3 mores trading days and we should hear something about the 10k $PWDY
good move! alot of these dont know what this company really does in this space! They will soon! LOL
under 0.0020 the water is warm
Hey there, double my position here
anything under 0.0020 is a gift .... expecting 2 cents at least if not mores...
Details and size matter to ... 🤑
AI can be really big
50 dma bounce.
Time to buy when scared money selling. That’s how money is made!
True.. PWDY has potentially big things in the pipeline .. coming soon.. we are holding
Its tough to hold a stock through multiple legs. Makes you question the trade multiple times.
If getting rich was easy, everyone would do it. Noobs panic dump even great positions due to FUD.
Play your own game. Trade your trade. Let inexperienced traders make bad decisions.
probably could be one of the smartest buyout targets truly needed in this environment. It is a must have business!
Please interpret for me. Thank you.
Grabbed a starter earlier this morning.
PWDY is soooo thin, get'em cheap now, one little catalyst by the company and kaboomage cometh imho
Very true these lows are a gift ..
got some more today...kaboomage coming soon imho
Couldn't agree more. I love that slow "under the radar" type of accumulation since June 2023. That's was the deciding factor for me taking a position here. I believe it's leading up to something special, and can't wait to see what that is!

PWDY very thin, Loving Insider Ownership. Been Consolidating beautifully. Trades thin. We saw early week a Loading wall, with strong millions on bid side. Feel good about just leaving this to do its thing

Was announced in an 8K on 4/06/22
Prior 10k was filed 3/01/22 and didn’t mention the acquisition so first time it was mentioned was the following 8k
The following filing after the 8k was a Nt10Q then the 10q with the acquisition news inside it
Can someone confirm that last years merger acquisation with Cmt. Creative motion tech was announced just in the filings in March? Reason I ask is because I've seen no loi's or moi's for any of their moves (Powerdynes). I like that if it is so because we may end up getting the news in the 10 of the merger/acq with prospect Composite Motors MA/Fla. I maybe off here but it is a possiblity? Correct?

Powell basically said in his speech today that our economy is tied to the semiconductor supply. That would not only mean the chip companies themselves but also all necessary assets and components to build the chips. $AMD $NVDA $IVDA $SMCI $AVGO $QQQ

welcome... lets go PWDY
Would be massive. It’s definitely a potential option, we will see what plays out!
Thanks. I was just trying to find Composite Motors annual Net Profit and came across this from Zippia, saying that their 2023 Revenue was $55M. If this is true, your assumption that PWDY is acquiring CMI is true, and CMI profitable, then PWDY is beyond severely undervalued with a Market Cap of only $3.3M.
Here’s the Reddit post I made. Info has been pulled from multiple posters.

Understood! Yes I do think 2023 will be quite substantial! 2023 on track for 1.48 million which would be 24% increase YOY from 1.2 mil in 2022. Anything more than that would break expectations. With the company value at 3.4 mil today it is fundamentally very undervalued. Plenty of companies out there trading at 50 million without a cent of revs to show for it.
If the acquisition brings in a heavy hitter on the revenue side or something AI, autonomous robotics, then the sky is the limit.
I also thought that I read something last week about another incoming acquisition? I could be mistaken, but could've sworn I read that on PWDY. Also, right now the MC is only at $3.3M.
No your correct just looking forward to 2023. Just posted because that was how well they did in 2022.
Yes that’s also from 2022 we’re expecting 2023 which will not be a 1500% increase but will still be substantial. I’m sure you already know this but from the comment I can’t exactly tell if you’re quoting that for the present.
