Most likely it's not the Company selling...
more likely the toxic lenders who decided to convert a portion of the debt into well discounted shares (most likely at a 60-80% Discount level of the last 10, 30, 60 or even 90 days).
Impossible to tell how much Debt the Co actually has or how many new contracts they signed during the past 2 years since they stopped filing...
More than likely some of these Contracts are due but without filings nobody knows what the conditions for the loans are since the Company hasn't filed their Q`s and K's for more than two years now.
Instead they've decided to go dark via Form 15-12 and to increase the A/S to 6B shares obviously for a reason, of course without any Filing, PR or whatever else explanation to their shareholders.

Only obvious Fact right now is: Dilution is ongoing
VNDM and MAXM dumped already a lot of shares the last couple of days.

Why would it make sense for company to dilute at lowest price possible? Seems like someone is selling every uptick and buying every drop from panic sellers. With that kind of volume they would have made some good money.

IMO the huge buy at the end was a short cover. MMs tried hard to get it down to their price point and wham a huge buy. Not sure how many more they have to go but if the action stays the way it is you can guarantee more buys like that will happen around that price point.

Yes, possibly green tomorrow. News Thursday or Friday. No news tomorrow, more panic selling unless stop sign lifted. If no news tomorrow, Stop sign will be lifted Friday with the real news.

All that is going on here is... IMO, insiders and MM’s are driving PPS down to load up before the real news that they know will make this skyrocket. And that.... is coming by Friday.

They picked up 15,000,000 before close today, they will try again and again until news breaks.

By the time you know, the pps will have jumped leaps and bounds from where it is currently. This is OTC. If the risk is too much for you, buy some bonds elsewhere. We will see .03 tomorrow minimum. That's 50% return in a day for you. Not bad if you ask me. And that's my conservative target.

Yes, the company diluted heavily the stock. Imo, most of the buys today were sold by them. If tomorrow they will stop the uncontrolled dilution, we might see, maybe, a bounce more than 50% up.
