ya;ll know this company is sutting down selling off all assets
5M O/S, things finally shaping up here.
PRDM 019 <> Asking 03 shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
i thought so but you never know i think im just going to sit on the side lines for now and watch what happens here for a bit
Well, what do you think. Isn't the transfer agent
supposed to tell the market this one is dead in the
water. I don't know, but we'll see. If I put any
money in this it will be minimal and pps will have
to take a nice dip in the pool.
Glad you received the "papers"
lol i was just sitting here thinking the same thing about trying to flip it oh buy the way i didnt make money i lost about 40 % on it after i begaing going back threw my history on it just wanted to let you know thatand i have recived the letter my wife had stuck it some other papers
Just had the sick idea of almost buying back
into this on a double zero anything, but with
the papers I got, just can't do it.
How come no one else has mentioned getting or
not getting the 'disolved' papers?

I am flummoxed. Here are the two scenarios
1. At first, I thougt, because someone the last
year has been keeping this liquid by buying small
amounts and selling, no making any money, does not
make sense, but maybe just keeping this thing alive
for a buyout of a Shell and reverse merger. So far
has not happened.
2. The I get papers that the Company is desolving
completely, no mention of any sale, and I am left
thinking this is dead in the water.
However, it not only is trading, but moving up.
Man O' Beanie~
im wondering whats going on you have any idea
This is getting scary.....higher pps, more volume
and we were here for years with a dead animal.
Crapola. I gotta leave this one,
Glad you sold and made some. I already
realize I could have probably at least
broke even, but just thought I had to let
er rip now while I had the chance.
Maybe we should just never come back here!
hey mine sold to day and even made a few bucks i hope i dont regrete this lol
5M O/S, hope you not selling much there....could be a monsta
well that is me on the ask to sell @ .013 they jumped it up after i placed my order
Interesting in that someone jumped the bid today and was up to .0101, seems a few are "searching" for shares. We know the float is tiny here.
Authorized Shares: 9,000,000
Source: 10-Q ( 05/14/2003 )
Outstanding Shares: 5,000,000
Source: MGFS ( 08/08/2003 )
Thanks bro...you are probably right.
What is strange is that I got the papers re dissolution,
and other shareholders do not seem to have received them.
I agree, this puppy is going bye bye, but you gotta
admit, it's still trading, and someone is making money
at least for now.
Surprised no one took over this 'shell' rather than
start anew.
No. Don't feel bad in the slightest. I don't think this is going to end with any sort of "bang". You got out with "something" of your money, rather than lose all. If that news is true, and they are filing for dissolution, the key root word there is "dissolve".......That means "be" no more......as in melt......dissappear......go away completely, and never come back again.......So, you're doing the right thing by getting out, before there's no money left to obtain.......There will be no "payout", once it is done.......Any money leftover in the demise, will be spent on whatever it takes for them to get it over with, and balance out at zero dollars.......They are forcing you, to "move on".......
Yeah, I sold. Can't believe this is now at .01
Even bid at .007....and not bad volume either...
almost daily. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!
Give me a break. I waited years, finally sold, and
this thing is starting to operate.
Well, glad I was part of getting the ball rolling
richx3: Great post, and I have been there too,
more than once. Considering I got back over 30%
on this one after several years of nothing was
a victory.
The thing that has me flummoxed though is that this
is still trading. I guess the paperwork hasn't gotten
to the transfer agents yet, or maybe there are none
and this just flails forever.
regards
I haven't been back to this board for a few months, but all I can say now is, glad I didn't put any money on the line, here.......A letter of dissolution.......That's a new one for me......LOD......I guess that means they just gave up, after not "trying to do anything", for YEARS........Sad........I guess it happens, when you decide that the fees/paperwork/hassles, exceed the "worth" of keeping up the worthless shell........And even though it teaches me a lesson about these "stagnant" type microcaps, I buy into them still sometimes, with "hope"........I see another poster out there(Carlito), that I've seen on several other boards over time, all of them being equal "rip off" stocks. Don't feel bad though, as I've also been involved with the same pieces of crap, such as NEGS. If anything over time, it has taught me to to keep my investment in these things "tiny". Whenever I've sunk more than a couple of hundred dollars into one of these things, I usually lose more than I wanted to. My gains may be tiny, even if it doubles in value, but my losses are smaller, when they completely collapse(and that is often!).........JMO........GLTA.
ty )
still sell in higher , will see if it Ever hit that high !!
gl
Looks like PRDM had all 'buys'
so you or whomever bought and upticked this
to ask levels, but try selling it there....
I tried forever, and unless there is substantial
volume the best you will see is sales in small
increments.
We need a MOMO here of Obamalike proportions
Not going to feel bad. I have had this stock
for several years.....piggybacked a pump and dump
and was left with the bag. Turned out we may have
had something here but was dormant forever.
So I finally am able to sell at the bid of .0026
and I get back 30% or so of my investment.
Isn't it always the case the stock goes up, NO
MATTER WHAT. So, I expected it.
Had I not sold, you would not be making any money,
so please thank me>>>>?????? he he
Briboy
0099 >> Ask 01 weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee PRDM $$$$$$$$$$$$$>moneyyyyyyyyyyyMakerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
bid 005 (80k) <<>> ask 009
Very. I tried some dd tonight and found
nothing on current developments. Time will tell,
but the fact is, volume is picking up, and my
sell order filled immediately, and we were talking
heavy volume
Me thinks someone is willing to buy back shares,
and that may bode well for current shareholders.
I hated to take a loss, but never thought I would
get 30% back, so I guess I am glad I did it, but
time will tell. If I find out more that is pro-
PRDM, may buy a few share-olas and see what happens,
Or more on.
Good luck to you, Carlito et al
no i havent recived anything yet that is strange
They sold immediately after I placed
the order...well, not all at once, but
in blocks.....man, perhaps I should have
tried for more, but I never thought the
order would fill. Have tried many times
before with no luck.
if you are okay with holding this a while
longer it might behoove you to do so
Did you get the info in the mail?
Yes, I did. Did you not get the mailer
re Company insolvency? I was just trying
to get some of my investment back and
felt there was no way I was going to be
able to have over 165K shares taken off
the table, but they sold.....
this has me flummoxed and reason to
believe all is not over afterall.
Not saying I am buying back in, but I
may with less shares if I find out something
good looming.
thanks Briboy i think ill hold a little longer to see if anything happens here have you heard anything and how long did you have them up for sale thanks CM
Who knows bro, maybe this will start a MOMO
Someone bought over 5K after I sold
I can't believe I was able to sell all 167,500
of my shares today....@ .0026.
I did not even recover 50% of my investment but
it is a heck of a lot more than I thought I would
get back, and after recent developments stated
earlier I was surprised they even sold, as I have
tried so before. Got about 30% back.
That is quite a few shares, and .0026 was at
the bid, but still not as low as it has been in
the past. Something is odd about all of this,
and if I missed out on it after all these years
holding this I'll _______???? move on like I
will now.
With that being said, watch a MOMO start
Good luck to holders of PRDM
Briboy
PRDM 0026 , >> the end??? or start here !???
ok when i get mine i'll let you know
It is dated June 15, 2011, and I would
have received earlier but I was out of town
for a few weeks.
Because of the way this was trading the last
several months, I thought PRDM was setting
itself up to be bought out,
Tell me what you think when you get this.
Perhaps I am not reading it correctly and
there is still a modicum of hope.
man i havent recived one yet but that doesnt sound good i guess any one bits the dust
I just got a mailer from TD Ameritrade enclosed
is a Letter to the Shareholders of Prandium:
basically, on November 23, 2010, the Board approved
unanimously a Plan of Dissoulution of the Company.
In other words, this stock will soon be no more, and
I am not sure how or why it is still trading.
I was holding out and hoping this would be like a
"Shell" Company and someone would buy it out and
give it new life, but evidently I was wrong.
There is a possibilty, at least according to this
letter/our 4 page pamphlet that current shareholders
of record as of April 5, 2010 will receive some type
of "stipend" he he.
At most a few bucks for our trouble.
Sad to see this one go as it looks the case.
anybody know why going on with this stock went up today not many shares traded but its still up
That's where I think the small company you are talking
about has a sort of 'quasi' fall guy to keep this thing
somewhat liqiud while they prepare for buying into it,
or while reviewing, I don't know, but I think it's going
to happen, otherwise this would be a dead ringer and I
would have had a tax loss.
regards
Possibly it is as you suggested. It is an empty, lifeless shell, that has a shareholder base(actually, more like people that got caught in the "web"). It is then just waiting for the day that some small company that wants to go "public", and avoid the whole IPO hassle, sees fit to reverse merge into it. Meanwhile, who's doing the small trading, for a loss each time? Possibly they use it as some sort of tax write-off loss, each year? Crazy sounding........
richrich: now you are starting to see
it. Can you think of any other plausible reason
for doing this than what I earlier explained,
unless someone is just off their rocker?
regards
Ah yes. And this must be the ratcheting down, with a sell valued at $ 2.64.........
Ratcheting up the volume today..heavy on
two trades, I bet by the same person.
I am telling you something is up here, so keep
an eye on it. You might be glad you have a few
shares on hand.
This is just my opinion: I agree, they are not
making money, and the spread in the b/a is wider
than the red sea....but..
This is a Shell that needs some semblance of
liquidity before it is taken over by someone
for a r/m......down the line at some point.
If this was not done, there would be no volume
and this would just drop off the face of the
earth.
Think about it...only plausible scenario out there
unless you can think of something else.
I just can't see how the person/persons doing it, can be making any money off of it, even in a years time. It would be different if the trades were larger dollar value, and larger share quantity. Then I might call it some sort of "delayed flipping". But the trades are tiny overall, and the period between "flips" is a week, 2 weeks, a month, sometimes even many months. The commission in a years worth of trades though, would negate the profit made. Not like the company is making big strides, to achieve mega profits either. This simply may forever remain this way, totally asleep.
See what I mean. This is something, and
don't get me wrong, not much here, but there
is a reason for this monthly madness.
regards

2701 Alton Parkway Irvine , CA 92606 Phone: (949) 863-8500 Fax: (949) 724-9914 http://www.prandium.com/ Prandium, Inc., incorporated in 1986, is primarily engaged in the operation of restaurants in the full-service and fast-casual segments. The Company operates restaurants under the Chi-Chi's, Koo Koo Roo (KKR) and Hamburger Hamlet brand names. At December 30, 2001 , the Company operated 190 restaurants in 21 states, approximately 65% of which are located in California , Ohio , Pennsylvania , Indiana and Michigan , and franchised and licensed seven restaurants outside the United States . In May 2002, the Company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. In May 2002, the Company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, FRI-MRD Corporation, signed an agreement for the stock sale of its 14-unit Hamburger Hamlet concept located in California, Maryland and Virginia to Los Angeles based Latin Intellectual Properties, Inc. The sale is expected to close after completion of Prandium's reorganization, but no earlier than July 24, 2002. The Company operated 190 restaurants primarily under the Chi-Chi's, KKR and Hamburger Hamlet concepts at December 30, 2001. The Chi-Chi's restaurants serve moderately priced Mexican food and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. KKR restaurants are in the emerging restaurant category of fast-casual restaurants that serve meals with the convenience and value associated with quick service, but variety associated with casual, full-service dining restaurants. The Hamburger Hamlet restaurants are full-service casual dining restaurants. The average food check per person for Chi-Chi's, Hamburger Hamlet and KKR, excluding alcoholic beverage sales, for 2001 on an unweighted basis was $10.98 for Chi-Chi's, $10.18 for Hamburger Hamlet and $9.82 for KKR. Chi-Chi's restaurants generally contain from 5,000 to 10,600 square feet of floor space and accommodate approximately 200 to 400 guests in the restaurant and lounge. The Chi-Chi's restaurants are generally located in freestanding buildings in densely populated suburban areas. KKR restaurants generally contain from 2,700 to 3,100 square feet of floor space and accommodate approximately 75 to 85 guests. The selection of sites for new restaurants is the responsibility of the senior management of Chi-Chi's, Inc. and KKR. Typically, potential sites are brought to the attention of the Company by real estate brokers and developers familiar with its needs. Sites are evaluated on the basis of a variety of factors, including demographic data, land use and environmental restrictions, competition in the area, ease of access, visibility, availability of parking and proximity to a major traffic generator, such as a shopping mall, office complex, stadium or university.
