They are just conmen otcm knows it 🤦
So they amended their filing to add this. Still no mention of their millions of pound order that was pumped prior to the CE, and basically states "we will funnel revenue through TXTM if we feel like it". What a joke.
Supply Agreement
As part of the Company's general business, it plans to fulfill orders and ship products to end customers around the
world, including biomass derived from hemp, raw or processed CBD, and/or finished health and wellness products
containing CBD (derived from Genus Cannabis Sativa). The end products are anticipated to be shipped as partial
shipments (LCL) to the end customer in compliance with the rules and regulations of each jurisdiction involved by
the responsible parties. Such that the Company can fulfill orders, the Company entered into a Supply Agreement
with its President and Chairman of the Board in his capacity as an independent fourth generation farmer who
controls, among other things, a 5,000 hectare farm in the jurisdiction of New Castle, South Africa. The Company’s
President and Chairman of the Board in his individual capacity as an independent farmer controls certain permits
related to activities such as cultivation, import/export of various agricultural products including but not limited to
genus cannabis sativa. The Company does not plant, own or control any farm, and has no permit.
The Company’s President and Chairman of the Board, in his capacity as an independent farmer and a team,
managed by the Company’s CEO- Dylon Du Plooy, in his individual capacity, are responsible for planting hemp
crops derived from Genus Cannabis Sativa seeds at a farm controlled by the Company’s President and Chairman of
the Board. In the future, the Company’s President and Chairman of the Board may provide the Company with
access to, and/or the Company may receive benefit from, permits controlled by the Chairman. There are no
guarantees that this will occur. Furthermore, the Company does not need such access, specifically to permits held
by its President and Chairman of the Board in his individual capacity as a private citizen and independent farmer
within jurisdiction of South Africa, to carry out its business endeavors such as fulfilling and shipping product to end
customers.
for some reason i always think txtm/cyio have something mutual going on.
It’s sad bro. Let’s all support each other and make money to help ourselves and others
Another basher bashing on a non trading day at 9PM. You can’t make this stuff up, folks!
Bag of gold Best of luck to you with your holdings. Whatever you may have. I want everyone to do well. Even bashers like you.
Oh another bag holder 😂🤣
Does DrJ and Txtm live rent free in your head? Asking for a friend. Lol
Yes we have been trying to tell you this for a year 🚂 Doctor J doesn't have a clue 👜
I know right. He has no clue. LOL.
Wow.. this is a REAL conversation
🤣🤣🤣. The end of the world for some clearly arrived before the eclipse.
Damn.. this is crazy.. not audited? 🤣🤣🤣
I can tell you’re very successful at this stonk thing. Your experience is very evident.
Yes indeed. Tuck your tail and run because you can’t defend what you said.
Bye now .. you will never have a clue
Try what? You know I’m not lying.
That BS FLUFF PR didn’t move the stock on tick. Is that what you call meeting the demands?
You don’t have a clue 🕵️
Don’t even try 😂😂😂
You said they would never FILE them. Now you are moving the goalposts.
Dude, when ICNM said they merged, the stick dropped tremendously. How is that meeting the demands? The way it’s looking, they are no different from TXTM.
Does it says so on the OTCmarkets website? 😂😂😂
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
No, it proves that the inference of the CE may indeed caused injury to the company, and that inference applied by OTCM has now been proven false.
Maybe the OTCM needs the disclosure huh? Define it was a simple article and not fraud? now who is liable?

You aren’t quite all there are you. The fins are accepted after the attorney letter is filed.
what matters is what regulators and brokers say/do. Not auditors or ceo or anyone else.
Unfortunately, all the "disclosures" illustrate that the company is absolutely dead in the water. No sales, little actual assets, no knowledge of who the clients are, etc.
What good is the audit (which is still not acknowledged on the OTC site), if no real news comes of it?
Exactly.. like the example I used before:
You can’t audited your own tax returns only the IRS could do that.
So unless OTCmarkets approved it ? Then it’s NOT AUDITED.
False
We are compliant in all disclosers. We have still seen no evidence of ANY wrongdoing by the company, just assertions by you and others as to what they " think" caused the CE. So you may want to revisit the stickied post above and remind yourself that ALL previous communications were cleared and not found promotional by the OTCM itself ( the original reason for CE). That statement was ALSO in evidence at the time of the Audit and the account which it was made on was LISTED as reviewed by the auditor and is in the filings. So that statement is now a matter of legal fact and audited.
So the letter from the auditor in the annuals stating they audited the financials means nothing? I see.
Secretive and audited aren’t 2 words that go together.
The information I have now is a reason Not to invest in TXTM. The company is too secretive in its dealings; always a bad sign for a Pinky Stock.
it says clear as day ,unaudited on otc.
Quote: " All the parent company has to do now is stop being so secretive about its actual crop sales/clientele/asset transfers"
The parent company does not trade on the OTCM, is a private company, and is not required to make disclosers of any kind. Now if you're referring to TXTM the very Audit would disallow and investigate any misstatements, omissions of any kind. You again, can find this very statement in the auditors section of the annual audited filing. You may want to stop making unsubstantiated claims that you cannot back up.
Your statements are very confusing. You have repeatedly ask for the "mission statement" for TXTM, then you show at least limited knowledge of the business model and relationships between the companies involved. What's concerning to me is you clearly have not comprehended or even attempted to read the filings.
The business model is clearly laid out along will the multiple expected revenue streams which are well defined in the Supplier Agreement as well as other sections in the filings, which are now audited and verified.
You then go on to portray the TXTM extraction process as " dormant" flying in the face of communications from management on this very topic that it is FAR from dormant and is being increased and developed. The funny part to me is you made the choice to invest with far less information than you have now.
🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🐑🚂👜
Sounds good. All the parent company has to do now is stop being so secretive about its actual crop sales/clientele/asset transfers. And to eliminate the CE. And resolving its past "Boiler Room" marketing transgressions with the OTC (which has not worked up to now). Tall order going forward.
The last Hemp conference that Dr, J spoke at he said the ideal outcome was to make the companies value translated into USD. IMO TXTM is the way that will be used to have access to the North American Markets and the USD. I expect to see revenue generated by the subsidiaries being applied to TXTM's books as the parent company. Waiting on Q1 to see how line items are applied.
I originally invested in TXTM because I thought it was a company that was going to be producing its own revenue, not simply relying on handouts. I was wrong, as you are now. As far as ICNM goes, they are currently meeting all of their expansion goals nicely; the general investing public will soon catch up to them.
Sometimes you have to take a chance and buy your straw hats in the wintertime. Sometimes it does not work out (TXTM).
Sooooo, you are a shareholder, but you are asking people for answers? Why did you even invest? Did you do your DD with ICNM? Why give them a pass? There is not one negative comment about them. LMAO!
In what ways does TXTM generate its OWN REVENUE, other than the (dormant) extraction process? Being dependent on the parent company for a seed handout now and then is not exactly a good business model.
Can anyone tell me what is TXTM's current Mission Statement. Not RSAMMD, but TXTM. I'm not the most M&A-savvy tool in the tool shed either.
This is my best guess as to why we haven't seen any revs revealed yet. I'm not the most M&A-savvy tool in the tool shed. The on time Q1 was cool!
We may still have CE, though.
The scarlet letter(s).
RSA and TXTM revs and assets are in RSAMMDA - a JV that's probly a private co. So we won't see them in a filing till RSAMMDA is incorporated into public TXTM. IMHO.
What I see is the age-old proverb once again come to fruition:
"A fool and his money are soon parted".
You really don't see it ,do you?.
Bless you... you will.
Okay. In other words, you were once again proven wrong with your timeline. An investor would know that if they did their proper DD. Didn’t you say you were invested? Wait, didn’t you tell me that ICNM put out good news? I looked at that board closely and o have yet to see you put out one bad comment about that “FLUFF” PR that they put out. So, don’t talk to me about a “BAD” investment when a “non CE” stock can’t make it past .0004. LMAO!
Try and focus on what is actually important here.
No recurring monthly sales or real asset transfers, no usage of extraction technology, no Credit Suisse/ BofA bond sales. All after telling shareholders differently. CE which has not being lifted after 1 1/2 years of supposedly trying.
Let that sink in before you try to split hairs to justify a bad investment.
You said the stock was pumped when they released the 2.33 million pounds and the stock was already .0126 when it was released. It dropped after the news was released. Why haven’t you addressed your inaccuracy? Go ahead and say you were wrong and continue with a “but, but” comment. LMAO!
Dude, you are all over the place. Make up your mind which direction you want to go. You are moving the goalposts.
Yet you are following me. What does that make you? LMAO!
