Yep...and,anyone can take a trip over to OTC Markets and find the suspensions. Guess what...almost ALL are CE tickers--Caveat Emptor with a skull and crossbones.

Those are the Companies (mostly dead shells) that are being pumped to the max on Twitter the SEC is going after them right now. There is NO communication from the CEO or directors,all just Twitter pump jobs. Looking at my TD list (they've banned trading of CE stocks) there are easily 3000-4000 of those tickers.

Right now if anyone buy shares of those CE tickers your really rolling the dice and could easily lose everything invested with them. There is NO SEC warning to shareholders and NO they don't just suspend on Fridays. When it happens they just suspend the ticker from trading and send it to the gray sheets to die. Stay away from those!

That being said all these tickers need to get current with their financials...good,bad or ugly. Just suck it up and get them filed!

The company is live with working phone, website, email, social media etc.....they wouldn't be doing all this if they didn't plan on going current. Almost all that got suspended had none of these things working.

Comparing to SEGI is my exact thought, but even more potential with PDOS. I have a complacency story with the other ticker. I once had 6,000,000 triple 4 and 5 and sold for .0006.

It's something how this public news wasn't more widespread yet, but that is where it is beneficial to get lucky finding these out before everybody else that didn't notice or were otherwise distracted! I might not even look all day tomorrow because this is going to be huge huge and I don't want to mess up and get out again in early pennyland ever again.

This is what I liked from PR this week: "Platinum Studios also produced alongside Universal Pictures, DreamWorks and Paramount Pictures. Rosenberg previously owned Malibu Comics (later sold to Marvel/Disney), through which he brought the billion-dollar Men in Black franchise to Sony.. This CEO has a very successful history and huge connection to many of the Hollywood studios.
