4aces you buying at these levels?
level 2 indicates the mms are going to print another small trade at the open to reset the low to .023...this is how they manipulate the stock down. What's interesting is seeing how ETMM goes to .0001 along with PERT who were on the bid at higher levels at the close yesterday.
soon after the open they will show up after the small print.
note AUTO and UBSS are Blank BIDS
As soon as that first International calling app is downloaded this stock will surge.
We also intend to offer 60 minutes of free calling to every Android download
so that subscribers can experience the quality of the voice and try the app before deciding to pay for either a monthly fee or a casual access fixed dollar draw down account, depending on their individual needs."
Great idea and with no 2 year contract required, this will be HUGE
G3 Connect already selling International Android Mobil Service
Their web site shows the 60 countries that you can call with the Videophone service offerings and Android Mobile Voice Application.
I believe that the official launch release that is expected within the next few weeks, has more to do with the marketing advertisement agreements with Yahoo and Google and getting that set up, rather than completing the Android Mobile App.
We could be seeing revenue sooner than some think.

Response to Private Message
Before I get started, my account does not provide for private messaging. So . . .
First, I am only giving my impression of the situation in response to your question. Second, I am a firm believer that Ojo technology for this end of the consumer market, ie. not Cisco's high end telepresence, is the absolute world's best. To be more conservative, it is at parity with Apple's Facetime.
So to your question: why did Microsoft believe that Skype will rule with inferior product when they knew that Vox and Ojo were on the horizon?
Skype has many things going in its favor. While it was not the absolute 1st VoIP provider, it was the early entrant that became a household name; its brand became a verb. It has about 500 Million registered users as a consequence, though a large majority are for the free service. It has about +$ 700 million in annual revenues, though it still is not making money. It also comes from a world that Microsoft understands and frames its world view and consequent decisions . . . the PC. Some argue that MSFT's monopolistic mindset and PC worldview has hobbled their efforts for close to 10 years in their strategic effort: Windows Mobile/Smartphone.
My guess is that it is due to it still being "early" in the VVoIP game, that MSFT thinks they have room to maneuver. They may feel that they can program around Skype's problems. That the dominant brand can get Skype built into dominant Web 2.0 platforms like Facebook. They may feel that Internet 2 functionality and 4G LTE wireless technology will let them avoid/hide Skype's short-comings.
Needless to say, I hold the view that Ojo technology and patents combined with Vox award winning service platform target critical demands and factors in the market. (Superior Service coming from: patented low bandwidth utilization, "cloud oriented" service platform server farms, capital efficient & effective server farms, operationally efficient and effective service platform.)
- Wireless bandwidth is absolutely a constraint for the network providers
- Wireless is the growth arena around the world in part because the network providers do not have to build the "last mile" to the consumers
- Wireless is also the growth arena because Apple made the Smartphone & Tablet an absolute positive addition to everyone's day to day life
- Telco firms as a general rule charge consumers for their respective data consumption to recover Telco costs (VVoIP consumes data like crazy)
- The global "Great Recession" has made capital efficiency and effectiveness a strong determinant in moving capital projects forward, ie, building out networks and service platforms.
- The Digital Revolution with the IP convergence in the telco world has made it very easy for small nimble players with excellent product/service offerings to compete against huge $ billion companies in the "Great Game". The "walls" preventing the creation of small players are falling down around the world.
- Skype quality humorously has become synonymous with poor quality. Tango is actually being used by Skype as a substitute for those situations where Skype simply fails.
- VVoIP in certain markets is growing +100%/year due to the growing acceptance of VVoIP into people's daily lives
- One of the known aspects of human nature is that for disruptive services like VVoIP to successfully enter into the mass market there must be a choice. Our VVoIP solution will participate in the consumer decision process with a superior service offering.
I hope this answers your question
All IMHO
False..,G3 Connect Offering Unlimited International Calling on "Android Devices"
Key words android devices
FOOL!!!
No they don't. All current G3 plans require an Ojo Videophone and an internet connection.
Nothing about mobile devices, Android or otherwise.
Are you jumping the gun, or the shark ?
Things I like about this company..
1. The Product
2. Share count; 96,000,000 (..I believe ?)
3. The fact that they find other means of paying off debts besides dilution
4. this IS a real company, and that it was over $3/share just 4 years ago
5. It's a fully reporting compnay
Things I don't like/ or am uncertain about..
1. Not sure whether they can compete with the likes of Rogers, Telus etc..
2. Failure to produce positive cash flow
3. The fact that the company generally has a negative eps Q over Q for the past 5 years
4. Accumulated debt / liabilities are huge.. I know a lot of it will be covered by JDM, but still..
5. Company has only vaguely implied that they will be promoting there products, but haven't described how exactly to their shareholders
ALSO, I'D LIKE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT SEAN FANNING AND SEAN PARKER'S INVOLVEMENT IS WITH PVSP ? .. BESIDES THE FACT THAT THEY'RE BUILDING AIRTIME (which has nothing to do with pvsp)..
..did either of them buy shares in pvsp? If so, can I have a link directing me to that info.

I'm looking to invest in PVSP, but I'm not convinced yet.. That's why I'm asking questions
No one posts on the boards that do not
have some sort of financle interest.
Either your a shareholder or?
calming the masses will not last forever the inevitable will happen makes no sense for the insiders to buy unless they believe in their forward progress smoke and mirrors isnt what this is all about just my opinion
Can anyone provide me with updated financials, and possibly your opinion of what the future earnings may be..
All I can find is on Nasdaq, and it doesn't look good..
http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/pvsp/financials
It seems to me that the FREE app is doing well.. "announced today that the VoX mobile VoIP application for Android devices has reached 35,000 downloads"
But I'd like to know how PVSP's revenue generating products are doing..
The patented design Ojo Shadow
G3 Connect video....
Just catching up on ihub posts, so I don't know if this has been posted yet.
Ojo vision it has the no.wg4k on the bottom?
Mark Richards has stated that they are so automated that basically 50 cents on every dollar is profit. Think about it!!
A billion dollars in revenues translate to $500 million in profit. How valuable is that to a company like google.
Of course PVSP has to produce. The video app is the key to me.
They need to get r done!!
When you think how far the company has come with virtually no funding, where could it go with revs building? Its crazy to say they have no future, of course they do!!I will be here waiting as patiently as it takes,.
Also think about the promotions you could offer once the video app is completed if it is ever is.
Pay for your international calling app and receive our video app free. How many people will switch from Vonage and other long distance carriers for this feature.
Bosox, I actually have an Ojo on my desk, I can tell you the video quality is stunning!! If Pervasip can get the same quality, and I for one believe they will, on the Andriod app.this stock price will be a very distant memory. There are plenty of people here who will make in excess of a million dollars$$$$ ! It doesnt take much from here!
I believe VOX is the only company that has the ojo working perfectly, even ACN had their problems with the tech behind it, we cant be that far away here.
Just for ha ha's:
Lets say 6 months from now international calling app and video app are both available on android and iphone devices.
1 million recurring int. app downloads/$30/mth = $30 million
5 million recurring video app downloads/$10/mth = $50 million
That adds up to $960 million/yr. Now add in everything else and
hence a billion dollar a year company. And these numbers could be substanially higher.
Of course PVSP has to get on the stick and get the video app done.
Patience is the name of the game. Accumulate as much as you can on the dip and hold. I personally believe in this company and I am going to hold for the long term. You never know. One of the big carriers may buy them out down the road
wishful thinking of course)
Big Green I am going to disagree with you a little bit on PVSP about getting rich.
If the video app ever does get released in a very timely manner and the quality is as good as they claim it will be revenues will flood in. This company will go from a negative cash flow to insanely profitable in months.
It will instantly become a buyout candidate.
But again the company has to produce the app very soon. Every day that goes by without it is another day the competition catches up.
The ask depth is tiny. This will bounce nicely. Have patience.
Waiting for VIDEO APPs that will move us !!
When we have some very positive news - like the app is finished and signed contracts, I believe we will see more people get excited and buying occur. Right now, I am not interested in "bid support", which I was doing a month ago. I expected the Video app to be completed by now. Thus, when I see further improvements in PVSP's ability to generate revenues then I will add to my position. Until then, I believe a lot of people are waiting.
As for PVSP drifting lower today... this fluctuation will occur with any stock at any time. I am in the red and holding. I will give PVSP a few more months. By then, we will know if it was just hype or management can execute their new business plan. JMO
The International calling app is coming. Hold your shares tight and don't get nervous. Their technology is worth alot more than this miniscule market cap.
There was a lot of volume last year. This time?
I don't know. Meh!
I hope so too. Today is a mess due to nothing to cause buying so we as usaual end up with selling!!!
Picked up another 220k today for half price of two weeks ago long, and lovin it
The shirt is a horrible analogy. You
know the shirt is good, no one knows
about this.........yet.
U stick with your plan, I'll stick with mine.
Buy and hold went by the wayside years ago.
I got out of JDSU @ 9.00 about 10 years ago.
Cost average was 30.00
Lost close to 60k.
I'm holding but ain't adding further until
I'm sure. This is sound reasoning.
If what you say is true, wouldn't there be increased volume, and not decreased volume, from the conversions?
Ks the reason I follow level 2 moves is you see the predictable movements by these mms. Nite and ETMM account for almost 60-70% of trading read my post dated feb 23rd when nite dropped their bids to the 50 day ma .031 when the stock was trading in the 4's
The directional indicators are NITE and ETMM
Notice on level 2 how nite is sitting there BELOW the 50 day MA. This was a coordinated and orchestrated move, because it keeps the stock below these technical indicators hat traders use to trade hese penny stocks. Once you see nite bidding up, this will be he next move up for the stock

Post # of 23517
NITE/UBSS signalling they want to take the stock to the 50 day moving avg .031/.032
Bids are staking up pert/auto .025 etmm .026, interestingly enough right around 200 day ma
UBSS 80k size
Nite 10k
ETMM 10k .027 ASK
tabby may I ask your trading experience level?
You use terms like averaging down, averaging up, these are all trader terminology and price driven, not fundamental analysis.
I am afraid that you are not sure if you are an investor or trader.
Does it matter to you the term "underwater", because that is what most traders are concerned about.
Any true investor would never walk away from a "Sale" and say I would rather pay more for a shirt, because then I would be sure it is a good one.
Good luck to you.
Stochastics show a pattern of October/November 2011 pullback to oversold levels. At that time the stock traded In a similar pattern for 7 days sideways and broke out. Check it out
Pull up Full, slow and fast stochastics on indicators
Well I have 2 strategies.
1) Average up when we know it's a winner,
(right now we don't know, regardless of what
one touts)
2) triple down if God forbid we tank under
a penny, then hope for a bounce and out.
Sorry, I will not add at these prices HOPING WE
HAVE A WINNER, but I will add up if I KNOW IT'S
A WINNER.
I'd rathere buy @ .10 with confidence and a grin
than .025 with a scowl.
But this is my current plan, we all have our own
ideas.
I cannot justify averaging down when I just don't
know what is going on here, none of us know exactly
what is what.
Good luck!
PS............It's the "fat wallet in 2 weeks" kind
of posts that I don't care for that's all. It serves
no real porpose.......
Right Place, Right Time is Half the Battle
Being in the right place at the right time is half the battle in being successful.
Pervasip has both of these things going for them, they are in a multi Billion emerging market of mobil communications with VOiP using digital packets to move all forms of communications including phone calls, video calls, video streaming, data, etc, etc.
This market is enormous and Pervasip has some great technology to compete in this sector, and it is not just the US, but international as well.
We could make a fortune by capturing just 1% of the communications market, it is that big.
