SLJB - Windsor Star article today
http://www.canada.com/windsorstar/news/story.html?id=7df543ba-9b05-429d-b001-55dc1e8a550b
"A Harrow based lumber yard, which has come under the gaze of the RCMP and nervous shareholders is on the hook for a $1.5 million civil judgment in the US, the president of a US mortgage company said Wednesday.
The gist... John Chandler, president of Progressive Mortgage Inc. says it should have been paid when Harrow based Sulja Bros. Building Materials Ltd. merged with Loftwerks Inc. earlier this year.
Windsor Lawyer Shahid Khan, who has told the Star he worked on the merger would't answer questions about whether he knew of Chandler's lawsuit and eventual judgment at the time of incorporation in Nevada. "everything is between lawyer and client" said Khan Wednesday."
Chandler says he loaned US $988,000 million in two mortgages to Loftwerks and Ammerman for development at 447 East Milwaukee St, Detroit.
he says money was diverted and the project came to a halt and is unfinsished.
says his lawyer Jay Abramson has been asked to persue collection of the Michigan judgment against Sulja Bros.
Says he asked the Richmond FBI to investigate where the money ended up. Detroit FBI agent Pam Matson confirmed there had been a complaint.
Says having difficulty tracing Ammerman. East Milwaukee building expected to be sold at Seriffs auction in next few months.
Sulja, one of most hotly traded stocks has been under pressure from shareholders to make good on promises it would release AF's.
Former CEO PV has been questioned by RCMP about the stock.
it was posted today by Domain311 on the SLJB board. he was the one who sent/recieved the e-mail.

email to Intec and their reply:
Hi,
My name is ... and I am a shareholder of Sulja Building Supply...I have a few questions following this news release, if you could please take the time to read them. Below is a news release that came out in The United States, regarding your company, on May 17th, 2006:
LoftWerks/Sulja's Parent Company Consultech Furthers Middle East Growth
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2006 -- LoftWerks (OTC: LFWK) LoftWerks/Sulja Bros. today announces that Consultech's Midwest Operation has signed a new contract in partnership with Intec Industries in Berlin to construct two tire recycling plants in the Middle East. Intec Industries is a world renowned and front runner of tire recycling technology.
The first plant is to be located in Saudi Arabia and the second one is to be constructed in the United Arab Emirates. Consultech Director General, Petar Vucicevich, upon signing the contract in Berlin, stated, "We are pleased to sign another agreement with our friends in the Middle East. We have been doing business in the region for a few years now and this new project solidifies our presence even more. At the same time, we have a new partner in Intec Industries. We plan on furthering our business in the future once our project in the Middle East is a success."
A Consultech spokesperson stated that all necessary fixtures, construction and finishing materials would be provided through Sulja Building Supply. This project is estimated to generate 30 Million Euros; construction on the site will begin in August 2006; completion date is projected in about 8 months.
Can you please confirm or deny whether this news release is accurate?
If it is accurate, has the project commenced as originally planned, in August?
And when is completion date set for?
Do you have any more potential projects with this company...or just the building of the two tire recycling plants?
If this news release is false, have you heard of this company stating they have a contract with you...and if so, please explain.
I greatly appreciate anything you can add to my inquiry's and thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
...

This sounds pretty bad to me. What do you think
26 more photos at the following link...

Seems like Sulja should be getting ticked with all these photographers running around their place taking pictures...I got some nasty looks, that's for sure.
I haven't posted my pics yet (new camera, and need load software on my computer)...but soon. There is no "date certain" for my photos. ;~P (a little humor is o.k., right?)
I'm not sure what the "2834 E. Grand Blvd." (or whatever) is, except perhaps the address in Detroit for the supposed lumberyard expansion over here? That is a main area in Detroit, and those photos would fit the landscape there.
As for the photos #40-50, or so, they are similar to the photos I have of the Harrow location. Trucks, lumber, buildings, ect...
I also saw a few more Sam's pics in there also, which I have as well.
Keep the faith,
ProfitMaster
