The price seems to be holding up. Have you had any luck discovering new info?
Looks like the company divided the shareholders and made them stay hush hush,,,,,, wait for letter and don't say anything.... Speculation drives the price....
It is hard to believe there is not more chatter about PDEP on this board, since the are merging with Delphi.
I guess the company has really kept a lid on the terms of the deal. You would think there would be some old shareholders who are in the know who could provide some additional details.
BUX
No doubt. We will still likely make some decent money here. I can't imagine they couldn't squeeze a premium out of Dephi considering the tiny market cap this thing has.
.10 a share would be less than $7 million.

My broker said the same, they aren't giving any information on the sale. He said to see if they filed anything withe sec. He said it's unfortunate that some companies do shareholders this way.
Landbarron, I spoke to my brokerage firm. I was able to determine that this is a mandatory merger, meaning shareholders have no say in the deal. It is a cash transaction. So at some point we will receive cash for our shares. The brokerage had no information on the terms of the deal, so we have no idea what they sold the company for.
They sent info to the brokerage firm allowing for a couple of options, concerning seeking an appraisal, but the way the company handled the deal, it made it impossible to exercise any of these rights.
Today is the deadline and it is impossible to vote and get the information to the company in New Zealand by today.
So the potential positive is that the company was sold for cash to a $5 billion company. The potential negative is that we have no idea for what price.
It could be a home run, it could be a bust. Current market cap is $2 million, it is hard to imagine they couldn't sell the company for more than that, considering the obvious future for this technology, but penny stock management teams screw shareholders all the time. So we have to wait and see.
Landbarron, I received the same info from management on the merger that you did. I will call my brokerage firm today to see if they have any details. Why there is no public press release or even private shareholder letter conveying the details, is a mystery to me.
As for trying to place a potential value on this deal, it would be pure speculation.
My brokerage site shows at current prices, PDEP has a $2 million market cap.
You would have to think that their patent portfolio is worth many times that amount.
At .15 a share, it would be a $10 million deal, which would be peanuts considering their technology.
Who knows.
Please contact me if you get any info at all. I will do the same.
By the way what do you think these shares should be worth. Your opinion.
Delphi is trading at 73$, Delphi has a shareholder update/meeting on the 13 of April maybe they will release the terms, I am with Scottrade and they don't have any news or terms yet, if you speak to your broker or hear anything please post.
Wow. I own this thing by the truckload. I hope they made a good deal and didn't screw us. They wouldn't provide the terms of the deal? Delphi is a public company, right? So maybe we will get Delphi shares.
I emailed the company asking about the news letter after CES and they responded with. "We have recently entered into a merger agreement. PureDepth entered on March 23, 2016 into a merger agreement with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delphi Automotive PLC.they also said that the letter is sent to the brokeright that holds your shares, and we would need to contact them to find out.
I haven't received one yet and I usually get one when they come out.
When I emailed the company he responded with;
Dear Shareholder,
We have had some good progress in automotive and a very busy time at CES 2016. If you go to our website, you will see some videos and links on our homepage that speak to this.
We will be trying to put a more comprehensive update out to shareholders in the next few weeks.

Is the shareholder letter out yet for PDEP? Someone bought nearly 500,000 shares today. Hopefully we are going to get some positive news soon.
A shareholder letter should be out by the end of the month.
Anyone have any updates on PDEP? It seems to be rising again, albeit on small volume. Someone has been nibbling at this thing since CES. Does anyone know if they finally secured a contract for a production vehicle?
PDEP is starting to run. Getting volume and moving up to .02.
If they get a big design win in a vehicle that goes into production, this thing could be big.

LAS VEGAS -- Now that infotainment systems are nearly ubiquitous, the cockpit screens that display all that information have become a growth industry.
Through 2021, global revenue from center console displays, instrument clusters and head-up displays is expected to grow more than 11 percent annually, IHS Automotive predicts.
By the end of 2021, IHS says, global revenue from automotive display systems is expected to total $18.6 billion, adding nearly $9 billion in annual revenue compared with 2015.
The market for cockpit displays “will see some amazing growth and innovation through the end of the decade,” IHS analyst Mark Boyadjis said in a statement.
IHS expects the global production rate for head-up displays will jump more than 65 percent by 2021 to more than 6 million units annually.
But in 2021, instrument clusters and center stack displays will continue to account for more than 90 percent of the segment revenues. And suppliers are eager to tap that segment by upgrading their wares.
For example, suppliers are adding haptic features to center console screens that allow the user to “feel” a virtual button when they push it. Likewise, instrument clusters -- once little more than an analog speedometer and fuel gauge -- are getting a complete makeover.
Suppliers are rolling out reconfigurable instrument clusters that display not only the vehicle’s speed but also navigation routes, music selections and phone numbers.
New generations of graphics chips -- originally designed for computer gaming -- can create sharp images that look as solid as any metal-and-glass speedo. Inside the cluster, layers of glass and filters project the image, creating a feeling of depth.
An example of the genre is a cluster that Delphi Automotive designed for a Ford Mustang GT concept to be shown this week in Las Vegas.
With the aid of a New Zealand company called PureDepth, Delphi designed a cluster that lets the driver opt for track readouts, turn-by-turn navigation, media or simply speed and rpms.
To give the concept a twist, Delphi also allows the passenger to monitor the driver’s performance via screens on the dash.
For example, the readout allows the passenger to compare the driver’s lap times with his previous circuits. The screen also monitors G-forces and displays the car’s current location on the track.
Glen De Vos, Delphi’s vice president of engineering, says automakers and suppliers are taking their lead from the gaming industry, which has pioneered graphics technology.
“Video games, arcades, the gaming industry and even Hollywood — this is where the pioneers in graphics go to show their stuff,” De Vos said in a written statement. “We wanted some of that multi-dimensional look in a car.”
I think CES was positive.
Great news for puredepth.

CES must have been a success for PDEP. The stock is rising and starting to finally get some volume.
They have been working with Delphi for a while and Delphi will be showcasing there products utilizing puredepth technology at CES this week. Whats promising is Delphi approached
Puredepth and even mentions them in articles.
Hopefully it will be a big week for PDEP. CES is this week. A recent article indicated they would be showing off their wares in cars at the show.
Great news out of PDEP today. Showcasing their technology for autos in partnership with Delphi. They expect to have customer commitments in the near future.
Does anyone know when PDEP patents begin to expire?
I worry about PDEP being overshadowed by NVIDA which seems to be
making much better inroads to this technology with the auto companies. Merger/aquisition?

A shareholder letter was sent out on July 9th. Not much news but fresh $$ may be coming from IGT in 2016 and Japan possibly legalizing gaming so could open up opportunities for the MLD tech there.
Anyone still in PDEP? It has started a nice run. Anyone have any updates?
Might need to wait until the GTECH IGT merger is complete to see if additional slots funding is coming though
This should be at least a penny with the shareholder letter today imo
Last year PDEP sent out an investor letter at the end of March. Still waiting for this years letter, but a nice bump will sure follow if anything promising inside. The patents alone are worth 5-10 million from IGT if they continue to develop slots using this technology IMO
Is this still alive...what happened to IGT? Are they still using Pure Depth tech in slots?
alittle vol today ... if that ASK got slapped, look out, not many shares on this one, could see .02+ easy imo.
and the ASK is super thin ... think 400k or less to .02+
Thanks toucan. I saw it this morning. Nice.
GM bud ... take a look at the sticky posts, its all about the "Patents" and they are getting royalties from IGT & SANYO big $$
What's this. I like the low share structure. Nice.
ok, have a great evening bud
yeppers, see ya at the bank bro!!!
yea, already marked it. im lucky number 11!!}}
yea man. definitely worth grabbing a big chunk, and bury them next to the old neighbors husband. do you know what the a/s structure is? thanks
its all about the "patents" bud ... huge $$$ here
