CEO sent private email  QEDN will reopen  September 1st 2020 after government forced shutdown
It's September 1st 2021; Reopening never happened .
Question is:
Why is she hiding and why has she shut down her email accounts.
When asked anything, her response is always  "I can't say anything, I signed a nondisclosure statement"...
But:
none of these phantom NDAs ever result to anything. 

CEO made public anouncement filing Bankruptcy and included it in Court
Documents...Now she says "No Bankruptcy...Someone is
trying to make it look like I said it".

It's in the Court Documents below.
Was she lying when she notified the Court, or is she lying now?
She has committed purgery before, and hauled before the Judge in a case related to QEDN
