I see no need for a 'spinoff' to achieve any of the company's objectives. The CE has absolutely no impact on uplisting to any exchange outside of the OTCM ethos.

Thanks for your post but it's a little confusing to me; do you mean it's not clear to you why a spin off would be necessary/advisable? Or do you mean it's not clear to you if CE would need to be removed from TXTM (parent) for spin off (child) to list on higher exchange?
Maybe its moot; DrJ's tweets today are apparently talking JSE - doesn't that imply that a spinoff is not the route?

Yes I know, that’s part of CE possible designation and yes when things are straightened out, it gets resolved like in that case. In this case there’s obviously more. That’s not my point - you got someone over here thinking this is a whole ploy by the OTCM to screw people over. It’s not them, it’s the platforms who are restricting it. Wrong. A CE designation can be placed on companies due to external promotions or suspicious trading activities unrelated to the company, as was the case with BDCC and an external article involved in our instance. Try again.

Oh dear, part 2… CE is placed on companies because of their own actions and still are not interrelated. And you’re blaming the wrong messenger, OTCM has been designating CE for years, it’s just since 2021 that trading platforms changed their rules. They changed these rules during the pandemic when scam companies were on the rise with all the newbie naive investors spending their stimmie checks on penny stocks, and getting screwed, instead of actually stimulating the economy spending it on goods and services. It was to protect people from themselves. Go complain to them.

Found an interesting tweet from 2 yrs ago re 4 cos that filed form 10-12g. Seems things moved fairly fast once they filed the 10-12g, then a 8k. One is ONL, a spinoff on the NYSE,. IMO. GLTA.
