PRZO: Vis-à-vis the rapidly-accelerating ISRAELI matters --- and PRZO's products line, generally --- this stock might greatly surpass its last Friday's overall PRICE performance. HOWEVER, given that this Firm is ITSELF based in ISRAEL --- which is under tremendous ATTACK --- perhaps PRZO's stock price will CRASH, as well as their physical FACILITIES for the manufacturing thereof???

Australian Regulator Approves First Commercial Drone Flights in Populated Areas and Near People Using ParaZero Safety Systems
ParaZero and OVRL make history overcoming the previous regulatory barriers, now enabling the first operational approval in Australia for an organization to conduct advanced drone operations in populated areas and near people
Tel Aviv, Israel, Oct. 06, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (“ParaZero”), an aerospace company focused on drone safety systems for commercial drones and urban air mobility aircraft, and OVRL, an Australian commercial drone operator and training organization, announced today a first-ever Australian authorization for drones to operate over populated areas and near people, when using ParaZero safety systems, approved by the Civil Aviation Safety Agency (CASA).
With the use of ParaZero's advanced parachute safety technology, ParaZero regional partner, OVRL, has landed a precedent-setting historic approval for complex operations. OVRL’s tailored safety case and Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) application helped facilitate the landmark approval, now paving the way for all organizations throughout Australia to benefit from similar operational approvals.
“We are extremely proud to be the first commercial drone operator and training provider to bring this exciting new capability to the Australian market. This achievement once again demonstrates our commitment to safety while being at the forefront of commercial operations in Australia. We look forward to helping the industry utilize ParaZero systems and are excited to see the new, previously untested use cases for commercial drones now that they can be legally flown overhead people,” commented Tim Butler, CEO of OVRL.
“We are honored that ParaZero's technology has been approved to enable a new global territory to conduct advanced drone operations with our SafeAir product line,” commented Aaron Gliner, ParaZero Director of Business Development and Regulation. “We extend our gratitude to the Civil Aviation Safety Agency and our regional partners, OVRL, for their collaborative efforts over the course of several years of rigorous safety case work and analysis, which will now benefit all commercial drone operators seeking to apply for similar authorizations throughout Australia.”
The precedent-setting CASA authorization follows the major announcement regarding the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) granting the Airobotics Optimus-1EX system an airworthiness Type Certification, a historic milestone that will streamline continuous operational approvals for broad flight operations, including fully autonomous missions, operations over people, and beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operations.

Airobotics Optimus 1-EX Drone Receives Historic U.S. FAA Type Certification; Using ParaZero SafeAir Safety System
The Airobotics Optimus-1EX Uncrewed Aircraft System is the first non-air carrier drone designed for autonomous security and data capture that has been granted Type Certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Tel Aviv, Israel, Sept. 08, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: PRZO) (“ParaZero”), an aerospace company focused on drone safety systems for commercial drones and urban air mobility aircraft, announced today that the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted the Airobotics Optimus-1EX system an airworthiness Type Certification, a historic milestone that will streamline continuous operational approvals for broad flight operations, including fully autonomous missions, operations over people, and beyond visual line of sight operations. Airobotics is a subsidiary of Ondas Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONDS), a leading provider of private industrial wireless networks, commercial drones and automated data solutions. The certification verifies the compliance of the aircraft's design with the required FAA airworthiness standards, ensuring safe operations within the National Airspace System (NAS).
The Airobotics Optimus-1EX system is equipped with a customized safety system from ParaZero, which was developed in collaboration with Airobotics. ParaZero's ASTM F3322-18 compliant parachute-based smart parachute system facilitated the expedition of certain regulatory processes, including FAA operational flight waivers and streamlined demonstrated flight hours throughout the Type Certification process.
"As a company committed to providing our customers with advanced safety systems, we are excited to take part in helping our customers meet stringent FAA Type Certification requirements, thus enabling the operation of drones in a myriad of advanced use cases," said Boaz Shetzer, Chief Executive Officer of ParaZero. "To date, we have supported our U.S. customers with achieving over 125 waivers granted by the FAA. As the market continues to evolve and expand, we believe that our advanced knowledge and experience with regulatory processes in addition to our innovative technology approach, will position us a global leader in the market and contribute to our ongoing growth."
Each Optimus system includes a smart airbase enabling automated battery changes for 24/7 operations, along with automated loading and installation of sensors appropriate for each specified mission. Optimus drones cover up to 30 square miles surrounding an airbase. Drone flights can be tasked to carry specific sensors, enabling each drone within the fleet to execute diverse tasks. Drones can be activated for complex longer-term operations, with flights overseen by remote operators in a command-and-control center
With the help of ParaZero's safety technology, a multitude of organizations and drone pilots around the world have gained the regulatory green light for more complex operations. This encompasses not only BVLOS missions but also operations over people (OOP), operations in high-density urban areas, and drone-based delivery services. These milestones highlight the crucial role that reliable, quick-response safety systems play in ensuring both the drone's security and that of the environment it operates in.

Took some shares yesterday. Great technology here. Looks like it has bottomed...initial price target 2.50.
This stock has a hard time holding gains. Got into the $1.50's here in pre, now $1.20's.
About time we saw some green here. $PRZO. Can it break back above $2?
ParaZero Signs New Development Agreement with Latin American Drone Manufacturer Black Square
Hard to believe this now fell to .95. Again, the PRZO IPO was for $4 on July 27. It has for the most part fallen straight down since then. Mostly low volume. I am assuming there is a large short interest here. So maybe it's due for a squeeze.
I made a board for this one, since it looks like I will be holding it for a long time, which is hard to understand. I originally bought on IPO day (July 27). The stock IPO'd with a price of $4. My avg is $2.60. They have had some good news since the IPO, including yesterday. I put an order in to sell at $3 in pre and missed by 4 cents. The stock has dived since that pre-market trading yesterday, closing at $2.09 yesterday, but now $1.71 in today's pre. Hard to understand how this $4 stock is at $1.71, especially with good news since the IPO.
I am assuming shorting? This stock has a very low float, so it can move in large chunks up or down. Unfortunately, that is down today.
