There's probably nobody looking at this board anymore, but First Liberty Power Corps (FLPC) with the same Director/Treasurer/President/etc.,...Don Nicholson, went exactly the same way, only FLPC is still running. They too, never presented their Filings and were Revoked by the SEC and also the Canadian equivalent.
They made NO money in 11 years and have $1.5M + Toxic debt. In addition, Don Nicholson ran Stockpile Resource a 'Mining' Company that Mined a few tonnes of ore which they Never processed or sold. Stockpile was owned by FLPC and later sold to FLPC for shares. Furthermore, Don Nicholson is setting up yet another Mining Company called X2M Strategics which appears to be a Mining company run by ONE person who is Director/Treasurer/President/Manager, all rolled into one, and probably operates from a Virtual Office.
Don Nicholson was paid $$$1000s for 'Consultancy and other services' and writing the cash down as Costs... "Costs" To me at least, the money from the Costs was circulated in many directions. Nothing illegal, but the way many business work if they need to reduce working capital, or move money around for other reasons?
As yet, no shares are allocated, so if anyone sees this company, I would seriously consider your position before investing. I wouldn't, bearing in mind the history behind his so-called Mining companies. Essentially, failures for the shareholder...not for the CEOs!!
Some CEOs have the Midas touch where 'everything turns to Gold'. Don appears to have a similar touch, but where everything (for the shareholder, turns to S**t!
Take care, all.

Well, this stock has a market value of 58 grand, and it is just a shell. No website for company, only good thing this has is a low float! All stocks have their days I suppose.
Interesting move the past few days....

PEPR Acquires Interest In Gold/Copper Deposit In Canada
Thursday, 31 Mar 2011 08:00am EDT
Pepper Rock Resources Corp announced it has entered into an exclusive option agreement to acquire a 70% interest in certain mineral claims known as the Man/Prime properties located in British Columbia, Canada. The agreement includes an overriding 2% net smelter royalty to a third party and first right of refusal to acquire the balance of the property rights. The 1,544 hectares property is located east of Missezula Lake on the Thompson Plateau of south-central British Columbia and the exploration target is alkalic copper-gold porphyry deposits. Man/Prime offers good access by a network of logging and exploration roads to Princeton, BC, a historic mining town 36 km to the south.

PEPR~ Ready for a BOOM here!
will PEPR be the next big promo?? INSIDERS PAID 1 DOLLARS
Yea, Seen similiar news in march, and still not finding the connection. As you mentioned though, I dont think etrade would have it under PEPR news if it wasn't so. I dunno though lol, we'l see.
Hey FlexTrader, I just was reading through you DD and I was wondering if that news has been seen through any of the other platforms. I have been lurking around for a while and this was my first penny play a few years ago, and I got burned.
Is this news still up on Etrade under PEPR? I looked and didnt see anything, maybe I am not looking in the right place. According to Etrade PEPR was in oil and nat gas in Texas, near where there is a major oil boom. The Eagle Ford Shale is supposed to be bigger than the Bakken Oil fields. I was thinking maybe that they had a interest out there and maybe this other company bough them out, like I said I have no idea what is going on, just speculating.
This could imply a buyout of some kind or something, heck I dont know. I have never seen this before. Thanks for your insight.
I know, I was like wowza that hurt just watchin..
I wonder how many soiled their draws when that printed for almost half milly shares=UGH!!
So what DD is there here? I see a company with no website, they are not current with pink sheets, yet they are up 42%. I couldnt find the link on my etrade account for PEPR, is there anything going on here?
I even looked into Ozona Texas, where they had some agreement in 2010, to see if this was maybe a Eagle Ford Shale play, (which if it was then we would all be very, very, rich) but came up empty, they are not in the shale area, close, but not close enough.
Any insight would be great as I am interested, but need to be convinced to bite. Thanks!
PEPR~ 50 MA has become SUPPORT Now!
PEPR~ if this chart and Volume do not get you EXCITED something is Wrong! Hahaha Amazing BREAKOUT! Clear to .005 and another 100% is REALISTIC imo!
