The biggest problem here with Pennexx is the lack of communication coming from the company to there shareholder's, also there timelines. Maybe they've forgot they're a publicly traded company.

Been in business many years when I started i wore many hats because I had to but to grow bigger I had to hire talent and allow them to do there job with a little guidance. Today my company is more successful because of my teams talent .

Let an experienced CEO run things. You did your job. No shame in letting someone else take over.

Just remember their shares aren’t worth squat just like ours . Management isn’t getting rich doing what their doing . 52 wk low on nothing volume . Impatient people will lose out . Dead in the water until uplist then they will release updates . Not very logical approach to holding shareholder interest . No dilution and no urgency . I am looking for money to buy more shares . I don’t know many OTC companies with this share structure that have a revenue stream that don’t seem concerned almost like they are willing to wait patiently to reward the patient .

Lowest we've been in a year but yet we're "excited" waiting on Joe and Vince to do what they've said since April 2020. I'm exhausted and over the lack of results. Where are you Joe and Vince? You've had years to deliver on something of substance let's go.

Agreed. If your going to run a publicly traded company, the first thing you do is keep your shareholder's informed, as to company progress being made, and not long periods of silence with shareholder's in the dark. Pennexx has great potential, but only with the right people in place to do so.

I grabbed another 5 at $.125 and another 5 at .12. I spoke to Joe last week. Very nice and impressed he was willing to speak with me. Obviously he didn’t tell me any secrets.

The main thing I gathered is that it is Vince’s company and he is waiting on him as well. That scares me as I think Vince may be good tech guy but has no clue as CEO and what shareholders want.

It is day to day for Joe as it is for Vince.

I emphasized that something needs to get done and concluded and it needs to happen soon.
