The custo always does this to have a controlling block.

What the document says is that they purchased roost shares from the custodian company. They didn't create them. They already existed. It makes sense to me to have those shares controlled by the company instead of an unrelated third party.

Nothing about that transaction says that those shares are going to be seen in the O/S.

If Igwealor's dealings in his other companies are anything to go off of, they likely won't be.
