Headline reports positive results from phase 1/2 study but the results are actually disappointing and the stock is suffering as a result. Unfortunately, their protocol required studying patients who had already lost vision and that seems like a long shot. Their real target patients should be adolescents/teenagers who are just beginning to show evidence of retinal deterioration. If they demonstrated that treatment prevented vision loss.....a real miracle and a great benefit to mankind. It would require a longer study.

Nobody’s paying attention but this little company with news scheduled to be released on Tuesday a.m. is up 34% in the past 5 days of trading. I don’t know if this means anything but let’s hope for great news for those who are afflicted with Usher Syndrome type 2 and are dealing with hearing loss and blindness. Will DNA/RNA editing reverse this devastating condition?

Interim results of study on Usher type 2 study will be presented Tuesday morning, Mar 31. The stocks behavior for this past week suggests something positive will be announced. A good time to buy at this low, low price.

When did they announce the first orphan approval and did the stock go up a certain % then? In any case from first glance it looks good. We got bit of a beaten down stock about 75% since last year and now 2nd orphan drug status. But losing money from last year too I believe.

I own two other stocks in micro RNA MICBE and EMBT, they both just did reverse mergers instead of IPOs(MICB had planned on one) but now awaiting auditor change so both in limited status.
