I believe they handled the topic honestly. They confirmed AGAIN that they still do not have plans to do a reverse split. They still believe like they always have that the share price will rise organically and a r/s won't be necessary. But as they said, it is always an option. If they needed to they could, just like any other OTC company. It's not 100% guaranteed they won't, but they've been saying for years they don't have plans to and confirmed yesterday they still don't. Right now there is zero reason to think they will.

coot I suggest you document your allegations about what I have stated that I did. It is true that I first bought about 100,000 shares (forget the exact number). Then I reduced my stake to about 67,000 shares to find money to invest in SPZI. After that I have sold most of my shares in SPZI and increased my stake in this company to 222,000 shares. Very recently I sold all those shares.

oldman I may tell you in a private post in a few days. I spent about half the money just minutes after selling the shares. The remainder of the money will be wired to my bank in the country I live and I will use my national broker to buy shares in the same company. My US broker does not allow me to transfer the money straight away. I prefer to make a few different transfers in case something goes wrong. I received a small transfer this morning since I wanted first to check that the money arrived in my bank account, which it did. I am selfish to the extent that as a principle I don't communicate to others which stocks I buy shares in before my purchase has been effected. In this case I realize that the company involved has such a high market cap that it is very unlikely that it would affect the ppsI have to pay for the shares I am going to buy, but I choose to adhere to a principle.

Hypothetically crgeq,at present, is undergoing cost-cutting reorganization so that majority ownership can be sold to skilled managers who control a more technically advantageous portfolio of products. IQST should be maximizing its PR campaign now in anticipation of the notice of effectiveness which will be filed during the 1st 15 days of May and which will finally make available shares for the option ifldy and snow are fearmongering. Intelligent financiers for acquisitions like QXTEL would likely prefer to maximize the payoff value of shares to be gained from the transaction and this can be done with the help of a secondary option that feeds additional acquisitions. I'd rather sell down 30-40 million shares from $6-8 than from .30-.40 especially if I had another financing arm to spend $10-20 million to obtain the growth needed to accomplish my desired payday. In short pump, pump, pump it up.
