PRTG.........................................https://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=PRTG&p=W&b=5&g=0&id=p86431144783
Monk, if you're going to take the time to post on this board, at least post the chart of the right company. You posted the chart of CLH, not PRTG.
I owned PRTG a long time ago, but still follow its progress. Lack of progress is a better word!!
Can you tell me if longtime shareholders of PRTG will be getting shares of the spinoff INTS? Thank you.
Yes, it has been rough. IMO low volume and anticipated progress setback due to covid delays caused share price to rise too fast. Then a big holder sold half their stake at $40+. Going forward I expect a slower, sustained rise driven by positive news. I did sell some on the way down but now beginning to add. The future looks bright.
Actually, it's a good letter. It's been a rough last couple of months, hasn't it, VP?
Shareholder letter gives update and roadmap for the future:

PRTG owns approximately 10%. Intensity Therapeutics is involved in two studies now. Phase 2 with Merck and Bristol Meyers. Phase 2 in Canada at the Ottawa Hospital. Here is the clinical study page for Intensity.

I've been in this for quite awhile. Looks exciting over the next 30-90 days. Portage Biotech has a tremendous pipeline of drugs and the CEO and Management Team are mostly all ex-big pharma specialists. Ian Walters, the CEO is particularly worth doing some DD on.
I was on the stockists board and saw the info on Intensity and tumor killing properties that Portage has invested in.
Does anyone know the current size of their investment and have any further info on Intensity progress?
Portage making the right moves to advance portfolio. Watch for much progress this year.

Finally....a good update from the CEO. Nice to see. Definitely worth a read.

It seems that lik.this stock is taking a nap.

New CFO recently announced and now preparing for uplist.

I think they may have shareholder approval .
I think over 50 percent is owned by management
but even after the filings they have not immediately decided to do that yet.
Ithink if they had to traipse capital they would effect the reverse split.
I saw it an update for shareholder approval, which they did get. I had this pasted to word doc:
“The Company will also be seeking shareholder approval to a consolidation of its common shares up to a ratio of 120:1 with the final exchange ratio and implementation date to be determined at the discretion of the directors of the Company. As required under the CSE rules, a name change will accompany such consolidation if, as and when effected. The Company is seeking approval at this time to allow it flexibility to implement these corporate changes as business circumstances dictate (such as a financing or senior exchange listing).”
Where did they reference that ?
Do you know what the current issued and outstanding on prgef?
Does anyone remember what the reverse split ratio will be?
I think if you download the seeking alpha app on your phone you may not have to be a Pro member
I believe you need to subscribe to read older articles. This one I follow is several years old.

Uplist to Nasdaq expected in near future. Stock is considerably undervalued and many will be buying before uplisting.
Yes, I found the website easily. However, I didn't see a message board section. Didn't look very long, though. Do you need to be a member to access the message board?
It is called SeekingAlpha.com
I tried to find the message board there, but couldn't find it. Is it a paid site?
Hi. I had some of those original shares and got the stock dividend of bhvn and sold them when they were in the 30s.
A better site for comments on ptgef is the Seeking Alpha site
I totally totally understand everything you've written.
The reason I asked those questions is because I had always wondered what happened to those PTGEF investors, like yourself, who decided to sell all their shares after the dividend was announced, but before the distribution date. I was wondering if an investor could have sold at the higher price just before the distribution date and still qualify for the dividend. But, in your case, you didn't qualify for the dividend.
Anyway, getting back to our earlier discussion.... if there's going to be an RS, I hope it will be minimal and it will still give PTGEF the ability to grow exponentially with its share price as it did last time.
I think the prospects now look good. Unfortunately, all those accounting issues were a fiasco and it hurt the investors for over a year. I hope management has learned from its mistakes and delays. It's now time to move forward.
Correct. I had owned ptgef for a while. Loved the potential based on their positions but of course bhvn which was set to ipo. Many didn’t realize how much of bhvn ptgef owned. When the stock went to the $.60s I sold as I had made a good profit and didn’t want to be too greedy. I guess if I held, took the dividend and then sold bhvn at the highs I would’ve done better but it’s just, I still follow ptgef but don’t win any now. I still worry about the reverse split because I thought I remember reading about a large reverse split which would pit the stock price in double digits
So, you didn't receive any BHVN shares, correct?
I sold before the bhvn dividend.
I'm a little unclear by your answer. Did you actually sell PTGEF in the .60's? Or, did you hold on until the BHVN dividend and then sell PTGEF at the much lower post dividend price?
I agree. I owned ptgef when it was like .10 and rode it to over .60 before selling and taking the bhvn shares. I’d buy in here but worried about the size of the reverse split.
I certainly hope it's not as big of an RS as you mentioned. A 250 RS is really big. And, I'll tell you why I don't like the idea.
I was a PTGEF shareholder before the BHVN dividend. Without checking the actual numbers, I remember the situation as being something like this:
During that final year, PTGEF moved basically from where were are now up to the .60's before it retreated a bit before the actual dividend. There was something like a 6x gain during that period. If there's a 250 RS, let's say we wind up at 25. Moving up 6x to 150 in a very short period of time is very unlikely.
Better yet, let me use yesterday's example. At one point in the day, we were up nearly 50%. It's very rare that a $25 stock moves up 50% in a day without exceptionally good news. Sure, there are some examples, but it doesn't happen often.
If an RS actually does take place, I'd like to see the new price be in single digits.
Anyway, these are just my thoughts. Actually, I don't like RS's at all. The majority of them end up as disasters. But, yes, occasionally they can be effective if done by a good company.
Yeah I heard it could be pretty large like 1 for 250
We don't know yet. It hasn't been announced.
What is the ratio for the reverse split going to be?
This is the first post on this board in over 3 months. Probably most of you who are reading this post are aware there's been some good company news recently. Trade volume today was 3/4's of a million shares. I can't remember the last time we came anywhere close to that trade volume. Hopefully, we're now getting out of the woods with all our accounting issues. May the path be clear and bright as we look towards the future with PTGEF!
Material status change filed today with CSE. Expect reinstatement soon.

It appears that Ian has purchased in excess of a million+ shares in a private transaction.
I have it in for an extended time frame. Lets see what happens.
