DALLAS, Nov. 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Priority Aviation, Inc. (USOTC: PJET) ("PJET") today announced the company is on track to launch its Student Housing By Owner (SHBO) App next month in December.
With student housing is in short supply and only an estimated 22% of students living on campus, PJET anticipates its Student Housing App to resonate with the resource constrained student housing market.
In addition to introducing an App intended to be the Airbnb of student housing, the App is architected to optimize advertising to the university student demographic.
21 million U.S. college students are estimated to have over $376 billion in spending power. In 2020, students spent $39 billion on food alone. You know I get that u guys are frustrated at this point because you have now probably lost 50 and possibly over 65% of your investment, in value as you guys kept buying the uptrend. (Who does that? I thought good traders buy low and sell high, not buy the uptrend) to then get stuck with the bag.

Fine, they are building a housing building that may contain an approximate of 100 units to compliment the app.(the # of units I'm referring to is only an assumption, as there is no explanation as to how many units they are actually building and I calculated it based on lesser than 10% of the registered students for that university)
that part is great news and i'm excited to see it get going, but the timing doesn't make sense, at all.
1st, they want to put out an app by early to mid december, which they made public 1 1/2 months before such deadline. (which makes no sense to me at all, because they are only providing their competitors their idea and giving those competitors a chance to catch up and create something similar and possibly faster than PJET)

2nd, how do you plan to build a housing unit to compliment the app they are creating, if a housing unit/apartment complex/condo/even a hotel or whole in the wall motel 6 can take anywhere from 6 months to a year to build?
