I have been adding 2’s over the past several months, averaging down etc.. I was in line to get some 1’s but I never was able to get any.. I’m not betting the bank on this one, but have a nice little hoard accumulated. Obviously not as large as some of the others on here, just have to play the waiting game unfortunately.

As long as Tad is submitting fins and not diluting, something will happen at some point. I am convinced he is making sure the next one goes through, so he is taking his time to find the right one, however long it takes. And it will be mostly finished before he announces it. JMO.

I actually got in on this one from the very first time around and did pretty good. I did ok on all 3 attempts. I'm hoping the 4th attempt is the Motherlode. GLTU

You just never really know. I think the argument of OS isn't a great one, although this is one that is looking to RM. Just look at Spooz today - 5.5 billion OS, and it's up 400% today from .0002 to .001. Anything can happen in the OTC world with the right kind of news.

That's the big problem I see as well. You can just do a huge RS, then dump more into the OS again. I also wonder what's to keep a company from reducing the AS, only to move it back up to where it was later on down the line.

You burn the current investors and you risk little to no interest after. Especially in this current market with a relatively unknown shell.

Plus if the authorized shares aren’t reduced as well, which usually they.aren’t.. it will have that stench of a dilution scam..

Bring in a decent company. Grow it and the SP. Usually they offer up listing or some other incentive to offset a RS.

If nothing is offered then expect zero interest. The SP will tank further. Those “ new” investors won’t exist.

If Tad or anyone previously looking after $PLPL gave 1 shit about current shareholders there wouldn't be 8+B O/S and there might be an operating business.
