ECOF is diluting, or at least expanding their O/S and A/S, and the strong downward trend plus increasing volume tells me dilution
I don't see any dilution at this time. When do you expect it to kick in?
working on DD for this one ... should have it soon
PLEASE sign up for the email list if you haven't already, that's how I'll be keeping you guys updated on my picks!
NEW STOCK: AFBG at .59
AFBG at .59 is my new pick, so far ALL my picks have been winners, I expect no less here, 1.00 is in the works ..... at LEAST imo
good chart, dilution worries me though. .....
word $TAON was good for a pop this morning...just as expected.
HNSS still way too cheap here, can't believe this isn't way over .02 right now with the recent PR's.
TAON looks good, ECOF is diluting a bunch
like $ECOF more and more, but $TAON chart is PRIMED for tomorrow.
HNSS closes at .0117, still WAY cheap imo, this should be at .02+ easy with last PR, oh well, I'm game to wait and see this thing grow
agreed, and as we speak a couple solid hits coming onthe ask
on this kind of news that wouldn't be hard at all. The technicals are looking stronger and a MACD cross looks imminent which will bring some technical players in. It's looking good for HNSS
agreed, I think this tests the previous high of .027 with volume
good call on hnss, with a little more volume its gone
HNSS still very cheap after news about $1,900,000 in income for 2010, this is huge stuff
Updating the Ibox folks, first 3 picks have been good, I'll try and keep them coming
Agreed, a new base at .02's is forming, .03's will be up soon
PPBL - showing positive direction - needs a couple of good ask slaps and this baby is off and running.

NEWS #2 Premiere Publishing Group, Inc. Further Clarifies Letter of Intent and Business Strategy
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=45485149&symbol=PPBL
The management at Premiere Publishing Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PPBL) would like to clarify for its shareholders that the recent Letter of Intent it had signed with a pharmaceutical distribution company out of Mainland China was not signed with Xi'an Janssen Pharmaceutical Ltd. which is a Johnson and Johnson joint venture started in 1985.
Premiere Publishing Group, Inc., as we stated clearly in our earlier press release, signed a Letter of Intent with Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical Ltd. a company which is also based out of Xi'an, the capital city of the Shaanxi province of the People's Republic of China. The company is in the business of distributing both OTC drugs and herbal medicines on both a wholesale and retail basis throughout the province.
Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical Ltd. is expected to generate $4 million in profits for 2010 or close to $20 million in revenue. We are currently completing our due diligence after a one week visit with the company in October and awaiting the audited financials for 2010 which are now being prepared. Due to the stringent filing requirements that fully reporting companies such as Premiere Publishing and Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical Ltd. would have, it requires nothing less than an SEC qualified audit for the reporting period of 2010 through the month of November.
The venue calls for the merging of Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical Ltd. with one of our wholly owned subsidiaries, close the financing it has requested, which could be used partially for the potential acquisition of another pharmacy distribution company. Which in turn will help Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical continue its quest to become one of the larger publicly traded Chinese pharmaceutical companies in China. Their strategy is similar to another publicly traded pharmaceutical company known as China Jo Jo Drug Stores which is based in the Zheziang Province of China listed under the symbol NASDAQ CJJD.
Subsequent to the merger and financing the company would be registered as a "stand alone" fully reporting public company. We would then distribute shares of Xi'an Johnson Pharmaceutical Ltd. to our shareholder base on a pari passu basis.
We expect to work along these lines with several other highly profitable companies in the future and again look forward to keeping our shareholders informed of our progress going forward.

Nice DD Pontair, The chart looks good too - rsi going into power zone, Accumulation very high, and it seems to be the botton of the MACD. Looks like a good play to me especially after the recent pullback.
Have my eyes on:
$BRAV - big promo rumors
$AXLX - recent accumulation and investor interest/awareness.
you know it, thanks bud, trillion is on the way
beautiful DD on $HNSS right there. Let's get that trillion.
FEATURED STOCK: HNSS
Current PPS: .0085
Here's my homemade DD, as good as always.
2nd Quarter 2010 Financial highlights
$208,000 in revenue
$231,000 in expense
= $-23,000 in profit
Not great, but at least they are generating revenue and are VERY close to turning a profit, which is very rare for penny stocks, especially ones that aren't diluting, such as HNSS.
Share Structure has gone from 400,000,000 O/S to 305,000,000 O/S to 150,000,000 O/S since July 2010.
Float has stayed at 39,000,000 with no dilution.
Management has a huge commitment to creating higher EPS by lowering O/S. Only catch about SS is that the A/S is 4,000,000,000; this is worrisome. Yes, but at the same time it looks like management is going to do something to change this very soon, judging by the recent O/S changes.
Business Model:
Selling medical care products in bulk and individually. In the 3rd quarter 2010 they acquired World Wipes Co, which they believe will generate $300,00-$600,000 in PROFIT in it's first year. Which means about $75,000 in profit for the 3rd quarter alone assuming a constant profit stream. But it gets better, World Wipes Co will make $600,000-$900,000 in their second year. So profits will be growing.
With a market cap of $1,275,000 as of 12/1/10 HNSS starts to get very cheap very fast once you start doing the math.
Recently they just announced that online sales were DOUBLING on a monthly sales, meaning revenue and profits are going to be MUCH bigger this quarter.
Oh and did I mention that HNSS just sold one of its subsidiary's for $2,000,000!! Yes there market cap is only $1,275,000!
Just wait till that shows up on the balance sheet on the next financials.
Ok, so the point here is, we've got a good company, that is making solid revenues, has cash on hand, and as of this Monday is expanding in the European market. So here's what I'm thinking, revenues will start getting in the $500,000's starting 4th quarter 2010. And then by 1st Quarter 2011, we should be at $1,000,000 per quarter EASY.
So how do I value HNSS? Well I'm expecting $100,000 in profit for 3rd quarter and probably around $300,000 for 4th quarter. (I'm getting all these numbers from their expansions/PR's about online sales). By the end of 2010, we are looking at $1,200,000 in annual profits judging by the most recent quarter (4th quarter 2010). With a 10 P/E, which seems pretty standard although pinkies like to trade higher than that, we'll be at a $12,000,000 market cap.
That's puts us at .08 per share.
BUT, that's assuming the management will not reduce the O/S, which as stated before they've been known to do, and not just a tiny but, but OVER 60%! If they do something like this again we could be looking at a MUCH higher PPS.
So that's my analysis, give me a board mark and person mark if you liked what you read.
OTOW's been slowing up recently, a great chance to load up on cheapies imo, i love these price
I agree, I like GRNE overall, i just lean more towards stocks that I can be more sure aren't diluting
I hear you, always possible, and it would not surprise me to see that once this takes off.
If they sell into the run - and not against it, we can see this run to a 5 to 7 cents.
Everyone has to plan their trade and trade their plan.
What scares me more is the cheapies that were picked up the last week and half, if they sell as we get started that could kill us , and there will be a mass exodus.
It's a risky play, but the greater the risk the greater return.
GLTY
flipped GRNE a while back, just worried about the possible dilution ..... that's all
