Icefloe taps order from Labbatt for 250 beer towers

ICEFLOE TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF PREMIUM DRAUGHT DISPENSING TOWERS TO LABATT

Icefloe Technologies Inc. has made arrangements with Labatt Brewing Company for Icefloe to supply branded custom draft beer-dispensing towers.

The initial order is for 250 units and will be manufactured by Drinks Dispense group (DDg) in the United Kingdom, a company that Icefloe exclusively represents in Canada. The towers will be delivered to Labatt over the next 60 days.

"Working with our partner DDg allowed us to tap into their considerable experience in the draft tower business to come up with a unique and distinct product for Labatt," said Wayne Newson, president and chief executive officer of Icefloe. "It's another example of the strategic and financial value of the mutual distribution agreement we reached with DDg in March of this year."

"Icefloe and our wholly owned subsidiary, the draft Guys, have been involved in several projects with Labatt over the years," said Phil Carter executive vice-president and chief operating officer, for Icefloe. "We're delighted to be working with Labatt again on this project."
