Are you absolutely positive it was profit taking? I've had the pleasure of dealing with one stock that had a share reduction without a split. And still managed to have dilution.

Is there any reason to believe incoming RM will care about shareholders?

Typically they don't... and new SS makes me think, "probably not".

Maybe you've heard something different from a good source?

My expectations: Restricted will be converted into Preferred, then they'll file for RS.

I guess we'll all see over time.

5 cents is almost impossible to imagine. That would mean beyond belief success with the current share structure. Yes, most of the shares are restricted, but it would still mean a $2.2 billion market cap with the restricted shares included. Doesn't mean we can't have a great run from here, but 5 cents? Geez...I dunno.

I know....it's very difficult to time it. I would never flip everything either - maybe half? It's risky for the reasons you give.

Honestly, I have never tried flipping, but was thinking about it yesterday. But I am always worried the company will put out news, and then I won't be able to re-buy it without chasing the price on its way up, which never works out since you don't know where it will top out.

That's what I'm wondering too. If the bid size is massive at 4, those are people hoping for a 50-75% quick gain - just like the ones who bought at 2s and 3s got. That could keep happening for all we know - stair-stepping upwards. One thing seems very possible - that this one could be ripe for flipping between, say, 4-7, because the company has remained secretive.

Basically 12 to 1 Sells to Buys Company needs to spur the interest once again. Patience does not exist in the OTC. By the company Under Promising & Over Delivering then some can begin to believe in PAYtience. Then there's a chance for pps sustainability w/ increases

Pay attention to the bid and ask. You can have all the volume in the world. Doesn't mean squat if either keeps refilling. It won't go up organically. It needs news. Especially look when one tick is missing. .0005 bid and .0007 ask simply means someone is selling and reloading. Over and over.

- The company's assets are $18M.
- There are 9B OS, not 49B.
- The company has revenues, very different from other OTC stocks.
- The company has been in business for many years.
