I asked WeedMD Discussion Board about Phivida and this is what someone said, what do you think?
Not now, I would wait, and watch and see what the product labeling and market distribution look like to analyze how much potential they have and if they sell. I dont see them being a huge profit margin due to drinks and beverages as the market sits in legal states is only a small portion of the pie...flower and oils are the larger money makers!
hard to argue with any of that.
I love buying dips...guilty!
Especially on companies I like...
But where's the bottom? 30s, 40s, gap at 50?
I'll try to be a hero at those levels...
Yup, taking a page out of Mono's book.
"No sense in being a hero..." channeling mono?
oh c'mon. you know you like catching the "falling knife". LOL
might get there. If the sector continues to fade I think it will.
If we're deflating it's hard to get a handle on what cheap is.
by the time it gets there, if it does, .50 might not be that cheap anymore.
I'd probably buy .50 vida even in July. lol
Come to papa...
Bring us those gap shares....
NBEV's CBD water doesn't look nearly as attractive as Phivida's. Don't know the cost difference.
Geez mono...always denying me gap trades...lol
Have a great weekend!
Yep, but that one doesn't make any sense to go after. It wasn't an event driving thing, it wasn't in the middle of a run, etc.
66 cents might be seen though.
btw, khrnf looking like a decent spot.
I seriously doubt that, but you never know.
See Vida breaking down here?
That was a quick 30% from the highs....Where will she land?
VIDA losing some steam again....
That gap at .48 maybe coming into play?
IGC paid a lot to promote the stock I believe.
I'm not understanding how IGC took off over just an announcement that they are getting into cannabis beverages, whereas, Phivida stock isn't doing anything and they already has a cannabis beverage ready to be distributed
Yeah WTF asking myself same question!!!
They aren't doing so well today. It's been the crap that's been on fire lately. Phivida doesn't pump. Real business here, so it'll take time to see if Acosta can establish a brand for them. I like their chances. I personally don't own any right now worried the weight of a sector pullback could hurt them in the short term. I'll be back.
Why is Phivida stock going down when other cannabis stocks are trending up?
Panzer loves both these plays: Phivida’s outstanding team has a vision for international CBD leadership

Awesome info!! BOOM VIDA!
Spoke to Phivida IR
Very professional. Nothing crazy to report, but here's what I got from my questions:
Acosta is the broker and has the 100k units in inventory. Their job is to get it placed onto shelves.
There should be some revenue from unitls placed in Q3 since they've had 2-3 weeks. Phivida should be able to provide some sales numbers in Q4 up to the Q3 release to give us an idea on sales up to that date.
Rough sale price of the water is $5.99. I said that's high, but he said that's about the price in California for functional high-end waters.
I asked if the hemp flavor is a deterrent and they feel the flavor profiles mask it very well and test market had no complaints. If you think about it, Kambucha and energy drinks are an acquired taste, but they think their beverage doens't need acquired taste.
I asked if they would PR when on shelves. They definitely want to update us around important tangible events, but want to avoid fluff and busy PRs that past management employed.
They are very excited about the new management's direction, and the fact that they've already accomplished the launch of a new beverage line with Red Bull. Acosta is the perfect partner for them with their experience in specialty brands.
I think we can estimate that Phivida will have sales of around $3/unit. If they can get all 100k units sold by end of year, $300k in revenues would be an awesome start. Hopefully they could follow up Q1 2019 with the full 150k unit order the PRd, and build from there.
No better opportunity in the CBD beverage space than Phivida.
The leadership and the deal with Acosta Brands is the reason I'm heavily invested.
Look at their client list. https://www.acosta.com/
Ideal buyout target or benefactor to CBD beverages exploding.
Impressive group on LinkedIn if you search their leadership team.
I have the same hope/target.
I'm shooting for $3-5 near term
Panzers moving attack units into Phivida GEM HERE
Phivida an under appreciated opportunity https://technical420.com/cannabis-article/5-canadian-cannabis-targets-big-beverage-industry?utm_source=Shareholders&utm_campaign=d2b2b13b3f-EMAIL_CAMPAIGN_2018_09_18_04_16&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_66d8e67578-d2b2b13b3f-214492741&mc_cid=d2b2b13b3f&mc_eid=71fe21370b
PHVAF should be biggest benefactor of the Coca-Cola news. I'll keep repeating myself, this could be a $3-5 stock easily.
Coca Cola news should be big for Phivida!

I think it'll continue to rocket if we get reports of seeing it on shelves at Whole Foods. Sounded like the units were being shipped out. I hope the company does some good campaigning.
Monday dip here, or rocket to da moon?
probably buying either way.
Here's a link of the same story basically, but it mentions how many units were shipped. 100k shipped, 150k scheduled to ship. And the other link is the website for the new brand.

Yes, I think $3-5 is possible by year-end. That is on the belief we'll see OKI on Whole Foods shelves.
$PHVAF is one of many I like , TOP 5 with 55 mil cap and up of CBDs companies @ low prices NOW......that will do quite well IMO.
PHVAF/VIDA.CA consolidating nicely thus far. LOOKS like it wants to hold current levels and move higher. I think the big news to come is CBD rescheduling by the 23rd of this month. That should green light distribution to Whole Foods and the like.
Great video showcasing the lifestyle branding. I want to make love to these bottles.

Phivida introduces premium active hemp extract infused functional beverage and supplement line to mainstream retailers in the U.S.
PRESS RELEASE PR Newswire
Sep. 12, 2018, 07:00 AM
New "Oki" lifestyle brand of products to be sold in up to 2,400 locations
VANCOUVER and SAN DIEGO, CA, Sept. 12, 2018 /CNW/ - Phivida Holdings Inc. (CSE: VIDA OTCQX: PHVAF) ("Phivida"), which offers premium beverages and clinical products infused with active hemp extract, today announced the launch of its "Oki" brand. This new line of functional beverages and supplements are infused with Active Hemp Extract and will be available to consumers in up to 2,400 natural specialty store locations within the United States, in a major distribution channel market-valued at over USD $4.1 billion in retail sales.
Product Features
Oki beverages are infused with 10 mg of active hemp extract per bottle and come in two different formulations: iced teas and flavor-infused water, each ranging in four different 16oz flavors.
Oki supplements are available in tinctures or capsules that range in doses from 600-1800 total mg of Active Hemp Extract.
All products contain non GMO, natural and organic ingredients and are plant based and Vegan friendly and packaged in sleek 100% recyclable glass containers.
"We created the Oki line as a powerful new offering that restores balance and focus to our everyday lives when we need it most – whether during recovery from a workout or getting ready for the day ahead," said Jim Bailey, President and CEO of Phivida. "Following the success of our Vida+ line of full spectrum hemp oil extracts and capsules targeting the clinical market, the Oki launch is the next milestone in our journey to bring premium products to broader consumer and retail audiences."
The initial bottling production run of Oki products was 100,000 units, with an additional 150,000 currently scheduled. Distribution is planned to a broad range of retailers through its exclusive national agreement with Natural Specialty Sales (NSS), an Acosta company and a recognized leader in the U.S. natural/specialty retail channel trade. NSS's national network includes major retail banners such as Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market, and National Co-op Grocers. The Oki line of beverages is currently only sold in the U.S.
"The size of the functional beverage market is estimated to be approximately $14 billion and the hemp extract market is poised to explode to $2.1 billion by 2020," said Mike Cornwell, Chief Marketing Officer at Phivida. "We're proud to be able to offer consumers a new line of products that could benefit them, using formats like beverages and supplements, which are relatively unchartered by other companies in our category. We truly are in the midst of very exciting times."
Research-Driven Product Development
As part of the company's ongoing initiatives to transform the lifestyle and natural health foods and beverages sector, Phivida conducted four months of consumer research which uncovered insights into the beliefs, attitudes, motivations, and emotions that drive behavior – as well as growth opportunities, product, ingredient and packaging trends – in the hemp oil functional beverage space.
Key findings from the study included the following:
Consumers who are aware of the benefits of Active Hemp Extract are most likely to be higher users of functional beverages, consuming an average of 4 products a week, versus only 1.5-2 times a week for those who are unaware of such products
Active Hemp Extract-aware consumers are most likely to be immersed in more health-conscious lifestyles
As it relates to preferred beverages, Active Hemp Extract-aware consumers are more likely to list functional beverages as their favorites, and do not tend to use fruit juices, sodas, and other beverages that contain processed ingredients or high levels of sugar
Active Hemp Extract-aware consumers also prefer simple sleek and clean bottle designs.
According to the results, the most preferred benefits consumers had for Active Hemp Extract were to reduce anxiety, boost immunity and aid relaxation.
"This research was valuable in advancing and validating our product design," added Mr. Cornwell. "Oki beverages are completely aligned with the preferences of functional beverage consumers with product testing scores as high as 80 percent from our sample group of 1,200 individuals."
