Anybody figure this out yet? You buy a lifetime subscription for $999 and you get 10,000 Mobicoins, currently valued at about $3000. The problem is, there's only 19 holders of Mobicoin and they are simply propping it up for this promotion. After the promotion, which doubles the number of available coins, they'll probably let the coin slip to almost no value. That's what it looks like to me, especially with that con man Esposito involved.
Yesterday before closing market we see a BUY ORDER of $350.000 on .023.That shows me MM touch the bottom price and done with selling shares.we going have a green day.
Because they have to dump a lot of well discounted shares into the market. Without any filings you don't even know when they converted or how much. just have a look at the last available Filings for PTOP. It may gives you an Idea how well discounted these share might be...
Just ONE Example:
During August - December, 2015 the Company issued seven convertible debentures to third parties for a total of $172,500 all carrying a 12% interest rate and convertible into common shares at the lesser of $3,000,000 or a 50% discount to market based on the average 5 lowest closing prices of the preceding 20 trading days.
Check their last available Filings, they seems to have a bunch of those toxic Notes. Most of em are overdue already, how many new ones they signed during the past 2 years... who knows without filings...
The massive increase of the A/S took place for a reason, imo. But without any filings the reason is unknown, but becomes more and more obvious on a daily basis, imo.
The Stop Sign is there for a reason, but it's not anti-dilutive.
VNDM has you tube videos showing his work....not good. But still why would they sell at discount when they could let it go up and then sell. Are they just stupid or poor traders or both? Thank you for the update btw!
Most likely it's not the Company selling... more likely the toxic lenders who decided to convert a portion of the debt into well discounted shares (most likely at a 60-80% Discount level of the last 10, 30, 60 or even 90 days). Impossible to tell how much Debt the Co actually has or how many new contracts they signed during the past 2 years since they stopped filing... More than likely some of these Contracts are due but without filings nobody knows what the conditions for the loans are since the Company hasn't filed their Q`s and K's for more than two years now. Instead they've decided to go dark via Form 15-12 and to increase the A/S to 6B shares obviously for a reason, of course without any Filing, PR or whatever else explanation to their shareholders.
Only obvious Fact right now is: Dilution is ongoing VNDM and MAXM dumped already a lot of shares the last couple of days.
Why would it make sense for company to dilute at lowest price possible? Seems like someone is selling every uptick and buying every drop from panic sellers. With that kind of volume they would have made some good money.
IMO the huge buy at the end was a short cover. MMs tried hard to get it down to their price point and wham a huge buy. Not sure how many more they have to go but if the action stays the way it is you can guarantee more buys like that will happen around that price point.
Yes, possibly green tomorrow. News Thursday or Friday. No news tomorrow, more panic selling unless stop sign lifted. If no news tomorrow, Stop sign will be lifted Friday with the real news.
All that is going on here is... IMO, insiders and MM’s are driving PPS down to load up before the real news that they know will make this skyrocket. And that.... is coming by Friday.
They picked up 15,000,000 before close today, they will try again and again until news breaks.
By the time you know, the pps will have jumped leaps and bounds from where it is currently. This is OTC. If the risk is too much for you, buy some bonds elsewhere. We will see .03 tomorrow minimum. That's 50% return in a day for you. Not bad if you ask me. And that's my conservative target.

Agreed, that person is Someone who sold and now is only looking for a lower entry point, then when that happens the cheerleader crew come out .... PTOP .... imo ..!!!!
I really don’t know what to think about this stock I had high hopes and confidence but what should’ve been didn’t happen idk what to say will be watching but idk
Yes, the company diluted heavily the stock. Imo, most of the buys today were sold by them. If tomorrow they will stop the uncontrolled dilution, we might see, maybe, a bounce more than 50% up.
