Stop playing with your peckers and stand at attention. The stock might be doing something other than festering like road kill on a summer day.
Caco posted a selfie video from Armen at the grand opening of Clinical Care Medical Center in Orlando, with some PharmCo bag-swag to hand out.
What would the reaction be if Armen were able to expunge his record and become the CEO. It should happen, he is the reason RXMD exists, and RXMD IS the (then) "one store Pharmacy" that was named in the complaint by his investors; and if they held from trips they'd be rich! Also, Armen has political friends (diplomat) so maybe it's possible?
If Armen were to become CEO on NASDAQ, I think that would be well received and well deserved. But is it possible?
Go RXMD!
Yea looking really solid
"Roll that beautiful bean footage...."
Ya think that would be the reasoning for the post lol
Heeey Now! LOL
FM under water again, was pumping it here earlier in the week.
Lol muln falling faster than you know who's approval rating.

Hang in guys
Wow, we have a whole $12k traded…. Exciting

I don’t think Jay will be eliminated. But he’s definitely in the process being replaced.
Yes, lots of $25.00 to $200.00 Trades...I don't know what that means.
What’s with all the $10-$25 trades? MM games?
That's my point this new assistant adds to the payroll. Eliminate a higher up reduces payroll.
It’s interesting to note how many people come out of the wood work when anything worth noting happens. There was / is so much potential here and yet management has their knee on the neck of this ticker.
"Basis Financial understudy CEO Jay, still taking the Heat for RXMD Armen…"
We might see new interest today hopefully....
Have a nice day everyone,,,,
$RXMD
He makes $120K a year. The CFO makes $180K.
Hopefully something good is happening. The last thing this company needs is more people on payroll without higher revenues. I vote no CEO to reduce expenses.
Interesting? Let's move up soon!
Highly doubtful Jay remains IMO, his less than sub-par performance thus far as been dismal. The self inflicted quiet period has ruined any shred of confidence on a hopeful future for RXMD.
Without some meaninful communication to shareholders or some blockbuster of a PR, the PPS will continue to hover in the 2s.
Nice post and interesting speculation. My take on it, however, is that the CEO will have a dedicated EA. Many executives see this as a status symbol. Whether that executive continues to be Jay is unknown. GLTU

Nice post SF. Thanks for sharing.
Good questions. I have no answers.
Go RXMD!
The COO, Birute Norkute, is also a board member of the company. As defined by the JD, this new Executive Assistant position will “Communicate with the board members on behalf of CFO, COO and GM”. The CEO is also on the board, why is he not on this “on behalf of” list?
Thanks SF you may be on to something.
SF very well could have been right, and it could have become impossible to close with the N**E lawsuits. Anything is impossible. We all followed the DD, it was plausible.
Good Luck to Us!
Go RXMD!
Oversight? The CEO reports to the GM, so the GM has it covered?
Or maybe a new CEO is coming (either hired or merged) with a dedicated assistant?
IDK, just possibilities.
Go RXMD!
The job responsibilities are comprehensive. That person will be very busy!
Go RXMD!
I can't imagine their future plans involve not having a CEO.... What difference would it make if Jay is leaving? The position should still be coordinating with that specific office... Why not say so?
You might be right. We know Jay goes to the office sometimes. I totally believe that's Jay's Ford in the CEO Reserved parking spot on the left, in front.

(Thanks for the link vp)
Go RXMD!
Or the fact Jay is the COB. Wasn’t supposed to be a working ceo since they had Mars. He’s the defacto CEO until stated otherwise. He has other business interests and I doubt he ever goes into that office.
My opinions.
I know nothing. The verifiable news is that an executive assistant job was posted that serves all executives except the CEO. Interesting.
Go RXMD!
Will the new CEO be off-site?
Thanks Stockforce! That is very interesting. I'm not one to speculate about M&A, but transitioning executive responsibilities to an administrative position would certainly help with transition.
Go RXMD!
Is this a sign Jay might step down as the CEO soon?
The company just posted a new Executive Assistant position today. It provides support to CFO, COO and Armen (GM). The job descriptions are very comprehensive, and specifically include this: "Communicate with the board members on behalf of the CFO, COO and GM". Where is the NO. 1? Where's Jay? Who's gonna support him? Is he invisible? LOL. I think he will step down very soon.
