You're bullish here, you understand what's going on, you know the small amount of dilution was nothing in comparison to the mergering company, and knew of CEO since 2020, but now CEO is a big deal suddenly? If you don't hold this stock, then what is the point of spreading FUD and wasting your time yesterday, if you won't waste your time on a stock you don't hold??? You're full of shit, maybe you don't want to buy this stock (I'm sure you do) but if you can stray liquidity from PDPG maybe your other stock would run up? all while getting a discount here. Yup. Sold on Friday after detailed DD on his other tickers.

Known him since 2020. Going by his record, this ticker will be nearing a billion shares soon.

There is no active merger IMO…he is just stringing us along.

When he said “cleanest shell yet” he has since added millions of shares? So is it still clean his cleanest?

Just go through his Twitter posts since 2020 and go through those tickers then you will know where this is headed.

PDPG... Went through the filings again here and if you notice there are two different filings for the same period. 8/21/23 & 9/25/23 after taking a look at the later filing I did find about 58 million shares that were converted prior to May

Looks to me like he is back at it again after he saw the share price rise as quickly as it did he went into sell tens of millions of shares mode! Whatever happened to the good ole days when the CEO's actually cared about their shareholder investors? Don't see that anymore the past several years!

Minimal dilution, SS still intact as great merger candidate. Considering what Canouse has done, good and bad, I'd say this is the good side of Canouse. Otherwise, he would have added BILLIONS to SS if he didn't see true potential in this clean shell. 100m company coming here imo.

Shouldn’t be diluting after canceling shares. That’s bad business. But it’s still stupid low for being close to trips, not much debt, and this has always been a merger play. I’m not surprised by the dilution tbh. I guess I’ll add more to average down unless I no longer believe in the merger.

I'll keep an eye on that. Most OTC stocks have some form of dilution taking place and not all of it is easy to spot. I like toyrf as well. Inkw and even hmbl. There are so many I can't name them all. Eari reminds me of early stage ycrm. Now if they will just provide some pr's or updates somehow. I'll take a look at pdpg.

I think you guys are focusing on the secondary.
Even if they did dilute, the promised merger is of paramount importance than the dilution.
If there wasn’t any dilution and the merger candidate isn’t solid..we going nowhere.

I think that with over 25 million shares being sold and subsequently bought up below .002 today and then it bouncing back up to close the day at the same price as it opened, that we have found the bottom at .002! Now we can continue onward and upward for our next leg North as long as there hasn't been anything added to the OS or to the 111 million that is being held at the DTC, I think we're golden on a nice Northward run from tomorrow forward! I'm glad to see that all of the back and fills seem to have finished getting filled altogether and now it can continue on moving back up again!
