ATM offering on S-3 didn’t hurt 2022 as avg price was $3.90 per share but not sure on 2023.

Book value at 12/31/22 is $76M. Not bad. They say they have enough cash entering 2023.

$61M cash at 12/31/22 with 49M shares O/S for about $1.30 in cash per share.
