I'm a new shareholder in the stock, but a long term owner of biotech's. I do believe that the company is taking the right direction toward getting product acceptance.

I'd like to know more about Parkinson's results to date. I don't know that trials have shown the complete reversal of the disease, if that has occurred I find it hard to believe that we've not heard of it. I believe that any clear advancement in Parkinson's is worth of approval. Perhaps by itself it won't be curative, but perhaps when combined with others it can.

I would hope that the U.S. Congress will pass legislation that legalizes cannabis, and perhaps others that clearly have shown medical benefits. It's sad to be in a country where many State's have defied the Federal Govt. to legalize something the Federal Govt. refuses to address, but won't put down the States.

Canada has clearly joined other nations that are open to such development, I'm happy to see it. I'm saddened by the U.S. not being among the leaders on so many technologies. As a stem cell recipient for leukemia, I believe that we restricted development with stem cells while many countries were doing vital research with them. I'm a patient at City of Hope, I believe that this year they'll be holding their 47 BMT reunion. Back when they started, I don't believe anyone heard the expression stem cells, but they knew that marrow transplants were saving peoples lives. Only later did they learn that it was stem cells in the marrow that were doing the work, and that it was possible to harvest the stem cells without ever touching the marrow.

I hope the day will come when the U.S. is again the leader that it once was. I know that research institutions are permitted to work with things like cannabis without Federal interference, but if we are to be a leader, we need to encourage and subsidize such research, not just allow it to happen without harassing the researchers.

I'm a new investor in the company, can anyone tell me what uplisting the company is attempting to do. I don't know if any consideration is being given to waiting for the share price to build to in excess of $1 but then going for the AMEX, which I believe is available at that point.
