Yeah I honestly thought about dumping mine and taking a loss and getting back in. Not a bad strategy, instead I've just been adding about 250 shares a week. I know it's not much but I'm so heavy here already. Nice talking with you !!!

For some reason I'm not letting the PPS bother me too much at this point. Even though I am down several thousands of dollars. I may be stupid for feeling the way that I do but I still believe there is so much solid DD here that I just can't overlook it. I'm just hoping for the best, don't like anybody loosing money. Good one for you to stumble across, I did several months ago myself. Keep an eye on it I doubt they leave it under a dollar too long. Probably see their quarter financials in the next day or two, may see a little bit more dip, followed by a momentum swing with upcoming good news! IMO

Interesting stock here. Just kind of stumbled across this one today.

A bit surprised that there wasn't a bigger drop here with the offering, but I see there is a lot of institutional investing behind it.

Will be on watch for the next few trading sessions.

I believe the PAR value is the cost per share for the company to register more shares with SEC.(SEC) fees. Never panic its always a bad idea. You can sell for a loss but never panic. Maybe a good time to buy more.IMO.

Love the story and the share structure but today's move killed a beautiful chart, not very wise to put that offering out on a 52wk low test, there were 30-50k bids lurking until now.

Just lost major support with a hanging man candle, the amount of accum from that last run is bound to cause a severe panic here, don't see it gaining any real support with an offering like that, its unlikely to gain any real support for a while without a price on that offering.

They have to put a par value. I would doubt we ever see sub penny here, but if we did because the company failed, the stock they are selling would be good to .0001. The offering is to raise $15 million dollars. so if the price of this stock went to $5.00 it would take them to sell 3 million shares to make 15 million. They have till mid October to raise these funds before this offering ends. More then likely there will be institutional buyers buying many of these, and shares that sell at various market prices from now, until they either make 15 million, or mid October which ever comes first. Makes sense to me.After the BIOSHOW in SAN DIEGO I suspect PhaseRX has new interest for a "JV" and or " HEDGE FUND INVESTORS" who see the potential of BIG PHARMA interest.Big money will arrive soon.IMO.Long term hold for me.Thanks DOZER.

It looks like they are going to offer more shares to try and make $15 million for next year's operation costs. They have until mid October to sell them. It is diluting the stock by adding shares but they have such a low float already this was to be expected. It depends on how much they sell the shares for how long it takes them to reach 15 million at today's price it would be a 15 million increase in shares at the price of the stock went up to two dollars it would only be a 7.5 million increase and so forth. I would expect they Will sell the shares at various prices until October and hopefully the pricing of the stock will go up and they will have to sell only the minimum amount of shares. We may see a little dip here but I doubt we stay below a dollar for very long. And I would be expecting good news soon. They could also be selling these to an institution at a good rate. All in all, I will be remaining strong. Still too much potential here for me, and even the increase in the amount of shares is minimal compared to many other stocks.

Agree with you just a matter of time before we have a flood of good information I believe. I'm thinking they will probably release some kind of information soon on something besides their quarterly loss. I'm hoping for a partnership would be a good move in my opinion. European orphan drug approval should be just around the corner.

PZRX was granted US FDA orphan drug status last year and more than doubled the share price.Now european orphan drug status on horizon!This is going to be huge!Big JV partnership or any big news and blastoff.Everyone will be chasing!$2.00 to $3.00 soon.IMO.

I think the odds of achieving orphan drug status is almost a no brainer. They have had a 100% success rate in curing small and large mammals in their lab trials. And the best part about it is that they can see the results by just doing simple lab tests. Not only do I believe they will get orphan drug destination, but will also be fast tracked through the FDA because of the success rates with no adverse reactions.
