I agree. That board has been pretty good - surprisingly not that many crazy peeps there like other boards. Hoping for 10%+ @ 28 days... no plateau - would be even better going into p3. But if not 10%+, i think we can double from here just on a successful trial. Good luck to you bro.

We had 8% on 14 day compared to Vertex 10% over 28 day measures at 24 week high dosages, we were running low dosage, and we only tested ours on 8 patients that were sick not hand picked like Vertex.

Vertex achieved 14% on Heterozygous which is also very possible we reach this.

Remember they are conducting test using 30 patients Homozygous and 30 patients Heterozygous, Homozygous being the most difficult to treat.

They just released earnings. Cash burn dropped, data expected Q4 2019 now all looks good. This is big gamble for PTI. Either Triplet better than Vertex's triplet or its below.
