BRND is mentioned in the plea agreement. DelPresto pled guilty to some and in turn won't be prosecuted for all.

There is no company, Premier Brands was comprised of a bunch of private companies owned by Jorge Olson (pronounced Whorehay).

After moving the company to Mexico, a couple of large P&D's (Bad Boy Vodka & MMJ nutritional products) and selling more shares than authorized, Whorehay left with his private companies and employees, leaving behind the shell that was really always a shell.

The Premier Brands site was subsequently taken down.

I don't think the game is over. Just a little different. The long ranging pumps with tons of dips, bounces, etc, over a long period of time seem to have dried up. BRND created bag holders at every price level, but also provided tons of trading opportunities. Of course, it was false, but not too many OTC companies are legit IMO.

BRND and Jorge are text book examples of how OTC markets and individual stocks can be manipulated. There have been hundreds over the years, but that action seems to have died down. Am wondering if the authorities have quietly done their jobs to shut off this kind of thievery. However, if you played these stocks, and understand that you need to be on the side of the crooks, you made a lot of money. I wonder if that game is now over for good.

He's also author of a number of poorly written books and tries to be a motivational/marketing guru. His websites sometimes post where he may be speaking in the states, but haven't seen one lately. Maybe he's laying low. I imagine the FBI will give those arrested an opportunity to give up Jorge if he was involved.
