!
Something else I noticed will looking at the MD Corp site: http://mdcorp.com/
If you look at their presentation of business plan you will notice another company that this is linked to: http://mdcorp.com/?page_id=61
Notice how within the MD Corp presentation there are many slides with the Fenix Group International Logo on them? ;) So who is this? I think it's another subsidiary of MD Corp.

If you notice though on the MD Corp page, what they are trying to accomplish or focus on:
This leads me to believe they have a strong tie with Pamria and the Fenix Group since both are Asian related investment firms. Their LOI with the European companies is great too as this really helps their world reach. Notice that MDC has offices that span the globe. So I think we are in a good position here and WAY undervalued with the current SS in place. Such an interesting company to be a part of and I look forward to future announcements.
It was also nice to see the CEO say that they will be changing $GNAU to MDCorp soon - so watch the Finra page for that confirmation.
Looks like a few someone's are starting to take notice of what's happening here.
