UHCR still waiting on ticker change to be finalized by NASDAQ. Target date for change was May 8, but NASDAQ said they are behind schedule (which is probably always the case).
Waiting on short squeeze once all goes through.
Finally got my rvgd. When those GTM Supercar's hit the road ka-ching. Wont be able to make them fast enough. Best I'll be able to do is pick up one in kit form but that still be sweet. P.
New offering OOIL - interesting for sure....will wait for it to get romped and stomped.
New tech tfzp doing well and off recent lows, cypw a little slower but should eventually go up with announced sales.cypw has nice potential to pay off huge but not for a while.
BLLB looking good though patience is required, RVGD looks nice an opp at .0012 patience also required for this one.
SHMM things that make ya go hmmmmm?
PHGI -still puking on that purchase, may change but not much confidence now. Biodiesel plant firing up should change current holding pattern.
DVFI - entire former management scammed investors, ihubbers fighting for control of company(some major bagholders there, under 700M float after wrnw returned shares.
sstp and usse seems lackluster but a LOT is happening that is not finding it way out by pr...when these two eventually click watch out.
So is DVFI but still folks expect (or fervently hope) it to get up and run.
I thought that chairman Mao is dead?
SLJB bagholders who want to join lawsuit or get details of...
email this guy: chairmn.mao@gmail.com
The cost is reasonable about 300.00 you fill out a questionaire, send it to lawyer and wait.
popcorn and mydurango - I have passed on your ihub name to the person in charge, but but email them anyway and request forms.
UHCR does check out very nice -thanx! - P.
Pennimon: I happened to see your post on the DVFI Hub site about a class action suit for those who lost on SLJB. I am one of those people who lost quite a bit on that scam. Can you send me any form to fill out? Is it too late to join?
UHCR looks to have a mother of a short squeeze coming...
Brokers made mistakes on issuance of a divy...and then executed again in the form of a 1 for 1 forward split...
CEO is upset and has changed the name and Cusip...as of May 8th all shares wil be accounted for...
We have estimated the short cover to be in the neighborhood of 4 million shares...and the CEO is in process of buying back 4 million shares...
Here's the PR for symbol change...If you have any questioons about the cover ...feel free to shoot me a PM...

Long time no see fishin' holers. Check out Boielectronics(BIEL). Penny stock with a real product. Actually bought TV ads on Bloomberg. Supposed to start airing this week I think. If they do it could be good for at least a double. Volume has picked up lately. You can check out their website. Bioelectronics.com I believe. They also got medicaid approval for their product. Some kind of pain relieving patch. Not a shell, you can order the product and some of the people on their board say it actually works. Check their board for more details. GL
Yes, I'm long on it right now at .039. Thats a hair above where it's at right now.
P.S. hav'nt been around for awhile because I mainly play big boards these days but this one got my attention.
Fish on!
Time to take a GOOD look at BLLB chart. Seems like it has captured a lot of attention popping up on scans here and there.
I have been waiting patiently for this one.
BDRR who all caught that move from recent .003? Never guessed it would go that low but look at the recent move(s).
RVGD - still on Penns shopping/wish list.
PHGI - boy did I get stomped on that one, massive dilution.
- ON THE PLUS side though, the biodiesel plant is much closer to producing and not much more wait if all permits in place,
- goldmine permitting is all completed, phgi put out they are hiring miners for their gold mining operation. Last buy of phgi was at .008 and I have avoided throwing any more money at it. So far it looks like it is cellar boxed right smartly, and few companies escape this. However, does Beebe have something up his sleeve with that former SEC guy aboard? hmmmm. phgi by all accounts seems ready to go forward with biz plan and not backing down on goals.
Thanks for everyones posting, nice to see a few still visit!
P.
For any one who is following the junk I buy. This morning I took a small position in IWEB.
Time to get in on my big play of the year. MNCN Visit the website.

Here it is CIRT up 1150.00% today. Good luck.
The GETC pond may be worthy of a little fishing. GETC filed an 8K and released a PR today. Excellent news. Investors have not seen or understand the potential this deal has. I would expect similar deals to follow.
UHCR is looking extremely strong. The next PR which should be at any time will move it nicely.
Very nice post...thanks for sharing that with us.
Hi Pennimon,I appreciated your candor on the BLLB board, but I gave up on those guys, only interested in pumping the company, lol.I actually started that board and know the company very well. They do not like the stock market and shy away from questions, lol. They only needed help to expand and now that they have it,will do very well with their products.
Two stocks I would suggest to watch,ASII,FRGY,short term(two weeks)
You earned a people mark,GL

BDRR does look like a gem. They are "in the final stages of completing non-toxic financing that will be secured by a promissory note and bear interest quarterly. The financing will be used to provide working capital and bridge its accounts receivable." William Graham, CEO, has stated that he has no intention to continue 504 dilution... Non-toxic financing is the only way he sees funding Bederra in the future.
This news should be followed in a week or two with an earnings report. Could get very interesting because BDRR is on SHO List: http://tinyurl.com/2guc4b

wwng at .003 - oughta be good for a double or triple over a few months.
hey boss just been busy getting into commodities...
phgi looks like a possible bottom play with the techs looking good on the buys side...
ACG - thought you'd disappeared. Am down with some kinda flu right now and just kicking back. Whatcha bin upta? Just checked your postings. Commodities broker eh? Im a Larry Williams fan myself. Wanted to trade commodities but never graduated from pennies.
What does your magic chartware say about phgi?
morning penn
disclaimer: i am a series 3 licensed broker
Wow what a week NOT! Both tclt and phgi filed for increase in shares but seemed not to surprise the market too much and damage was minimal.
With phgi this does not diminish the fact that phgi is continuing to make progress (work every day) on the Opp plant.
I really dont expect it too be ready at the end of March but perhaps another four to six weeks or end of April? In the meantime I would expect another run at .002 - .003 or with very good news maybe .005 or .006.
With permits in place and spring approaching, maybe the gold mine will see some action as well. A little patience might be required with this one, but lots of potential to go to pennies. phgi closed at .0006 with after market trade of 6M at .0007.
Am also down on bllb by about 30% mostly because expected news did not come out cancelling the big gap that was at .0025. So gaps have now been filled and holding above .002 this is a real company with real sales - we just dont know any figures at this point.
tclt - OUCH! increased AS to just over 2B and with no announcements to offset that new filing price dropped to .0007 and may go lower yet. I managed to get out at entry point leaving 20% in for a "what if" scenario and it runs like hell.
We'll find out with next pr I guess.
sstp and usse - ouch! again but how long can it last? Nice buying opp though. Will go back up soon.
cypw dropped to under seven cents..like I always say - just when ya think it cant go any lower, it will.
Hoping for a better week THIS week. Time for a chill pill.
PRMO - not looking too shabby at .0003 one too watch. Anyone catch GRMU move today?
Hi Ckid. The Borneo thing dont impress me much for short term.
Will pay off later though. Am not bothering too much with sstp or usse right now, better money to be made elsewhere for now. SSTP and USSE are more long term plays and will eventually pay off big I believe. I'd have been more impressed with the Borneo thing if the shares were locked up for a few years I guess.
This weeks surprise was shmm which ran, also bdrr which has pulled back nicely. Hope ya got some tclt as should run next day or two. Popped from .009 to .0018 the other day as a practice run. RVGD popped again and soon again I believe.
Was expecting bllb to come out with news cancelling the big gap at .0025 which it covered today. Check it out - real company and real sales. Looking to add soon possible.
phgi is setting up for another nice run and hope it breaks .0035 this time. Hoping tclt will run tomorrow and add to phgi again for another multi bagger. also want some bdrr and rvgd but that will have to wait for another week.
Not sitting too bad right now but need to build a cash reserve for nu opps. What you into these dayz? oh yeah, almost got some amhd the other day and wish I did. Wow. nothing much to do for rest of week but wait and watch...
oh yeah check out grmu.
Nice work, Penn. Could be JR just has his hands full at the moment, but he should still acknowledge your efforts. I doubt he has many shareholders doing the work that you are. What's your take on the Borneo business?
USSE SSTP - interest in fuels from this fella I contacted, let JR know about it but no reply from him. This guy is no slouch and tops in his profession. Just sent him email putting him in touch with company...he will be a key speaker at upcoming Aviation conference. So does JR have a viable product or not? Guess we will find out one way or another.

BDRR, I don't expect a pullback at all here. In fact, the upturn is just beginning and many of the float is locked up with investors, not flippers.
.01 will be launching point here, at when it gets past the resistance at .011, which I think will happen at the open tomorrow, the chart shows clear sailing.
GLTU
Daily technicals on BUNM are mixed; the weekly looks more promising, IMO, for a move upward thru .0002.
Yeah, I like it a lot. Those earnings per share calculations look pretty hot if new deal is closed. 15M earning potential and 17.5M float.
Want some more of something tomorrow. Either tclt on a dip because of a minor screw - up (missed wallst. interview on friday), or bdrr. Since I have tclt up the kazoo I might take a starter on bdrr...that way my chances of having a runner this week increase by 20%
Any thoughts on Bunm?
Pennimon, I'm liking BDRR, too -- if it breaks .011 watch this tightly held small float move -- especially if fueled with news.
Nu - BDRR - take a look at this little gem and do some earnings per share calculations if they close this next deal. Some announcements due soon I think. Currently at .01
Might be a small pullback but have a feeling this one to run with only 17.5 M shares float and board looking to lock it up.
Nuther one Im looking at is shmm @ .0002-.0003
am in phgi at .0012 average
am in tclt at .0011 av.
am in bllb at .0036 (ouch?)
So looking to score some cabbage from at least one this week, putting profits back into stock basket. Would like to build 2M sharecount of phgi because I believe heavily undervalued with Biodiesel plant scheduled for completion EOM with possible announcement of two more to be built. May see pennies in another month and 2M shares will make for a pretty payday.
Why two million shares? Will sell half on a double and keep a million free for a "what if" scenario" of a nickel pps.
Almost forgot considering lotto pick HCPC @.0003, BUNM @ .0002
Just starting to look at it myself. I'm keeping it on radar for now.
WSRA - Thanx Rhino. took a quick peek, low floater start up positioned well with a soon to be placer operation (phase one) an option to purchase and improve or step up the operation. So, bottom line is the company is well poised to become a low cost cost producer of gold with proven reserves. Priced very well BUT...a see a huge gap at a penny that looks like it needs filling. Were I to put money into it a first buy at .015 and a second near .011.
Rare that a stock does not fill gaps like that biggie, but it does happen. Does well to be put on anyones stockwatch list seems to me.
If you are a gold bug, take a peek at WSRA. Just getting back on track.
BLLB - picked up some of the good stuff at.0036 - Wow! check out the chart and pr's! Ka-ching! Be looking for pennies soon with phgi tclt and bllb.
Oh yeah, sstp running today (ahead of news?) and USSE to follow tomorrow I bet. Did I forget to mention they picked up another BOD member? Used to be at Petronas!!! NIce.
RVGD - had to choose between rvgd and bllb that was a tough nut to crack but maybe next week some rvgd.
Silverado gold was upticking like crazy when I peeked in on it today. got that crazy gold bug so looking at sgcp also. So many nice stocks, so little money....hehehe.
Penn now sitting with sstp usse phgi tclt bllb bcit and a few others.
tclt acting like it wants to move. GRrrr. Shoulda picked up some more this a.m at .001....
-have yesterdays buy for sale at .0043 - maybe by Friday?
rvgd still hanging tuff.
Sold some phgi today at .0018 collecting .0011 profit and put it into tclt @.0013 - .0014 where I hope its found a bottom. Will look for a QUICK pop (meow) and exit. Will put in a sell when the buy is executed. Looking for a quick 50% or thereabouts.
Watchlist performance review from 9/02/08:
symbol when rec'd high now at
RGDE .008 .025 .02
SGCP .018 .042 .034
RCCH .012 .07 .015
RVDG .004 ---- .0035
PHGI .0015 .0022 .009
TCLT .005 ----- .002
USSE .035 .004 .033
SSTP .054 .057 .047
CYPW .085 .10 .08
TFZP .09 .10 .09
I bought more phgi at .0007 phgi believing the company to be disproportionately devalued by market - closed up Friday .0009. I will be selling 150,000 at .016 and another 150,000 at .003 or higher and ride the rest as freebies. If I hold everything till after Friday I collect another 30,000 Class 3 freebies(div shares) convertable after 12 months, to give me a total of a half million freebies possible.
Although the AS is reported to be 580M about half that traded this week.
USSE SSTP Baytown project - the building housing the reactors is undergoing expansion and electricals should be going up as I write this. Reactor three is under construction while number two is almost complete. One more reactor to make it four will make one complete unit. They are to add at least 50 more units of four.
Once all four ready to go online with infrastructure in place, watch for the company to launch an awareness marketing campagne.
Considering its capabilities, I have no doubt that Discovery channel will want to give it some coverage.
Renegade Energy RGDE looking good and Revenge Designs RVGD not to shabby lookin either.
Picked up some more phgi at .0007 and hope I correctly called the bottom this time...expecting some nice short term gains of at least a three bagger, and put into my favs sstp and usse as I see them having more success longer term.
RDGE - Dots connected for the reverse merger pending!

Very nice share structure, from what I can tell.
AS 250M
OS 19,099,862
Float 11,455,567
The amazing thing is that the play had a 1:1000 RS just one year ago, and yet still drifted back to $0.01

Actually there is several correlations proving that Carson Development Corp in Washington is former Renegade Energy

3)Renegade Energies UBI number was

4)Frank Butler former RGDE CEO confirmed for me today via telephone he sold RGDE and new name was Carson Development
RGDE-Renegade Energy Name Change on Washington SOS now to go with 15-12g filing showing new CEO is Darryl Readshaw. New name of Renegade Energy Corp is Carson Development Corporation. Spoke with Frank Butler old CEO of RGDE he confirmed he sold the company to California Group of Investors.

When you search for Renegade Energy Corp it no longer comes up in Washington SOS.
http://www.secstate.wa.gov/corps/search_results.aspx?search_type=simple&criteria=all&name_type=starts_with&name=renegade+energy&ubi
RGDE-Renegade Energy Corp Filed a 15-12g on 12/3 Change of control from Frank Butler to Darryl Readshaw but people missed it because it was filed with the SEC under their old name America Asia Corp.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/854877/000108638007000048/renegadeengcorpform15111907.htm
Sometimes when a company does a name change but used to file with SEC under a different name, when they go back to file an 8k or 15-12g the sec records still have the old name. To the SEC... RGDE, Renegade Energy is still America Asia corp they stopped filing with the SEC before they changed names.
ITEM 1. EXACT NAME OF THE ISSUER AND ITS PREDECESSOR:
The exact name of the Issuer is Renegade Energy Corporation as of September 1, 2006, formerly known as America Asia Energy Corporation as of October 14, 2005
When you go to yahoo finance under RGDE no 15-12g comes up. Same with investors hub stock quotes and filings. The only way to find it is on the sec website only under AAC not under Renegade's name. Pinksheets.com does have the 15-12g filing under RGDE's ticker but it seems most traders missed this play.
Old CEO Frank Butler
Change in control to Darryl Readshaw, California
It appears from the filings this shell has been sold and the 15-12g tells me they're about to do a reverse merger.
ITEM 6. NUMBER OF SHARES OR TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ISSUER’S SECURITIES OUTSTANDING AT THE END OF THE ISSUER’S MOST RECENT FISCAL YEAR:
Common Stock
As of August 28, 2007 there were 19,099,862 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
As of August 28, 2007, there were no preferred shares of stock issued and outstanding

Here's the lastest update. Just spoke with the old RGDE CEO Frank, he's now officially sick of me and told me to go away in a nice way. Before he told me that he gave me one last nugget of info.
Carson Development Corp. people are Real Estate Developers and are also in the Energy Sector. He told me Darryl Readshaw the name of the person who signed RGDE's 15-12g is putting this deal together. All my future questions need to be directed at Darryl.
Feeling good about this one.
new!! SGCP - SIERRA GOLD - Way up from recent low, watch for a pullback or retrace. Their goldstrike zone is been determined to payout between two and three ounces of gold per ton, with strike running for miles in either direction. With news the pullback may not happen, given the share count downside is limited.

Just checked rcch chart and am liking it at .015
Penn's new pick TCLT is one I think worth monitering and a little dd time. Just went public after remaining a private company for a very long time. Here's an interesting post from the board. I dont think there is too much downside from here but really have not put that much time into it...

Coming Out of the closet, I am new here and I have been lurking for a while. There are some very fun people on this list that I wouldn't mind knowing personally someday. Tessi May's worse half comes to mind. He is very creative and totally cracks me up.
Oh, I'm a bit off subject here. I should introduce myself. My name is Roderick Wilde and I am the President of EV Parts, Inc. I am not sure if I can even be on this list legally. I didn't check with the attorneys first. I am personally not fond of that part of reality anyway. I just feel that if I put myself in someone else's shoes I would want to know just who the hell I was dealing with. I do realize that you can do a lot of due diligence using computer search engines but I do not think they can really give you the big picture.
I should tell you a bit about myself. My personal friends range from right wing conservatives to left wing tree huggers, from artists to hard core bikers, from high level political figures to working stiffs, and from teenagers to octogenarians. I generally like most people except for liars and bull shitters.
I was first told about this forum from one of your members. Since I am a stock holder myself I would have to say that I have some personal interest in it. I do find certain things on this list very amusing. First of all this whole stock trading thing is very new to me. It is totally outside my realm of expertise. Sometimes it looks to me like some form of pass time or game although I am sure there are many that take it quite seriously and actually make decent money at it.
Our company only got involved because we felt it was time for us to do a major expansion. I personally have been in this industry for fifteen years and have watched many changes. From what I have observed over the past year I truly believe the world is ready to embrace alternative forms of transportation and self reliance from foreign oil. For those not familiar with Set America Free I would highly recommend you visit their website, www.setamericafree.com.
Well I guess I have said enough for one night. If anyone has questions about the direction our company is headed please feel free to contact me personally at roderick@evparts.com or here on this forum. I will make an attempt to check back periodically. If it is something I have knowledge of I will be more than happy to answer any and all questions. Keep in mind that I am not the financial officer or the book keeper. I am the hands on guy who knows electric vehicles inside and out. That little Mazda I built 9 years ago was quicker than any production gasoline vehicle on the planet. It would do 0 to 60 in 2.55 seconds and 0 to 100 mph in 7 seconds and that was on antique lead acid battery technology.
With the new Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries it is a whole new ball game. I thought I would never live long enough to see a battery with this amount of energy density and this extreme amount of power density. The future is happening much faster than you can imagine! These batteries will lead to inventions in portable powered devices that could not have been conceived of a very short time ago due to weight limitations.

Pick updates from a few days ago:
RCCH - did anyone take my advice on this one? Since posted it has dropped about 300% not only filling the gasp but beyond that, having a little dead cat bounce MEOW!!!!! Remember this little gem has only 10M shares. Is that another little gap I see to be filled?
NUBV - did indeed find some more "down" as predicted along with RVGD. Both stocks need a close eye kept on them as a new bottom is to be found.
USSE/SSTP - seems to have run out of sellers. USSE acting very strong as is sstp but with no SOLID pr ($$$$$$$) it may drift down a bit on the lower volume they are experiencing. Investors not wanting to part with many of them at this point, and USSE seems to have reduced its share structure so float is under 200M. Not too freakin bad.....
PHGI is my wild card and my purchase is more based on HUGE short term profit potential due to rock bottom pps and market cap valuation. Keep in mind the two patented gold mines, a biodiesel plant about two months or less away from production (so Beebe sez), ANOTHER new sales contract, and the possibility of a forthcoming announcement of TWO nu biodiesel plants to be built somewhere in the usa. With an A.S of just 355M the float has to be smaller but unknown for now is the amount of restricted stock. Short term I'll sell half on a double or triple, and ride freebies into pennyland. At .015 Im looking at a ten bagger, but hoping for a nickel within a three month period for some real SERIOUS profit.
TFZP and CYPW seem to bouncing off bottom here and there which is where you wanna be if your bottom fishin'.
CDN Kid, on the Alberta tar sands thing - cant make a call either way with Venesuela acting up and threatening to halt oil shipments to USA, and on the other hand there are tons of new ethanol and biodiesel plants coming on line over the next year and ARGENTINA now exporting a sig. amount of product. The future pps of oil stocks kinda up in the air for me but remember the high cost of mining tarsands and upgrading the product... I'd sooner put money into another form of alt. energy - maybe geothermal - but have not researched that area enough yet to form an opinion. Solar and wind have been around a long long time but have not heard of any one real good company...
Keep in mind last years ethanol glut on the market, and I dont expect things to be any better short term, and the same will most likely happen with biodiesel. The winners in this arena will be the ones that can hold on through upcoming prices wars which means only the best will survive - meaning second generation tech. producing sustainable fuels as opposed to renewable fuels.
AS always take whatever I say here with a grain of salt, take profits as you find them, and always trade with a plan. The above is all JMHO and remember most folks LOSE money in pinkieland the wild wild west of markets where anything goes and mostly does.
P.
Penn, I'm still holding and following your posts. I appreciate your DD and analysis. On a related topic, what's your opinion of the oil sands up your way as an investment?
Penn on recent sstp pr:On the plus side of the equation for the pr it does hand out some tasty tidbits - the first and obvious is the cementing of the deal. Another significance is that the reactor(s) instead of ending up in Illinois and completing requirements for balance of 2M end up in Baytown. It basically outlines the near future of the company and priorities.
First and formost the primary consideration is cash flow and product sales four reactors strong, the resulting fuel can be sold through Agra max to George E. Warren of Florida - the fuel wholesaler.
The parlacen thing is gonna happen over a period of years and the announcement of this significant to 4B in reactor sales. Even if over a five year period thats serious moolah.
Another biggie is the biogasoline dedicated reactor(s) meaning they must have a market for this in place or in serious negotiations.
The fact that instead of fulfilling the Fseint obligations and getting the balance of 2M, means that they must have financing already in place, not only for the reactor expansion but for the rest of the construction. The building addition spells out plans for a second unit of four reactors and in the works.
While some things seem unclear at the moment, what should be glaringly obvious is the potential for generating huge amounts of cash flow over the coming year and most likely years to follow as international expansion occurs.
The most likely format to a business model is gradually surfacing through the release of multiple pr's and that being SSTP and hopefully USSE are stakeholders in each and every project, and responsible for a good part of the buildout and consequently revenue sharing.
If USSE business plan has not changed then there is a strong possibility of usse purchasing algae technology and growing their own feedstock. HOw else would we then own the agri char and syngas? Or sell "waste" product. Thats huge for usse owners or should be.
In all liklihood, usse will be a stakeholder in all projects and collecting a portion of any royalaties. When you look the reactors for what they are, a good whack of 7M apiece is profit. In a simplified explanation its a steel tube with an auger run through it, and heating coils along its length.
So the way I see it at this point there is little downside to it, and a large part of the float is squirrelled away by greedy investors both big and small.
With VEn. cutting off 1.5M bbls per day to USA, maybe biogasoline sales will happen quicker than we think.
Should be something to watch when volume is an average of five million a day and over, and solid pr's every other month.
PHGI - picked up a half mil of phgi over a few buys. Hoping to hear of new biodiesel plants and see a nickel over next couple months. Daily static between .0015 and .002 will net me 33% per trade in the meantime if I get too bored. A fun little stock to play with having plenty of volume at these levels.
Ouch, after a brief spike NUBV took a serious dive as predicted and just goes to show ya them momo guyz dont know everything.
RVGD stills looks like a winning company despite its pps problems which I dont view as excessive. Start ups always need cash and why should this one be any exception? Waiting to hear what those new contracts are worth - should take the stock outta the duldrums..
