Wonder why they have to pay so much? What is the advantage of them being a reit?
In addition to paying out at least 90 percent of its taxable income annually in the form of shareholder dividends, a REIT must:
Be an entity that would be taxable as a corporation but for its REIT status;
Be managed by a board of directors or trustees;
Have shares that are fully transferable;
What kind of divies can we expect here?

What is nice about PDNLB is that it's a huge revenue producing company that is going to utilize the shell. Filings talk about future numbers of $200,000,000! So yes, a quick move to $1-3 then slowly upwards from there
this is definitely a long-term play imo.. 'if' the deal gets consummated I'd expect any new volume to be those involved in the deal...etc.... I think anyone on ihub wanting in is probably already in lol

I want some filings! Can they release filings during market hours? The timing on some of the previous ones almost look like they were released during trading. Hope we get the news sometime today
no kidding, I have been screwed countless times on executions.. I stopped calling to complain b/c TDA always has the same response, "no obligation to fill you on otc stocks..etc...etc"
worst one was a few years back.. I 'was' the high bid on a VERY rarely traded shell.. 5k went off to my 5k bid (Which was non-existent until I put it there)... they didn't fill me... days later a huge fwd-split was announced and bio reverse-merger... I literally would have made like $200k off of a $1500 buy had they filled me
I would guess we will hear something tomorrow, whether 1) deal has been consummated or 2) a pushed out date to give them more time or 3) cancellation

I have a 2000 share buy order in at .29 through fidelity but it doesn't show up. So weird
Would they file the cancellation news this week if it was canceled? Seems like they would since its a fully reporting company
it's possible but it's also possible the filing is late... very common in the merger game
as long as it doesn't get cancelled we are good imo

What is the float here? What is nice is that the incoming company can't sell their shares till 60 days after the merger takes place.
