I wish you well. If you didn't do.....
what the SEC claims, you will have your day in court. I realize those with low self-esteem like to tear people down so they can feel better about themselves. Don't take it personal. It's more about them and their unhappiness, than you.
If you did what is "alleged", you need to understand you hurt the capital markets and the confidence in it. Some of those that criticize you actually profit from that lack of confidence.
One of the best "sleuths" out there sells memberships to traders so they can make money off scams. Like Money Runners he/she boasts of recent gains. The sales pitch is to "front load" before the promo. Ironic, huh?
If what the SEC claims you and HSA did is true, that's despicable. But that was always the belief anyway. You know that, right?
I was Money Runners biggest critic. They pumped, they dumped.
You'll get your day in court, but the SEC's complaint is very specific. I believe the charges are accurate, or I doubt they would have made the allegations. You know if they are true or not, but we can only assume they are,
Forget the boards. Get your life in order. And don't let your poor choices, if true, define who you are. You have your whole life ahead of you. You can make a difference in many peoples lives, and it doesn't have to be about money.
You and only you are responsible for your choices. Including the choice to forgive yourself and those with low self-esteem that choose to attack you for your "alleged" failures.
We all fail. It's a condition of the human race. You chose, allegedly, to profit off promotions and wash trading. Others choose to profit off pre-promotions and suspensions.
Everyone has an angle......and their own way to justify their own actions.
Best of luck. I pray justice is served, and I wish you the best no matter what you may be guilty of.....or not.
Yea know what you mean still have to prove intent maybe they were training new traders how to place buy and sell orders. I learned in law enforcement never assume anything. Let's see the evidence then decide.
no, i was just poking fun at ~buying high selling low to increase the price.~
That's what FBI claims got to prove it was intent to manipulate....
Innocent until proven guilty... true
The crazy thing is you still have a watch on your hand... who the F still wears that...
You will all regret talking crap about me. My alerts made MANY people money I sorry... SCAMMER
Who knows maybe they were set up.... Court will review evidence and determine. Never know
Not sure the boys and girls would understand...
Have fun in PRISON biaatch

"The SEC’s complaint filed in federal court in Tacoma, Wash., charges the following individuals:
Mikhail Galas, a stock promoter who lives in Vancouver, Wash." aka komando robot aka pennystock spy
"In a parallel action, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington announced criminal charges against Galas, Hawatmeh, and Mrowca.
According to the SEC’s complaint, GrowLife Inc. was part of a broader online promotion of several marijuana-related stocks in early 2014. Mrowca specifically promoted GrowLife through his Money Runners Group website and predicted that the stock price would nearly double. Mrowca, Galas, and Hawatmeh meanwhile engaged in manipulative trading designed to increase the price and volume of GrowLife stock, and they later sold their shares for illicit profits.
Similarly, the SEC alleges that Hawatmeh, Galas, and Mrowca bought and sold approximately 41.7 million shares of Hemp Inc. in January and February 2014 while the stock was actively promoted on the Internet. For example, one Internet tout on February 6 claimed that Hemp could reach “a REAL Possible Gain of OVER 2900%.” During the promotion, Hawatmeh, Mrowca, and Galas engaged in manipulative wash trades and matched orders to manipulate Hemp’s common stock before selling their shares for illegal gains.
“This was a carefully planned operation by Galas, Hawatmeh, Mrowca, and Pustovit to distort the performance of specific penny stocks as they were simultaneously promoted through social media and the Internet. As the companies’ stock prices increased, these four promoters opportunistically dumped their shares for illicit gains,” said Amelia A. Cottrell, associate director in the SEC’s New York Regional Office.
The SEC’s complaint charges Galas, Hawatmeh, Mrowca and Pustovit with violating antifraud provisions of the federal securities laws. The SEC seeks temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctions along with an emergency asset freeze, disgorgement, prejudgment interest, financial penalties, and orders barring the promoters from participating in a penny stock offering. "

TWSI on Earnings Watch for Another Solid Quarter of Revenue Growth
Last Updated: July 31, 2014 - 6:00am EST
(NEW YORK)--Tristar Wellnes Solutions, Inc. (OTC:TWSI), a leading developer and marketer of advanced medical products, is set to report another solid quarter of strong sales revenue growth on a year-to-year bases.
HemCon Medical Technologies
The main core operations with TWSI currently is their division HemCon Medical Technologies, Inc., and their revolutionary hemostatic chitosan-coated dressing ChitoGauze. A recent study released in June showed that ChitoGauze was successful in treating and stopping bleeding from massive injuries.
Seventy five percent (75%) of all bleeding could be stopped with application of ChitoGauze, while in twenty five percent (25%) of patients ChitoGauze helped to control the severity of bleeding. No side effects were noted in the available follow up of 85.7% of all study subjects. The conclusion of this study is that all degrees (arterial, venous or combination of arterial and venous) of bleeding could be stopped with the HemCon dressing and this offers emergency medical personnel in both civilian and military settings a versatile and highly effective hemostatic solution to help safely stabilize patient for transport to definitive care.
US Military Recommendation
On April 10, 2014, the Company announced that the U.S. Department of Defense's Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC) updated its guideline recommendations for control of severe external hemorrhage to include HemCon's ChitoGauze hemostatic chitosan-coated gauze product. Having the US Military recommending TWSI product as an effective product for combat use could mean even larger sales contracts in the coming quarters.
Earnings Growth
For the first three months ending March 30, 2014, the Company reported total sales revenue of $1.3 million, as compared to just $7000 for the same three month period in 2013. This sharp growth in sales revenue was attributed to Hemcon's division, and TWSI is now expected to report their second quarter earnings in mid-August, which could show continues revenue sales for this fast growing medical company.
TWSI is currently breaking through its 50-day moving average, and could see the stock move back to the $1.00 price range as earnings and sales continue to increase through the end of 2014.
