I've held this since 2013. It was ran by Luther jeffries, who ended up serving a year or so in jail for something unrelated. It was all smoke and mirrors. Nothing they said or ever did was legit. They tried so hard to ride the marijuana wave, well after most of the mj stocks tanked. Just an empty shell that gets pumped every once in a while. Just waiting for another pump so I can dump the millions of shares that I mistakenly purchased. I thought I saw a few months ago that it was being dissolved. I don't know what happened to that or if it's still happening. It's a shame you can't find the losers who rob people like this on a daily basis. "Eddie vasker" seems to be a ghost. I would love to meet him someday and merge his face into his acquisition.

Long story, prpm was to get shares of suti Dividends 5-1 or 20-1 I think but that didn't happen another long story. This been dead to long to remember what happen about merger

It's in the works but don't think it will help O/S very high. Only time will tell. Last i heard new ceo of suti not sure if he has this ticker also. Guess it's a waiting game, I have suti shares none here. This was megered with suti not sure what's up now

0.0005? Hell,you'll be seeing ONE CENT when Fast Eddie pulls his patented 1 for 100 REVERSE SPLIT on this 16 BILLION share fraud.

Of course BAGHOLDERS stretching allll the way back to 2014 will be wiped out but Eddie just LAUGHS at them for being SUCKERS. When the OS is only 160M shares post split he'll entice a whole new group of GULLIBLE to buy into this FRAUD with endless "low OS" PR.

Massive dilution will follow (with Eddie getting his billions of FREE shares) and then DUMPING them at any price and BANKING big bucks.

The reverse split will be the only news if news comes at all. Eddie Vakser is the epitome of a scam artist. There is no business, there is no news, there is nothing, but fat Eddie hiding out somewhere. When he's blown his money he will reverse split 10000-1 and then start his lies again.

Why?? You think anyone in their right mind would believe it?? The ONLY word about anything coming to this FRAUD is when the boards light up AFTER Eddie pulls one of his famous patented 1 for 100 reverse split.

He sure won't let on to shareholders,that's for him to know and all of you to find out. But...with a 16 BILLION share OS on this SHAM,it WILL happen,BANK on it. When Eddie runs out of ideas to PUMP a stock he uses a reverse split to drop the OS to in the mere hundreds of millions range (160M in this ticker) and then PUMPS those low,low OS numbers to the hilt and will claim to never dilute above that amout. SUCKERS!!

Shareholders/BAGHOLDERS holding this garbage when that happens will be wiped out. Wouldn't be Eddies first trip to the rodeo with reverse splits.
