This is how I see it but I might be wrong, a $225,000,000 company that can't afford even one secratary to answer their phone or e-mails.
PrimeGen Energy Corp (Shell Corp extraordinary)
This company started organizing it’s scam in May 2005 in Nevada. Part of their scheme included a dummy corporation with an office in Texas having it’s main office and state of incorporation listed as Bridgewater, New Jersey (PrimeGen’s phone number is 1-908-382-7924). The address for their main office in Bridgewater New Jersey turns out to be a UPS mailbox drop (Bridgewater UPS phone number is 1-908-575-1100). News releases in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Bussinessweek, AOL fiance and others make reference to company activities in Arkansas, Kansas and Alberta and British Columbia, Canada.
The activities of this shell corporation were not limited to just the North American continent one of the residence of the CEO Robert Charlton, is listed as being in London, of course the residence is probably as fictitious as his name. Also PrimeGen may have obtained money from a German Investment Banking Group in Europe (http://www.aqm-e.com/PDFS/AM/MiddleMarket11Aug.pdf) to purchase their non existent Russian oil rig. Of course all the oil drilling activity claimed by this bogus oil company is in Russia making the mineral lease purchases very difficult to prove or disprove for the common person in the United States.
The more I dig into this scam the more I realize they were a sloppy group, PrimeGen cloned their last website http://www.primegenenergycorp.com from another website http://www.medoilgas.com/ they used the exact website slightly changing some of the names and information but used the same pictures. The PrimeGen energy corp. website was removed from the internet on Friday 02/12/2010 and brought back up again Sunday night.
The company obtained legal counsel from Applbaum & Zouvas, LLP in San Diego California who apparently specialize in securities and divorce and may be a legitimate law firm (Applbaum & Zouvas phone number 619-688-1116; Marc Applbaum phone 619-688-1171; Luke Zouvas phone 619-688-1716), Marc Applbaum told one investor PrimeGen still owes his firm money but a phone message from me left for Marc Applbaum was not returned as of Monday, 02/15/2010. Other than the investors who lost money by trading shares on the NYSE Applbaum & Zouvas may be the only legitimate player directly involved with PrimeGen Energy and would seem like a good source of information if indeed their law firm is legitimate, notice the whole staff at Applbaum & Zouvas graduated from the same school The Thomas Jefferson School of Law in the same year 1999 (http://www.apzlaw.com/ourteam.html). While on the Applbaum website please click on the partners link, examination of the ReoStar Energy Corporation website looks suspicious to me newly founded in 2007, and I’ve viewed the website video before under a different oil company name. Note Mark Zouvas is shown as the CEO of ReoStar Energy. The events listed in this last paragraph might only be coincidence but look suspicious under the circumstances. ReoStar trades as REOS curently at $.12 and might be a model company who's only connection to PrimeGen is through the Law firm.
PrimeGen organized in 2005.
In 2006 they were listed on the NYSE, from Sept. 2006 to March 2007 a total of only 6000 shares were bought and 6000 shares were resold shortly after being bought at a price of about $1.50 I think this was an attempt to stimulate some activity for PGNE.
March of 2007 1.1 million shares were traded at about $1.50, I don’t no why the sudden increase in volume.
Than in April 2007 the price dropped to only about $.18 and volume spiked to 10 million shares.
May 2007 8 million shares were traded at $.02.
Than from June 2007 until the news releases in March 2009 somewhere around a total of 20 million traded back and forth at $.01, almost 2 years at $.01.
After all the timed news releases from March 2009 until the present the stock traded mostly at about $.10 with a bump in volume and price for a few days in August 2009.
Looking back I now see the oil productivity reports are transparently erroneous. The company claims to have started drilling well Rod 10-22 on November 30th 2009 and completed ithe well on December 14th and than commenced production on that same well already on December 16th, they released the production figures on December 31 2009. That is all impossible. First of all oil companies don’t release production figures to the public for 6 months, even in Russia. Second they can not reach a wells total depth in two weeks let alone remove the rig and install a well head, erect a tank battery and start production all in two weeks that is humanly impossible even if you didn’t have any problems. First of all you can’t drill that fast, it takes a whole day just to install casing and cement the casing, than it takes at least 4 days to tear down the rig and move it off and than it takes another week just to set up a well head and install tanks and separators for the oil, water and gas, you also have to trench a pipeline for the gas all this in two weeks? My opinion is these guys are bogus.
I disagree with you on the selling part where you said "if we were to play the chart with should all sell". Last Friday the stock shot back up to 33% with record volume over 8.7 mil. RSI and CCI are heading back.
Resistances are at .037 and .057. Easy money here.
The 60 minutes chart showing MACD is crossing up. I think this puppy will bounce. $$$$
Man, what a scam! I've been following this POS for awhile and I can't believe that it's such a scam. I mean just look at the facts. The whole site goes down with no news from the so-called company last week and now you've got some Russian hooker posing as the company logo on their "site" for all the rubes out there.
Why didn't the company put out some news last week if its real? Do ya think they might be manipulating the stock themselves? You know shorting it with bad news and crashed site?
That way they could make a killing without putting out more shares in T-trades or whatever.
Why isn't this company listed on any Russian government lists? Why is incorporated in Nevada? Nevada doesn't ask the tough questions if you know what I mean.
Maybe there'll be some fake pump news this week. The russian hooker on their website may appear in a bikini. BTW, how do we know she's even Russian? She could be a Las Vegas pole dancer for all we know?
The attorneys Applebaum and Zouvas said PGNE owe them money ?
If true, this attorney seems silly to discuss such attorney-client issues with strangers ! Instead, if they are trustworthy, they should be working now on the latest Quarter disclosure filings for Pink OTC.
Anyway, I'm still waiting for the "secret" poster who alerted about the website before it went down..
She a tease. If we were to play the chart we should all sell. Resistance is above .03 the support .0173. Been holding awhile, even after I sold the majority of my holdings at .28 in August. Way ahead on this play. Looking to add more again and even if I do buy and this goes under I still made out. Companies not going anywhere. Wasn't yank by the SEC back in 2006 with Scott Marshall and won't be yank under Charlton's watch. A lot of shares bought at weeks end, but not by the company yet. Over $200,000 worth of shares bought Friday. Something up and the people who panic and loss will buy high once again. I paid a visit to our attorney friends last week since I work a few miles away. A lot of bickering and no substanced. Call this company what you want but I have to pay taxes this year on what I made from them last year.
lol...hahaha. yeah that girl on the site got me all excited. Oil and pretty girl something so sexy about that....
Play the chart don't play the news!!!
Hi Tnguyen1225, Nice Looking Gal, Isn't She?
I suppose if you compare the possible upside with the possible downside on the stock price there is a lot of the former and not much of the latter. I gotta wonder -- if PrimeGen can afford to upgrade their shiny new web site, can they afford to pay their attorneys, Applebaum and Zouvas, LLP the money they owe them? Can they afford to pay an auditor to review their financials for their year-end of December 31, 2009? Will we get some happy news from Mr. Charlton any time soon?
Will the Phoenix rise from the ashes? We don't know. All we can do is wait and see. Hope springs eternal, I suppose.
If that girl on the under construction site really is Russian, I would really like to meet her in Moscow.
"Well the Ukraine girls really knock me out
They leave the west behind
And Moscow girls make me sing and shout ..." (The Beatles)
Ahh, the stuff that dreams are made of ...

Robert M. Fulton
Man, you're going crazy over this. You're over analyzing. Take it easy. PGNE has been around for a while and not a newly created company. Relax man, i am a shareholder as well.
Maybe they're shaking the tree to buy back as much shares as they can....jimo...
That is not why people are worried - If you can find anything please submit - I would like to prove claims true also - Any one no why their income claims for the 3rd 1/4 don't appear to reduce per barrel income by Russian Federation tarrifs? they take pbp x amount extracted as income. Please spare me - NO WEB SITE IS UPDATED IN THIS MANNER.. YOU BUILD NEW SITE _ TEST THE SITE IN A BETA SITE - COPY TESTED FILES - TRANSFER TESTED SOURCE FILES DURING DOWN TIME - THIS SITE COULD BE UPDATED IN 5 MINUTES - NO DISRUPTION TO USERS.

Everybody is panicking because the website don't work? lol...this sometimes happened when you're updating the site.
This explains why PGNE went up 33% last Friday. No need to panic once the website is updated and the company release a PR, everything will be explained.
PGNE is super cheap now get some.
I don't know how anyone would know what to make of this - I am having enough worries concerning our dependence on Russian corp board members - now a smiling Russian girl - should we be excited OR insulted? - is that what our new Russian board / officers think of their investors in the US.
Only positive - they exist, BUT - they watched my investment in them crumble - they where going to let the old web site stay until they where called on it? Then 3 days later, they display the cover to Russian playboy girl as a site under construction message? I worked as a PM for a web hosting company - no one updates their site in this manner - updates are made and files are transferred at the web hosting co. in the wee hours of the morning - little to no disruption to users (When it is a planned migration)
There is no way this was a coincidence (site down due to updating) at best - they stole an html version of someone else’s site - never used any of their recent millions to update site info - when caught - they reacted. Shameful at best IF it is a legit firm.
THEY ONLY TOOK THE SITE DOWN WHEN THEY WHERE CAUGHT! IT PISSES ME OFF AS A SHAREHOLDER - STILL.
One positive - I resubmitted all my??? and comments to the new IR address - ir@primegenenergycorp.com - along with my complaint registration numbers made to the SEC - they should answer if legit IR -they work for me -if not - nothing has changed - Tuesday they will sell into any strength

I don't know what to make of this.
Hey wake up...primegen has a website update....you got to see the figgen babe with the hammer and sikle hat...maybe hope yet whisper
Whisper, scam for what....what did these guys get out of this....again why didn't they dump the 1.5 billion shares into the market.....or was that the plan and some people from ihub and yahoo finance uncovered before it could of unfolded.....was part of the plot to continue to issue outstanding results then dump the shares....who knows.....someone purchase a pile of shares over the last several days anyone could see this, the stock held the mid two's....why, why, why would anyone invest into this, you should be able to buy these shares at .0001cents by now....who is supporting this?....not public investors....so who....again this has all the makings for an epic stock story.....
Who is twister77 who just posted once on 2/9/2010 regarding the website, just before it went down ?
If anyone wants to know what happened to Primegen website, check with twister77.
Don't be surprised when Primegen website becomes up and running again. Check with the international web hosting company HostingPanama™ in Panama City, Panama that is hosting Primegen website.
BTW, I would like to see if twister77 post in PGNE board in ihub again.
Where is Interpol when you need them?
I would respectfully suggest that you take all this info to the FBI and get Interpol involved in investigating this train wreck. I know a lot of you people out there got burned on this stock, and I did too. I bailed out at 5 cents when I could have bailed out at 9 or 10 cents. Silly me, I lost 60% on this investment.
I sent several e-mails to Mr. Charlton, starting in mid-December and never got a response to any of them. None of the e-mails bounced, and now the web site has been taken down.
We really don't know how widespread this scam may be, and there may be some international players involved. I considered myself to be a good scam spotter, but I got fooled into thinking that PrimeGen was the real thing, and I invested my own money believing the story until very recently.
It's no comfort to me, or you people who are losing money, to admit that this is truly one of the best constructed scams I have ever seen. I believe that we are dealing with a highly sophisticated "white collar" criminal enterprise and only time will tell whether or not I am right about all this. We all got sold on a really good story, didn't we? We all suspend our disbelief when we hear one.
Sometimes, the truth may be ugly, but it is what it is. As for me, having a true lawyer's mind, I just examine the evidence. Old habits die hard after 33 years of practising law.
In this case, the evidence is pointing to an ugly truth. By all means, find Mr. Charlton so he can explain himself. Good luck, that's not my department.
Regards,
Robert M. Fulton
Trailorparkboy.....
If I understand what this implies, PrimeGen borrowed the money from a German Investment banking group to buy their non existent Russian oil rig, is that how you read this? Where are our lawyer friends, please help.
I was unable to trace the oil rig company, Dzhebolskoye Chikshino Rig Co , no surprise. I've been looking at some of PrimeGen's first websites I think besides the lawyer Applebaum (I'm not trying to criminally Implicate him in this) they had more US help than we first thought does anyone know the URL for that website that traces I.P. address so we can trace back the e-mail address and website etc to sniff out a trail, I misplaced it on my computer?
Here is another article also not that recent: http://www.arujigate.com/pdf/sep_2009.pdf. Earlier this morning I found an article about PrimeGen buying something in Singapore as well as Quatar, I can't seem to find that article now, If you run across it please share.
I think in time we will catch these Russian crooks but I have little hope of retrieving any money. I filed two complaints with the SEC but it's a long weekend and they move slow anyhow. Our Sheriff hasn't responded back to me it's hard to motivate him when he has no personal interest. Keep in touch. Whispering Spirit
Found this as well, at least it shows the rig aquisition

Monthly Report – September 2009
Russia: Cross-border M&A activity
Overview of major announced deals
As of end of 8 months of 2009, cross-border activity accounted for 35 percent of $19.9 billion Russian
M&A1. Noteworthy cross-border announced deals of August include Rosneft acquiring 50% share in the
Rosneft-Stroytrnsgaz join-venture. Rosneft will pay $200 million for this share in the project which is aimed
to develop oil and gas block in Algeria. PrimeGen Energy Corp. completed the acquisition of Dzhebolskoe
Chikshino Rig Co. for $18.3 million.
In terms of value, outbound activity was significantly higher than inbound activity ($6.04 billion against
$0.9 billion), which is explained rather by size of outbound deals. The average value of top 10 outbound
deals is $587.4 million, where for inbound deals this value is as low as $88.1 million. The activity in both
directions is relatively equal with a little prevalence of inbound deals when measured by number – 39
inbound transactions against 34 outbound transactions.

What do you think now? Any new info?
someone doesn't want this thing to go below .022 for some reason
Really, I would think as a retired attorney you know for them to disseminate this kind of information to the public is illegal. I'm not questioning that they didn't put this information out, but they are causing kaos.
explain why the company stock would run high. I haven't heard from anyone that even knows if this company exists other than on paper. There is no reason for the stock price to increase.
PGNE breaking .03s soon, going to run high.
PGNE getting strong volume, running today
Looking for Mr. Charlton? Or maybe Mr. Goodbar?
Look no further than the lawyers comfort letter to Pink Sheets, and don't forget to read between the lines. Notice how he makes it clear that any meetings he had with the PGNE directors and officers were via telephone and via e-mail. And voila, there you will find Mr. Charlton's address:
The party responsible for the preparation of the financial statements of PGNE is:
Robert Charlton, Chief Executive Officer and Director
London, Canary Wharf
16, Narrow Street, E14 8DW
United Kingdom Email: rcharlton@primegenenergycorp.com
Well, now how about that! And the financials? Probably a work of fiction. It was a masterpiece nonetheless. If you are going to do "white collar crime", ya gotta have style.
In the meantime, the SEC offices are buried under a lot of snow, but don't expect too much from them any time soon. They are probably too busy investigating the next "Bernie Madoff".
Best regards,
Robert M. Fulton
PGNE buying back stock? How droll!
With an alleged $10,000,000 arsenal to buy up its own stock, it wouldn't take much to drive the price up from where it sits right now. Oh, and the web site is down? How about that? I suppose that if one is covering one's tracks and running for cover, it's a sensible thing to do. Heh, do you think Mr. Charlton is meeting with his directors in Moscow? I am sure that the lawyers that PrimeGen failed to pay would be interested in Mr. Charlton's whereabouts, too. Here is a nice e-mail I got from Mr. Applbaum the other day.

Sir,
This law firm has not represented the Company for several months and I am certainly not nor ever have been an officer or director of the Company.
We have had no contact with Mr. Charlton in several months and the Company owes this firm significant fees.

Subject: RE: PGNE's Continuing Decline
Hi Mr. Applbaum
Oh, I am sorry to hear that.
Perhaps you should notify pinksheets.com and ask them to remove your name from PrimeGen's roster, since you are shown to be an officer of the company. Put out a news release, if you like.
You might also consider notifying the SEC as well, just to clarify things with them. I have no idea whether or not they will do anything. Perhaps they will investigate, but given what they did (or failed to do) with some former high profile Wall Street tycoons, I wouldn't expect too much from them.
Not that I would expect you to turn on your own client, or anything like that. I must confess to a little curiosity as to the extent of your losses on PrimeGen's account, but I don't expect you to tell me how much.
Anyway, it's one big red flag for me. I practiced law for over 33 years, and I got burned quite a few times, so I know what that's like.
Can you tell me if the address shown for Mr. Charlton and PGNE at Pink Sheets is valid? Give me a call.
Thank you for responding.
Regards,
Robert M. Fulton

Now that this scam is unravelling very quickly, Mr. Charlton has every incentive in the world to make himself scarce, cover his tracks, and it comes as no major surprise to find that PrimeGen's web site is uhhh, "off-line". Maybe he is on some other computer in an internet cafe, checking out the chat boards and wondering if the SEC is going to bother with him. I think that it was my "sell 50,000 at the market" order that may have precipitated a bit of a cascade in the form of a falling price for this little gem. Hey, I don't like losing 50% of an investment to some scam artist who doesn't pay his lawyer. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings, but it's the market and the market doesn't care about anyone's feelings.

Robert M. Fulton
Ya, one of my favorites, good luck today Duke.
Trailor park Boy -awesome TV show. Best of luck with PGNE. I hope to pick up some tomorrow
I had researched this company awhile back and could find nothing listed in russia anywhere on them, not so much as a mention of their name except on news they generated themselves. I did find info on the company and partner before they changed the name to primegen. the old partner was a company in texas that actually just vanished and the principle of that firm now has a similar company (scam) to primegen based in california for resource exploration. so it became evident to me that the guys have been around the block and Charlton is the only employee! go figure, unfortunately this all came too late I had already bought the farm. so snuggle up to our dead certificates and this should be our lesson not to buy under a skull and crossbones flag!
That's already been done by the Somerset Reporter, the local newspaper that confirm that Primegen Energy has an answering machine in another companies office at the New Jersey address.
It may be quicker if you go this route. I heard they do good work and are very fast.
http://www.dogthebountyhunter.com/
No kidding, what is all of this?? Are these guys serious? I grabbed a little for the technical bounce. Might boardmark this one, this is entertaining. :)
"Boris, jig is up, they are sending moose and squirrel in the morning. Natasha"
Sheriff called and said the Bridgewater police Dept says that Primegen has two locations in Bridgewater and they are sending a couple of detectives out to both locations to investigate and will call the local sheriff back in the morning. But he said it doesn't look good.
The Sheriff hasn't gotten any information yet but the State attorney general just called and the address for Primegen in bridgewater is a UPS store that relays mail to clients. I think we are screwed. I am out about $12,000 if that is true.
It doesn't appear that there is any floor - even if it holds .02 - it will open in the morning between .01 & .015 - tading will be haulted soon after - the sky seems to be falling
LOL! I have a feeling we will get a bounce.. look at all the research that went into this...I feel its a real company.. I think Ill play it out. I'll be celebrating later or crying... it's a call of the cards.
I have lost so much already that I may as well hang... Myself.. hehhehehheheh JK!
I just picked up some at 026 I suggest you bail I'm the "kiss of death", thought we might geta bounce
Any news yet... Chomping at the bit here?? LOL! I hope we are making a new bottom.. Im ready to double down or bail... the button is waiting for my comand. OUCH the bail will hurt!
I;m interested in what wisper finds out hopefully its not a rope and pail....someone just bought 100k plus
I think if we bust .025 on volume - you will see sub penny by the end of the day - the shorting would be day trade short - no promises on sub penny - make 50% in short order - no pun intended
This is not a short covering, If i were to short this stock I would wait for sub pennies then buy back.....however just when I see some buying I see big dumping.....if and I mean if, there was some creditibility to this company at all and they issued a PR about how they got "Hood Winked/fleeced" by some internet company with setting up there internet site and apologize,d issued the quarter numbers from a legitament accounting firm with outrages numbers.......boy i would not want to be short, dreaming i know
Still haven't heard from the sheriff yet, if he doesn't call me back in the next 40 minutes I'll call him.
New to posting.. Hi all!
Im going to wait to see what the sheriff finds. Im in deep so I may as well go deeper and double down if there prooves to be some ligit news.
I have researched PGNE, and felt it was a good investment so why waver now. Unless there is a REAL reason. This will not be my first burn or last Im afraid...
Trading note
we hit .025 about 1 hour ago abot 900,000 on the uptick form there
know stock being bought on the up tick - I know you can short penny stocks - margin requirements can be prohibitive - need to be a big player to be in this dangerious game - ???
is .025 becoming a bottom to bounce or do you believe this is short covering at the end of day - price is so low - most won't short below .25 ps -
?? who is supporting / buying
KBG cell in Siberia, that the room......binger....multi day drunk
pardon my spelling - they are more of a typo - hands are too big for laptop key boards -
