Yes my friend. Go to Synergy’s website, click on updates. You will find out how to obtain the cases from Ben’s post. At that point, you will have relevant info concerning the petition, like case number. From there you need to register on file&serve website. The site is mostly used by legal professionals to electronically submit or request documents. You don’t have to pay to use the site but you will have to pay to file or receive documents. It’s not expensive to request records. Hope this helps buddy. Good luck and bookmark

Universal Management is applying for custody. They gained control over uapc and just recently sold it. And another that I can’t recall at the moment. Great chance they will find a RM partner

According to public court filings, looks like someone is petitioning to take control. If granted by the court, I would expect a reverse merger in the future. No telling how long that will take.

impossible to forward split this share structure, expect to see the authorized get raised ... which if they were smart and can raise money through the markets, that would be the way to go..

early stages here, would like to see more verifiable filings before pulling the trigger, we have time... impatient ones leave the price bottoms out and fill your bill.
