Hey! Someone made a sweet forty cent trade.
Any way to update the dispute schedule in the I-Box with the latest one? Thank you.

Thanks Bama, I guess I will hold on to it, I have had it for so long it can't hurt. In fact with the price being so low I will probably buy a lot more and say a small prayer.
Thanks again, Joe
P S anyway to get in touch with Holigan?
I can only base my perspective on observation. PFOB is still an empty shell. I am 100% sure it is owned by M. Holigan and it's most likely merger candidate is Backside Beverages/Pompis. When said owner is ready to move is an unknown and could be a long term proposition. If your strategy needs frequent trading, I would dump PFOB. If your persuasions are to hold and see...then sit and wait it out. I feel he will use the shell. He has been promoting the brand heavily so I feel the legality of the situation isn't holding up progress. It may be developing the brand to a level only Holigan knows. Good luck.
Bama,It seems nothing is going on with PFOB, I see no news seems all is quiet. Do you think the company is still viable? IN your opinion, Hold or let it all go. Thanks, Joe
Sorry, I haven't paid much attention to this one for a while. I might dig a bit and see if I find anything new.
That was 9 months ago bro
Any legal folks out there. Expert Discovery due by 11/2/2012. Does this mean the end of the six month coma that we have been in? Thanks. Still holding tight all my shares.
Shouldn't their be some noise on the legal side soon?

Dog days of summer. Only about nine more months for PomWonderful v. Backside Beverages case. Waiting almost patiently!
Do you know something i dont? Why would this be delisted?
de-listed soon probably
Ouch...bid/ask not moving from .001/.005.
I wouldn't read much into it. It is just FaceBook. I do not visit FB very often. I just checked out my home page and it lists my current employ as a place I worked at. I don't know why. I never changed anything in my profile.
I'm sure this has been figured out. Just wanted to share my experience. I think it is FaceBooks doing.

You read it correctly, just misinterpreted it...
He MAY HAVE deleted the post on his facebook page that says he's CEO and president of Pompis.
By deleting it, Facebook automatically states that he ended his work at Pompis
Was taken from your hyper link in the billion dollar recipe message. Believe I just read it wrong.
Don't know what you're reading but Holigan absolutely owns Pompis. Well, there is the partnership with Patrick Moore but what percentage is unknown, regardless Holigan owns all aspects of Pompis.

None of this matters until the court case is thrown out or Pompis changes its name.

No, I believe you are NOT reading it correctly...
Where do you read that???
Am I reading it correctly. Mr. Holligan no longer works for Pompis? If he no longer is involved, what will he do with the shell?
New post on Pompis Facebook page.

Mrs. EI always seems to find things...
Looks like a single shareholder trying to manipulate in order to drop almost 200K shares on the bid.

PFOB MAY I ASK WHEN IS THAT GOING TO HAPPEN? Goooooooooo PFOB
When Holigan seeks damages after the dismissal of this frivolous lawsuit, big companies will be looking at Pompis. That is when the fun really begins, imo.

Quote from the MX forum.
"Coke manufacturers and distributes Full Throttle energy drink. But Coke also distributes Monster in most of the USA and in a number of other countries. Monster is a huge moneymaker for Coke.".-- M. Holigan
If Pompis could partner distribution rights with Coke in demographically selected U.S . regions as well as internationally, then both could profit from both sides. Established branding coupled with established distribution. Its much faster, but relationships would need to be free from litigation so I think this possibility is possible but not until the Pom Wonderless complaints are abashed.
I would believe the Pom Wonderful legalities have drawn this out but then I dont know. Checking the FB site, it appears the hispanic market within the Pompis distribution areas are adopting the product by the level of marketing and encouraging consumer posting. Also with Patrick Moore, partner, having a great deal of industry knowledge and experience I am confortable to let it ride for as long as it takes.
I'll do the same at .0001! I never thought it would take so long, but still holding all here.
Looks like some folks are nearing an insane level of boredom. I'll take a couple million off your hands at around .0001

Nice buying today...another day closer to lift off.
I think that Coca-Cola should buy Pompis along with Monster and call it Monster Pompis...lol
Kim Kardashian could be the spokesperson.
Seriously though this is turning out to be a much longer term investment for me due to the Pom not so Wonderful lawsuit.
Let us hope for a settlement soon.
