What's not clear is which came first, the CEO designation or Morales's bio. I would expect the latter since I saw it long ago. Designating him as CEO is new.

The company actually has a password to access their OTC Market page to enter information. OTC Market personnel doesn't decide who is put in as CEO. Is it a mistake? Possibly. But it would be Kate's mistake. Somebody could notify her of it and see if it is a mistake. Or not. If I were more curious, I'd contact her. But I'm not.

Meanwhile, there's no update on the news Kate announced, nor have any financials been submitted. Not the ones that are late, nor the one that's due today. No Late Notice posted, either.

Shareholders have gotten used to Kate constantly tweeting out one thing or another about orders and meetings and such. But now she's gone silent after mentioning a big acquisition. Then, there's the whole "We're gonna post financials ASAP" thing.

So, will the sp maintain $.0005 during this self-imposed quiet period?

I really hope Kate pulls it off this time. I own a decent amount of shares(around 5 million). Not as much as people that bought in at low trip prices. In no way do I think I'll become a millionaire from QEDN. I'm just trying to make 5 to 10 thousand off my investment. Which is reasonable. But if this latest tweet about a possible deal with an 8 figure company turns into another weird thing where she buys a movie theater. How does one deal with that level of insanity....

I don't like the way volume today was around the amount of unrestricted shares that freed up from a couple days ago. I'm guessing the company Kate is working with is Grupo Nutresa. It's almost certainly not NESTLE.

Yes. This kind of "news" does nothing for a stock, especially when there's a track record of unfilled promises. And of course the complete lack of details doesn't help. You have to wonder how, or if, it plays into sacha inchi. For all shareholders know, she could be looking at going in a whole other direction.

People are on pins and needles waiting for the update. 🙄

Yes, that's the point I've been trying to make and get Kate to acknowledge.

Q1 showed $11,000 in revenue from something. I can't recall if it was ever identified. It was a long time ago, after all.

Shipping product doesn't necessarily mean it came from a purchase order. It could just be a company wanting to see a sample of her product. I would not expect much.

She's been tweeting that she's been shipping product since the summer. It'll be interesting to see what the financials show on that score.
