Yeah PAE is in violation for not filing the annual reports, the old CEO sucked and didn't do his job, at least there is no talk of bankruptcy, or anything along those lines, as long as they can get the paperwork filed before they are forced to do a R/S it can hit a $1 and R/S wont even be necessary!
